Customer service is always great. The isles are a bit crowded/narrow so its difficult to maneuver if there are other people in the same isle. Also, they now REQUIRE face masks to be worn unless you have a health condition that would be affected by the use of a face mask.

Store has been remodeled so things are somewhat difficult to find until I become accustomed to the new changes. The store is always clean and neat and there are always helpful staff members on hand. Plenty of parking available.

Please warn customers with a sign on the door when systems are down and not accepting cards. There's nothing more asinine than spending time shopping and then having to leave a cart because they aren't accepting all or certain cards.

Clean place. Great variety for its size. Serves towns, both large and small. Great to stock up on treats and drinks while travelling. Clean bathrooms, too!

This is a great dollar store. We live in smaller town, so the service is always friendly and personalized.Great selection of treasure hunt $1 movies and TV series.

Very cluttered place. There is a bit of everything but so much so that it's a pain to dig through. There were broken items and the store is a messI'm sure customers are doing this but I think employees could be getting paid to straighten this place up... i felt like I was at a store in the inner city.

I hate that they close @ 8:000! Love the location, Love the staff! Could use better larger inventory... I prefer the one is Gassville. Better hours, better selection, more options to choose from...

So, I bought a Three dollar bag of mini Kit Kats. Was VERY disappointed. First, the bag would NOT open. When I finally ripped it ipen, losing any and all ability to reseal it, the chocolates were all melted into one big glob! VERY disappointing. I had purchased these chocolates as a surprise for my Mom who is in Hiram Shaddox.Guess I should have gone to Walmart for better quality!

Always clean and always someone in the store to help you. Unlike the one in Flippin they are always outside smoking. They are friendly and always assist when needed.

I go out of my way to go to this Dollar General instead of visiting the one in my home town. The staff here is always friendly and helpful unlike the one in Flippin.

Dollar General in Gassville needs a local phone number to call when you need something instead of a long distance number for those with land lines
