Always find what I need. I'm in over the road truck driver. I love buying the vegetables and the fresh fruit. Not to mention a little court size containers of like carrot juice or pomegranate juice. $6 $7 or $10. Depending on what you want to buy to drink today. About the carrot juit's pretty awesome. I do have a juicer but I'm in a hurry.I just grabbed one of these and get on down the road again

Can't get around for other customers blocking aisle. Prices are through the roof.The ones doing the customer shopping are always on phones and if you try and ask where and item is they get upset.Walmart keeps moving everything around makes hard on customers that have trouble walking or have anxiety. I personally don't get the mobile carts and leave for the elder that needs more than I do.Trying to check out is a joke. Either it doesn't ring up correctly or register can't find item. And normally the lanes with checkers are so long you stand there forever.Then either way you get checked at door .I've almost stopped going altogether. There is a couple things I can't get anywhere else that I use or I would not go at all

Hyper tough stapler missing the most important spring mechanism to work properly. Extremely aggravating to start a job and have to stop incomplete. Make sure you open your items before you buy them to make sure all parts are in the package.

my dad was asking for primer bulbs and when they didn’t have the right size they said it kindly and when they had to repeat themselves for my dad because he’s an older little mexican man they weren’t rude about it at all and i really appreciate that because i have seen my dad get treated differently than i do (we went to john deere after n the guy was lowk rude when he had to repeat himself for my dad) idk call me stereo typical and all that but if you’ve seen the way parents get treated differently than you and you feel like it’s because of their non fluent english or skin color it’s understandable and i really appreciate those workers in the gardening department for being so kind to my father

Shopped here while we were on Vacation. Being from Arizona we were not aware liquor is not sold on Sundays in Arkansas. As we were walking to the registers the young lady at the customer service desk yelled Ma'am, Ma'am so load everyone stopped and look at us. I replied yes? and she yells "We Can Not Sell you alcohol on Sundays". Wish she would have quietly let me know rather then tell the entire store. Very embarrassing.

According to the “greeter” there are only 5 handicap scooters for the entire store. Last time I was in there 2 of them were out of order! Whoever is running that store needs to do better. What is the problem?

Be very careful in the store about the prices. It may say one thing but when you get to the counter it might be twice as much. I went to buy probiotics and it said $5 and it was really $17. I went to take a picture of all the mess that was jumbled up and the woman came over there and got in my way and tried to keep me from taking pictures of it.

The only issues are the lack of variety wanted by the customers and the quantity of products. So many departments have been minimized. The product Quality is lacking too. It was so much better when they were able to stock what we, the customer, liked and not what the corporate office wants the store to sell. I miss the days you could ask the manager to keep certain items in stock and it was on the shelves by the next week. The store upgrade is very nice and it's kept extremely clean and people stocking are always willing to help too. Customer service is important!

Kinda rude pharmacist. Don't know if he was in a hurry, was busy or just opened but just walked off mid conversation. Never knew you couldn't switch pharmacy if u need to. Guess if you switch to Walmart for just one prescription you can't switch back when you get home. Been nice if it was explained a little better but guess I just didn't look old enough or whatever reason for him to be rude.

I tried out the pickup service for the first time. It was great !!! I checked in and 5 minutes later ,there was my groceries delivered right to my car. The sweet young man helped me load my groceries and was so polite. He smelled good too !!! Lol. I look forward to using this service again.

The most disturbing Deli I have ever seen. They had fresh barbecue chicken cooked in the warmer and I ask her for a lb. 3 times the fresh up front and she gave me the small leftover pieces from the scraping of the pan. I told her to keep it. And I reported it to the manager and said he would be right back but never came back.Visited today and still the same.Still the same!!!January 19th 2024 Deli food is unedibal

Some of the personal there could use a refresher course on treating customers, but there are a few really nice staff. Prices seem to change several times a week, which concerns me about the store itself, as it seems that they really watch the bottom line and are afraid to give the customers a good deal.

Serano peppers are packaged up in little tiny packages making them over $6 a pound when they should be barely more than a jalapeno. What a rip off. That & they can't seem to put price tags on everything at this location. How annoying!! Also have seen products that are budget products at other locations costing more than name brands here.

Clean, fast and hard to find items. As well as being able to reach them on the shelves, especially since you are not able to find a store associate in order to help reach what you need. Prices keep going higher, less items to choose from. Hardly anything store brand to help you save your money.Was clean and fast service from Manny in the pharmacy, he's awesome!! On 6/16/23

There are never any staff members around when you need help and when they are around and you ask for their help they act like they don't know anything or where anything is at need to hire employees that actually want to work there and help people

I'm from out of town and stopped in for just a few groceries for a friend. I like the layout of the store and found items quite easily. The isles are spaced nicely and I had a good cart. The cashier was friendly and made polite conversation. My only complaint was the prices seemed higher than in Oklahoma. I buy a lot of Great Value brand stuff, but was surprised at the prices here.

I have to say, I always shop in a different town because De Queen Walmart didn't offer the pick up option. But that is all changing now. As a mom, not having to drag my kids into a store since the pandemic is worth everything! Thank you I hope you keep doing this, the workers back there are always attentive and on point! My experience has stayed pretty consistent here.

Love the Wal-Marts in DeQueen, Ark. Such a neat clean organized store to shop in, unlike the 1 in Mena, that is so dirty, and depressing to shop in. DeQueen's store had all supplies in stock.Mena, always has bare shelves without any of the items, I need. 10☆'s for DeQueen's Wal-Mart

This store has went down hill. Very small selection now days. Can be out of eggs or bread at times. Won't have alot of the usual items people locally buy. Alot of times there isn't enough checkers. I love many of the staff members who are kind and courteous but they are over worked. I see more issues with corporate than the employees... Not sending enough merchandise or listening to workers who say what is preferred by customers, they send what they want.

They have great parking. ..lots of electric wheelchairs you can get up and down the aisles. ...shopping is fun you do not feel rushed and when you check out the cashier is pleasant. ...usually. ..if I need help they will get someone to help me carry my things. ....
