I made reservations through Delta Travel Extras for a weekend stay at Days Inn By Wyndham Fordyce. My receipt, which I presented to the hotel, states that the hotel is to collect $169.70, which includes taxes of $18.20 ($75.75 per night). The hotel employee and manger refused to honor this stating they do not have to honor third party pricing and their prices are subject to change at any time. I was charged $225.62 ($90.95 per night) by the hotel instead. I find this not only wicked but unethical and I think they do this because they are the only hotel in town and they know since folks are traveling they may not notice their wicked and greedy deeds. I noticed and I confronted them about it, but they refused to honor my reservation price. This was my first visit to the state of Arkansas and I must say this didn't leave me with a good impression of how business is done in that state.

We booked our room online and it was an easy process. When I tell you there’s NOTHING in this little town lol Even the Walmart isn’t a super Walmart.. I’m not joking. But the room was clean, no bugs (thank god !!) the pillows are comfortable, clean sheets and the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and friendly. Unfortunately I have to make this trip back to Fordyce again in the future, but I’ll definitely be back to the hotel! BTW, thank you to whoever found my wallet and grabbed it for me and put it at the front desk for me while I had to turn all the way back around! I truly appreciate your kindness and honesty! We will be back!!Rooms: Clean, no bugs!! And wireless charging for your phone was a big plus!

Traveling with government business. And booked a room on the road to make sure it was reserved when arrived after traveling 14 hours. To only get treated like we were stupid even though you could not understand what was being said or explained. Manager even was argumentative when told we was just gonna cancel and was told we couldn't cancel. I asked Why because I was told we could cancel within 24 hrs and it wasn't even 12 hours. Something about where i was a reward member( whats that got anything to do with my reservation, just in case Im missing something here someone please enlighten me) Something about an extra charge. Why would there be an extra charge if cancelled before the 24 hr time frame? People are always being placed on the back rooms. The rooms need to be updated. Co worker remote did not work. Manager finally came to try and fix and stated that the thing on TV was not a camera that they get accused of which would been red flag to me. Stated children will be in rooms and they hook up play stations and not re hook cords back up. That's where housekeeping needs to be making sure each room after customers are staying need to be properly hooked back up if not at least checked. There needs to be the same stuff in each room, some rooms have blankets and others probably don't so that tells me the beds are not fully stripped and all are made the same. I think more people are living in the rooms instead of short stays. Alot of outside noises. The work out equipment needs to be somewhere else besides in lobby. Weird. The breakfast needs more variety and accessibilty of things. The dispenser for juices needs to have juices that aren't watered down. After reading so many reviews from others but you want to give benefit of the doubt and knowing that was their experience and each person have different experiences but it seems to be a pattern there and they seem to just not care or want to do better. Lets just say this will be the last time our government workers will be staying there even though it was very close to our destination but we will be traveling to Camden Ark to stay in a well maintained area and more professional and understanding staff or drive over an hour out of the way to stay in better place. Need to do better Days Inn!! I'm surprised it hasn't been shut down by now. But to each is own with their experiences with that place.

"The rooms were clean and tidy, a breath of fresh air after a long day. Sure, they weren't fancy, but the comfy beds and clean linens had me sleeping like a baby. The staff was the real gem! They were always so friendly and helpful, like when I needed an extra towel – they had it at my door in minutes! No question was too small, and they always had a smile. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! I'd recommend it to anyone, not just budget travelers. It exceeded my expectations!"

Do not work at this location I did I told them I couldn't cause my main job called me in I got off at 2:30a.m. they refuse to pay me for my time I did work Henry wife said if I work for them i will get my miney and that genry said since i won't work then I don't get paid that they will consider that day for training and u won't get paidThen they cut their phone off and won't answer the hotel phoneShe said free labor is ok even if it's training they don't have to payCustomer service badI do know that if 2 beds in one room and if one bed isn't all the way messed up pillows been used they don't want the sheets or pillow cases changedNoteworthy details: Rude and don't want to pay and steal moneyits not even a star but wouldn't let me post without at least one star

For bringing a two-star hotel I was blown away. The rooms are so nice and so clean. I would definitely stay here again.Food & drinks: Right near some great restaurants like Mateo's and a liquor store across the street for those romantic nights.

The new management is TERRIBLY rude. The owner, I’m guessing it was, yelled at my mom because she simply asked him about a pet charge on her bill. Instead of talking and responding like an adult, he yelled that he was not told about the dog when he actually was told about the dog the day before about the dog staying only one night instead of 2. Next thing, check out is at noon, but at 10 o’clock the same guy was going up and down the row of rooms banging on the doors trying to get people up & to get out. We were already up and back and forth packing our car because we’d already planned to leave, but it was still incredibly rude and just unbelievable to see him standing next to our door with his “cleaning” supplies waiting for us to step out so he could come it. He actually woke up the lady next to us and when she finally got to the door to answer he was already gone and she was pissed!The breakfast is just a bunch of stale items that should have been trashed ages ago. The rooms are dirty and you can tell they take lots of shortcuts with the cleaning.And when we told the owner guy that we would be leaving a bad review, his response was, “So what? One bad review won’t close us down.” Okay you wait and see how many it does take!I would steer clear of this MOTEL and drive the 30 minutes on into Camden if you can.

