The first time I took my dog here I had a terrible experience with the groomer. I said I would never go back. I called and they said that that groomer was no longer there. So I gave them a second chance. Not as bad this time, but not the best. So today was my third time to go. Different groomer again. The girl at the front desk was very nice but the groomer was so rude. She was rude when I brought the dog in and I just thought it was because she was extremely busy. I even said there’s a lot of dogs here today and she looked at me and said well it is Friday. I never asked for a Friday appointment. I just asked for availability. I could’ve come in on a Tuesday or whatever day was more convenient for the groomer. But when I called to make an appointment, they said they had an appointment today so I took it. It just happened to be on a Friday. She told me it would not take very long and it would just be about an hour and a half so I gave her a little bit extra time and showed up about two hours and 15 minutes later. I went ahead and paid for the dog and bought my dog a treat before I went back there to pick her up. Leaving the groomer a $10 tip and wishing I hadn’t. When I got back there she was grabbing at my dog and said she is not ready. We did not call you to tell you to come pick her up. I still have to brush her out and make sure she’s even. I said that’s OK I’ll wait outside so she doesn’t hear my voice. Don’t tell me that you’re going to be done at a certain time and then be upset when I show up 45 minutes later than you told me to and you’re still not done. That’s not my fault. Apparently this place cannot keep a groomer worth having so we will not give it a fourth chance .

Love this place! They have a DIY dog wash station. Use it to wash my German Shepherd mix, bc I can't lift her into my own tub, bc she dead-weights me. Groomers are amazing. My girl gets her nails trimmed and she lets them do it, no problem. Prev Vet, had me give her two different medications for not only visits, but even for a nail trim. Love Whole PEt!!

They sell Diamond Naturals and Fromm dog food, to name a couple. They have 1 ingredient dog treats. They also carry a few better quality dog shampoo, conditioner, and perfume sprays that I used to order as a groomer. And they’re friendly:) Thanks, Whole Pet in Fort Smith!

I took my French Bulldog for the first time ever at Whole Pet for a DIY bath and we’re so glad we chose Whole Pet! Great customer service, I can’t emphasize it enough. The FRIENDLIEST people work there and the store is very clean and well kept. The kind folks helped me pick out a harness for my dog and even put it on him! Next time we will be trying their grooming service. We’re so happy, we’ll be returning! 🐶

We liked Audry and wish her the best. I have negative issues with you leaving your customers with ho hum grooming at best. My question is , did you take into consideration the consequences of customers looking elsewhere? I am totally unhappy with the end result of my Feb. 10th grooming appointment. Got them home and took a good look. They smelled of a new fragrance but beyond that I wasted money. Not Cool !

Very helpful staff. Great prices. I needed a cone once and the cheapest at pet smart was 11 Whole Pet had it for 5 and change. Even the grooming is cheaper and still a great quality of service. My dog doesn't even mind it. The owner is very knowledgeable about what the animals need and what goes into the products there. All of the food is high quality food, you don't have to worry about if your pet is safe and healthy.

I bring my pups here pretty much every week for nail trimming. I buy food, treats, chews and other items from this shop. I've also used their dog wash and grooming services to spare my bathroom the fur. So glad there are businesses like this in operation.

Well. This was my first time there for a nail trim and a buff on my dog and the girl was very kind and did a very good job. I will be going back.Whole pet is the place to go for nail trims for your pet. They are so nice and helpful.

I took our mini golden doodle in today for a full groom with Happy Tails grooming. He has been to other groomers who did a nice job, but not necessarily what I asked them to do. The groomers at Happy Tails did exactly what I asked and he looks great. Thank you.

Just dropped by to see if they had anything I needed for my animals. There was a few people in the store. Its a nice store if you have a cat or dog. Nothing for fist,birds,or reptiles. The sales staff was really nice. The groomer was busy so he must be doing something right to have so many people waiting on him. All in all its a nice place to shop for you dog and cats needs.

I have been using Whole pet for a very short time simply because they are so close to me but after what I found the other day as far as pricing, I am seriously considering my options.There was an item that we needed so I price checked them from who we order from the internet.I found that the item we were looking to buy was 29.95 at this other store and it's brought right to your door and their price on the vers same thing, same name brand was 59.99.I am a big proponent of buying local from hometown people but when it comes to this amount of difference, common sense should dictate where to purchase.They need to get with the program or do something else.

I had the full grooming package done on my sheepadoodle named Diesel on 3/2/18 and it was the best experience. Diesel is only 8 months old, has bad anxiety as well as doesn't sit still for anything and I was very nervous about taking him to a new groomer. I called and expressed my concerns before the appointment so they suggested I bring his favorite treats and toy with him to his appointment. I dropped him off at 7:30 am and they started playing with him and talking to him and by the time I picked him up around noon he was laid back and had made a new best friend. His hair cut was also extremely cute . Not only did they do an amazing job but their prices were so reasonable. I know most groomers charge about 30% more. I know I will for sure be bringing Diesel back in the future!

A really nice store for pet supplies. They carry Fromm dog food which not many other places in the area do. I suggest checking it out if you are looking for pet stuff.
