I usually love shopping here but today I was veey disappointed when I was shopping for Christmas and all the Christmas songs about Jesus (the reason for Christmas) were being laughed at and skipped in favor of purely secular songs. The songs were tune honored favorites like “Away in a Manger,” and it saddened me so I left without buying anything at all. I truly hope this kind of disrespect for the views of others does not reflect the views of the store.

I have been shopping at Maude since they opened their doors. This is such a lovely little charming boutique. They always have the latest and greatest mixed in with some staple pieces with a good price range to fit almost any budget. This is always my first stop when I am looking for an outfit for any occasion. The girls are always willing to go above and beyond to help you find that perfect little outfit and I never get that sterile cold feeling I get from a lot of boutiques around town. Love this place!

I have had one really positive interaction with this team--every other interaction with their employees has been unfriendly and they seem to pick and choose who gets their attention in store. Very inconsistent with the customer service experience you'd expect in a Fayetteville boutique, and overall a very uncomfortable experience in store ALSO, be aware of their return policy--i have bought things online or waited to try them on (because I was coming from the gym, would be super rude to try on while sweaty) and I could only get store credit back when the items didn't meet expectations. Like, I guess I'll buy candles because those always fit...?

My husband picked up a dress for me when he was traveling for work. I loved it, but unfortunately it was a little too big. They only had one more in the smaller size, and they were happy to hold it for me until I got the original dress in the mail. They even offered to ship the replacement dress once I provided the tracking number so I could have it faster. You only get this kind of service from the little shops. :-)

The staff is super sweet and helpful, and I can always find something I cannot live without! Their selection of clothing, shoes, accessories, and gifts are unique and fashion forward and there is something for every budget! Since I moved from Fayetteville, I have shop their website, which is not only easy to navigate, but my items always arrive within a 2-3 day time period. If I ever have a question about an item I see online, I can always count on the shop girls to answer any questions I may have. Hands down, my favorite place to shop!

Not only is the shop super adorable, so are the clothes! Whether I'm looking for something funky for a festival, something cute and sassy for date night, or an everyday throw-on dress, Maude has it. I was even dressed for a wedding from here! Great threads and reasonable prices - can't beat that.

I was incredibly excited to purchase a dress from Maude's from the line Line & Dot that I had been searching for. However, upon receiving the package, I opened it only for my excitement to quickly turn to frustration & then anger. The dress had been casually thrown into the too small standard padded USPS mailer, with no tissue or interior packaging around the dress. The hem of the dress had been sealed into the envelope flap, and when I opened it, the dress was cut as well.When I contacted Maude's (repeatedly, as there was no response to the email sent, and then no answer on the phone number listed for several days) I was told that the damage must be my own problem, and that they claimed no responsibility for the damage. They also repeatedly mentioned that the way they shipped item was to keep their own costs low, and that's just how it was.Having worked in boutique retail for several years I was very taken aback at not only the rude attitude I received from every associate I talked to, but the completely denial of guilt or culpability for their own shoddy shipping practices. While I am glad that Maude's gets to keep their shipping expenses down due to the negligent handling of the merchandise, I think it is TERRIBLE service to tell a customer that not only are they responsible, but to outright completely refuse to exchange or return. Whomever PACKED the silk dress into a small padded envelope and then sealed the hem of that dress into the flap of the envelope seems to be the person responsible for what happens to the dress when that package is open, however, they basically told me sorry 'bout you.The entire experience has been a nightmare, and I am disgusted with the handling of the situation from the beginning to the end. I advise anyone who is thinking of buying from them online, or shopping in store, to reconsider as you will assuredly be incredibly disappointed. DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE- TERRIBLE SHIPPING & HANDLING AND NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST BOUTIQUE EXPERIENCE EVER.

I've been shopping Maude for YEARS. Upscale, varied in product and pricing, there has always been something perfect for me even as my budget has changed over the years. Something for everyone age, ranging from teen and college and including young professional and more mature women. I love Maude!

My favorite boutique in NWA! They always have a great selection and don't carry too many of each item (so not everyone has the same outfit). They also have a great range of prices depending on what you are looking for! Not to mention, the owner is fantastic!

It's a nice small shop so if you don't want to fight the crowds at the good place to go. Have a nice selection and various styles. But expect the prices to be higher then Kohl's Target and other various places to shop.