This stay has been at the top of my stays any where the service from the time I arrived to opening my room door to see the cleanest neatest and most beautiful I've ever stayed to the comfort from being scared of bad weather to the great breakfast and a huge morning greeting with a smile and good morning did you rest well and very eager before I had to ask if I needed anything to right before I get all my stuff to walk out and leave we really enjoyed you please come back and thank you again for stay with us.I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL BE BACK TIME AFTER TIME!! I'm in the area for business and I would have been at this hotel for 6 months but I absolutely can not tolerate management. 1st off the owner charged my personal credit card for the stay and not the company card. #2 is that I didn't get a table in my room after asking for one so I can eat on it. #3 is that I found out the managers wife snoops inside the rooms to see what's all inside the rooms and complains to him about it. #4 is that the rooms are extremely HUMID. The bed sheets feel moist every single morning. #5 he raised his voice at my wife about getting fresh towels everyday and has so far been extremely rude to us since my wife got here. #6 they demand on doing house cleaning every single day, even if you don't need it. #7 wifi is terrible, it cuts off and on and you get no cell service. #8 complained to my wife about the "high amount" of stuff we moved into the room. Even though it was only a laundry basket and a dorm room drawer cart for my socks. You're better off staying at the hotels in Camden like the Comfort Inn.Would not recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay over one night. This place is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at and I've traveled all over the country so that should tell you something

So our power was out and thankfully we had the extra funds to get a room for the night. My husband works very hard long hours and it’s very hot so he needed to be able to cool off. I came in and talked with Jay! He was so nice and accommodating! Upgraded the room from what I had requested and gave a great rate for the night because of the situation of our power being out and it not being our fault. Business class the room super clean very nice. The king size bed oh my I fell in love and I meant to see what kind of mattress it was because I need one lol! My husband left for work before breakfast but I stayed and ate. It was good checked out no issues! For our small town this is a very nice business to have here!

Pros: night time, middle of a storm, Days Inn right in our path,so the location was spot on. The rooms were very clean. This is what's most important to me as I love clean. The hotel offered breakfast, these days it was a nice change from the skimpy chains who seem to not clean or vacuum and no coffee. The coffee was good, they had mini moos. Our little Chihuahua was welcomed for just 15 extra dollars. The young lady at the dest was kind and welcoming. The cons: however, at check in, I gave an AARP and a AAA card. She did not accept the AARP and applied no credits for anything ie: no senior nor AAA...at check out, I was told it was too late to apply credits. The breakfast had no proteins, just carbs and apples. It was clean, I'll give it that and pretty and comfortable but, a little cheese or peanut butter or hard boiled eggs...would have been a better breakfast for two seniors. They had toast, four kinds of cereal and grits, instant oatmeal , waffles, and juices. I liked the proprietor, he was very kind.

WiFi doesn’t work. Pool has been closed forever and doesn’t look like anyone is attempting to clean it. Upon checking in, I had to kill 3 brown recluse spiders. The room had a very unpleasant smell. The next morning there were crickets and other insects all over the floor. When requesting another room, I was told they were reserved; no one used those rooms the whole week I was there. This morning (another stay for work) I woke up and had bed bug bites on my arm.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice place to stay for a short visit. Probably one of the better hotels in the area. When we first checked in there was a strong carpet cleaner odor in the room actually it was very difficult to endure. Parking was adequate and the room size was good. Be sure to ask for a business class room if you want a more secure means of entry.

Had a booking here about a week back. (My family stays here almost yearly) the housekeeping staff was greeting us with great southern hospitality and the hotel has always been decent. No major fire ant problems this year. But I was in disgust when at about 4:30 am I got up to use the restroom and saw a couple cockroaches coming up and put of the the bathroom drain. Disgusting. Room was on the back side first floor.

Do not stay here. Plan your trip accordingly and keep driving. Bugs in room, bed uncomfortable, next to nothing on the breakfast. WAYYY overpriced got charged just shy of 150$ for a night. Place was mostly empty.

I'm not so great. I even trained to work there but they got their pics. Owned by Mexican. And they prefer their employers to be Mexican as well. They don't want to give you your check and didn't have me do paperwork and wanted to pay me cash and still held out taxes. I never seen them change the blankets and didn't change but every other sheet. It was nasty. Why would people want to rent rooms and sleep on dirty sheets. Makes no sense and that's how life and germs and body lice not to mention bed bugs happen. I wouldn't recommend it

This place! Staff was nice enough, but not knowledgeable. The first room I stayed in had the locks busted out and the bathroom door had a hole in the door. I had to request another room. They said that they had been replacing locks. NO! This lock was torn from the wall and it was obvious! I was able to get another room and the front lady joked I was like her sister-- picky. Sorry I like feeling I am securely in my room and no one is entering. There were a few other minor issues, but the morning staff was friendly and easy going. Didn't eat breakfast -- not much there and didn't look so great. Choices in Fordyce are limited... next time I'll drive another town over.

My room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast wasn't offered due to current events but there was coffee and breakfast pastries. There is a bit of road noise at times, you may want to ask for a room further back or just use the A/C to mask it.

Staff was really nice and helpful. Room was clean and safe. Breakfast was good..glad they had biscuits and gravy without sausage in the gravy for us vegetarians. Lots of cable channels and excellent wifi. I didn't swim in the pool but it looked clean.
