What a beautiful cut they did on my super overgrown doodle. I'm very picky and provided lots of instruction before the cut which most shops forget as soon as I get out the door. Not here. Everything was perfect. This is my new favorite shop.

They are always super friendly. They can cut my extremely reactive dog's nails with no problem, really quickly and for decent price! If you have a reactive doggie you know how valuable that is!

Dropped our dog off for his 1130 appointment. Their website states it will take 1 hour for grooming. We picked him up at 1:15, he was not groomed or bathed. He was shaking in a kennel. Their website gives no pricing or details. I called to discuss and they were rude and combative back and eventually hung up on me. Our dog is very shaken and upset. Horrible experience with this group and will gladly be moving onto a different one in town. Could not recommend this groomer any less.Edit: Completely false reply below. My pups beard was still sticky from his pup cup so he was not bathed. Nothing was done as we were told it would be. I was hung up on when I called and they were very rude in the shop. I recommend the Dawg Spaw in Greenwood or Rover Valley well before this half baked operation.

First time taking my baby schnauzer to get groomed and she looked AMAZING when I picked her up. They even went the extra mile and put bows in her hair and a little gem in between her eyes 😃 The staff here are amazing and I am a forever customer.

First time getting my lil doggy professionally groomed, so he was a bit skidding but they were so good with him and he looks great! Only thing Is they didn't clip his nails like I asked them too.
