The Dollar general on 71 is the only dollar store I shop at. Masks are a must inside but they also offer online shopping and curbside pickup which is super handy when I'm low on time! Its organized, clean and their inventory is well stocked with all the daeily products you'll ever need. Customer service is amazing! They keep their shoppers happy and on a first name basis so they keep coming back!

These dollar stores are great if you don't like going to Wal-Mart every 4 hrs when they're open! But they can't get the merchandise on the shelves quick enough to make a purchase of what you're wanting to buy. Could use some help in the housekeeping. But other than that I do enjoy shopping at these chain of stores they do keep up on all the latest gadgets and batteries of course and the toys heaven's to Betsy, toys toys and more toys!!!

The employees are always nice, friendly and helpful. I absolutely love the supervisor or manager, little short girl with funky hair colors and spunky styles lol she is so over the top friendly and helpful, I look forward to going in and a bit disappointed when she's not there. The only reason it's not a full 5 star is because they are short staffed and the lines are painfully long not that they aren't working thier hearts out! Shame on corporate for giving such a limited budget for employees!

Convenient, usually. It's close to home and a place to run in if I need a quick item, as long as you can find it or if they have it. Store is usually a mess, but then again most dollar generals are. This particular one seems to be low on most product, running out a lot. Makes the store look messier if you dont have product for the shelves.

I recently moved to Fort Smith AR. This store is only 2 minutes from my house. This makes it convenient when I don't want to go to Walmart. It's a small store. It's nice though. It's clean and organized. I have found the items I went there to purchase.

It was Thanksgiving day and there were some great sales going on. I went to 2 different locations which were the ones on highway 271 and the one off off highway 253 and Durham. The employees at both locations were very nice and helpful with my entire transaction and while I was shopping through the stores they were extra helpful and would point me in the direction of more deals or the best deals

Lines are always long and store is always messy. Employees are nice but the store needs better management. If your in a hurry Walmart would be faster then this Dollar General.

Aisles have carts in the way & you can't get to the items you're looking for..stock your bare shelves & remove the carts out of the way..hire more people if you can't get the job done after closing time, I'm sure there's people out there wantin/needin a job..employees need to be more knowledgeable of what products are in the store & where they are located, so when they are asked by a customer they are able to help that customer..

Service can be slow. Not the neatest store.6/26/18-I stopped for a few things. They were out of one of them. The things I did get took me forever because of a malfunctioning debit card machine. As close to my house as this place is, there is nothing easy or convenient about shopping here.

Quick stop when you don't want to go to Walmart! Although they can be crowded from time to time, and some of the prices are more expensive than Walmart! Ex a small bag of Charcoal was more expensive, but for me it was worth it, not having to go to Walmart.

It's always too slow. When u just need a thing or two it makes me mad to have to wait on one cashier. They know when rush hour is so they need more check outs!!!

Pretty decent size, very clean. My only complaint would be that it's hard to get them to restock certain products. It's best to get them when you see them.

Idky, but this store always seems to have better deals than other Dollar General locations. It has a larger selection of dollar items. I always shop for a deal.

This is the most cluttered, disorganized store I have ever been in. Shelves are not stocked. Stocking carts are in the aisles. It’s terrible. I won’t go back. Dollar General is doing a poor job!!

The employees there are very nice very helpful and they understand you when you not sure exactly what you're looking for they can find it for you I recommend you going there yes you that's reading this LOL anyway everybody have a great great day

No greeting when I walked in although the young male employee was very aware of my entrance , as he was up front at the register . As a matter of fact the only words spoken to me were " that will be $ ." No hello , no good- bye , nothing . He bagged my items and walked away . I had to turn the shopping bag holder around myself to retrieve my items . Very rude .

The store is over-crowded and usually messy/unorganized. Usually has an issue with one of their two registers. Staff is not usually pleasant or helpful.
