Love this cottage! It’s so homie and comfortable. We come to visit family 1-2 times a year and this is the perfect spot! Tochia is so hospitable and provides so many essentials. Cute coffee station, s’more set up, and grill essentials. If you want to get away and relax, this is a perfect location. One day I want to visit and explore the hiking trails. Heard they are wonderful. Can’t beat the cost compared to a hotel. You have a WHOLE house to yourself.Karen Savage (St Louis, MO)

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. House is always welcoming and feels like home away from home. Tochia always leaves wonderful surprises for the guest and is always very responsive to any questions you may have. Definitely would recommend!

I just want to say I have never felt more welcomed staying anywhere than I did at Hickory Grove Farm Cottage. Tochia is by far the best host we have ever experienced. Little details like cookie sheets for potatoes, aluminum foil and charcoal for grilling, and an electric kettle and oatmeal just in case you needed something to eat after her LEMON LAVENDER BREAD that should be illegal. We had a great time trail riding, hiking and swimming in creeks. If you’re planning a get away up north pick their place every time.

Wonderful spot! Comfy beds, very clean, quick response time from host. Felt like a home away from home. Great hiking near by too. View from back porch is perfect.

We had an amazing weekend staying with friends who are more like family at Hickory Grove Cottage by Deer Arkansas. We went to ride ATVs and sight see the beautiful areas of the mountains. Upon arriving there was fresh baked breads by Tochia. The Lemon Lavender bread was so delicious😋. Very hard not to eat it all at one setting!!!! Tochia also left another loaf of fresh bread and homemade jelly! Very tasty after traveling! Cottage was clean and comfy for a relaxing weekend getaway! Loved every minute of our stay. We are already talking about returning! Praying many blessings upon Tocia & her family for such a wonderful and peaceful place!

My husband and I stayed here with another couple and it is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. It is right down the road from some amazing sxs trails and beautiful hiking destinations. Plus, it is just a short drive to Ponca for floating on the Buffalo!I’ve stayed at many different cabins and cottages and I’ve never felt so taken care of and appreciated as I did here.We walked in to fresh breads, jam, and cookies on the table. Tochia, the owner, is a phenomenal baker! The cottage also includes anything you need to cook and grill on your vacation.She left homemade soaps and such for showers and you can tell she really cares about her guests having all the amenities they need for a relaxing getaway.I highly recommend!
