I took my 65 lb dog here and was super impressed at how well it went! The previous customer had left a mess but I had plenty of time to bathe my dog (golden doodle) and clean up their mess. Great concept! I wish these kiosks were more common.

I had some issues at the one in Springdale due to the card reader I was extremely upset because it ended up costing me and my husband 45$ but also because I thoroughly enjoy being able to take my 80lb dog there for his bath instead of having to do it at my house HOWEVER after posting a review the owner got back to me immediately and refunded us our money this dog wash is awesome and I have been using it for over a year this being my only problem the owner is good people and doesn’t rip you off ! I wish people would stop messing them up and damaging them because it is such a convenient way to wash your pets!Thank you for taking me seriously and returning my refund!I highly recommend this service to anybody not wanting to clog their bath tubs or spend an hour cleaning the hair out lol

Went to the wash at 1428 Emma Ave. In Springdale and In the middle of rinsing our black lab/ husky the water just stopped. The only options that worked after that (still had 14 minutes paid for) were the vacuum with a broke hose and the dryer with a broke hose. When we walked in there was a big hole in the wall along with a horrible smell!

Worked great for a Dane and a Cane Corso. No issues/complaints. Plenty of room, everything functioned as it should.

UPDATE 6/39/22. The AC does not work inside and the room becomes a sweat box.Overall the experience was fine. The water was cooler than other local dog wash stations. The water pressure was too strong and it was shooting a straight stream which was intense. For $15 you get 20 minutes of wash time. They offer dog cookies for a fee as well.

I had no idea what to expect. Now I don't understand why there aren't more of these kiosks around the country. As RVers this was a most welcome and simple dog wash solution. We washed both puppies with just a single cycle.The a/c was working and the rest of the amenities were as well. The small fenced outer courtyard was a bonus.

This has gone downhill rapidly. $15 for a small dog, no other options, all one price. The SMELL inside makes you physically sick. It is not draining properly, filthy inside. My baby deserves better.

I just use the wet willie's in Tontitown and the water was cold.

Did not dispense anything other than water. When calling the support line there is no answer and the mailbox is full.😐 $15 is better spent elsewhere.
