Have to admit I was leery after reading some of the reviews, but my Maltese mix needed a trim badly.I had no issues, Deanna greeted me warmly and advised all that the grooming involved, dog was dropped off at 915a and was ready at 1120 and groomed beautifully.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have a miniature schnauzer that I specifically asked to have the schnauzer cut. Meaning she keeps her skirt, brows, and beard. Was told she had huckleberries in her beard therefore they chopped it off. Fact is the groomer was too lazy to brush them out but the problem is she had no huckleberries in her beard when I dropped her off. Not only was her beard gone but the cut is uneven everywhere. Her lashes were cut or should I say she has part of her lashes on one eye and non on the other. She doesn’t even have a full skirt. Basically whoever cut her had zero idea what they were doing and obviously was out of their element. I usually do not use this place but my mother wanted to give y’all a chance. Never again. Oh, and she came back with a different seresto flee/tick collar. This one is the size we buy our Labrador and not hers. I will never use this place again and will definitely not recommend them. My mother picked her up and still paid $40 for a horrible job. I’d much rather have received a phone call stating y’all did not know how to cut her rather than you do a terrible job.

I made an appointment for 2 dogs. The lady said to drop them in the morning. Never said a specific time. Today my car was in the shop so I was trying to get an Uber/lyft to take me there. There were none available. Around 10:30 I called to ask when the latest I can bring them in, and she said that drop of is between 9 and 10am. Apparently they gave my spot away in less than 30 minutes. She also hung up on me before I could explain my situation. Very unprofessional! This would have been my first time to go here.. my grandma referred me to them.. instead they lost my business because of their rudeness. To the people who work there.. if you're going to be vague about your drop off times and just say in the morning.. the morning hours are considered to be from 12:01 am to 11:59 am. Maybe you should be more specific to your times.

I dropped my cat off this morning and got called 3 hours later asking if I was wanting a lions cut for him and I said no and explained I just wanted a simple grooming, and they said okay. Picked him up a couple hours later and informed me AFTER I had paid them that they did a full lions cut because she had already started. They didn’t tell me on the phone after knowing they had already started, which is extremely unprofessional. The cut is also extremely uneven and choppy and they didn’t even get the knots and matting out of the areas that weren’t shaved. The most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to by far. Would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Will be posting photos on Facebook for public to see.

I was pretty disappointed, I understand they might be great with other clients, but I was not satisfied with the service. I brought my cat in for a bath and to have his hind end trimmed and neither of those services were done because "he was upset". Of course he is gonna be upset, he is a cat that didn't want to take a bath. It took four hours for them to just trim his nails and didn't even notify me to come get him earlier.

The only thing I would recommend about this place is not going! If I could have gave a zero I would have she doesn't know how to groom properly and she's very cold and personable definitely don't waste your time

Had my pet who by the way bbn is 116 in dog years. Took her in right at open at 9am , at 215 still not done. You keep a dog that old locked up in a strange place and it will be upsetting to them. They had no excuse for taking over 5 hours to get their act together. They want even answer or return phone calls . Extremely unprofessional place to bring a loved one to

We have taken several of our dogs here quite a few times. The ladies at The Paw Spa do a fantastic job, and the prices are very reasonable. They are very good with animals, and their own animals that hang around the shop are very well behaved. We will continue taking our business here for a very long time.

Took my two cats in this morning to have their nails done. My 17 lb ragdoll Gizmo took me 10 minutes to get him into the container to take him over there she had no problems cutting his nails and getting him back in the container

These ladies are awesome! They take care of not only our Labrador but our Persian Cat too! Always an amazing job for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!!

They were a good price so I was hopeful, but my dog had been acting really weird ever since I got her back - I realized they shaved off all her whiskers! No wonder she’s been acting to disoriented and sad :(

I made an appointment to get my cat groomed at the Paw Spa before going on vacation (he has very long hair and sheds a lot). They had two cats at the front that greeted us as we walked in the door, and they were so sweet and friendly! The girl only charged me $35 to give my cat a bath, file his nails, and give him a lion's cut. We went to Pet Smart after I picked him up, and more than one person stopped me to go on about how cute he looked. Two people even took his picture! This is the only place I will be taking my kitty from now on. Their prices are reasonable, and they do a great job.

They do a great job every time! I took my dog somewhere else because we couldn't get in soon enough,and the other place cut my dog really bad under his armpit and he was traumatized for like 3 months! We will never go anywhere but the "Paw Spa" again🐶🐶

I just got a Standard Poodle and his hair was very much overgrown and the undercoat was matted. They got him looking like a whole new boy! Plus nails cut and ears cleaned. Thank you guys!!
