The store has a wide variety of items and the employees seem to be friendly; however, I find it difficult to shop there. Some of the isles have too many items, making them overcrowded and very disorganized. Unfortunately, it makes a quick trip to the store a difiicult task.

Lake village dollar General has two employees that ya can tell they enjoy their job. However all the others I've encountered and I go very frequently. DAILY . RUDE.. DOESNT OFFER HELP NOR HAVE I BEEN GREETED AT. THE DOOR. Several workers but they all huddled up in the back of the store. Also they gather out front doing nothing. And makes a person mad when. I walk right thru the three of them and they want to be rude

It's usually fine. My only complaint today was they were out of a particular product I buy regularly. No big deal. I am pretty sure it will be in stock next time because they usually keep the stock in good shape. Friendly staff, neat store. There are three in my immediate vicinity. Crossett is closest. Very nice staff. I really love the Fountain Hill store because it is open later and because of two employees there named Belinda and Robert. Those are two very hard workers and they both deserve raises. Belinda is excellent management and I believe they are absolutely fine employees. Hamburg is my last choice. Still crowded. It makes me feel claustrophobic sometimes, but they have too much merchandise for the square feet of store floor. I will say it is open until 11:00 p.m., which is a plus. Crossett closes @ 9 p.m. and the Fountain Hill store @ 10. Dollar General is overall much more enjoyable to shop than W.M. (you know which store I mean). Cutting their employees, cutting the greeters, more and more technology. Less and less person-to-person contact. No, I don't think Mr. Walton would be proud of what his empire has turned into. I just threw in my own opinion or two cents for free. Isolation is part of why there are so many lonely and unhappy people. Friendliness and caring rules everytime!!! Go Dollar General when you can. 😉

I am not impressed with the Dollar General in Hamburg, AR. They have your every day items and I do go there for dish liquid and other items. But...one of the staff is not pleasant. She was extremely rude to an older man in front of everyone. It was a sad thing to see. I would never mention a name because these things usually get sorted if a staff member has that type of attitude on going.

Love dollar general! I like that they have more variety of food items these days wish they would have had more Christmas lights this year!!! They sold out quickly!

The workers are great and the store has a wide variety of items. However, the store is so overcrowded with items that its hard to push a cart down isles. It also makes it look messy and disorganized.

Big improvement on the store inside. Everything is put away properly now. The staff is always friendly and eager to assist.

Its ok to go in when your in a hurry. Dint go to shop its cluttered jam packed. Nasty. People there are sometimes friendly the manager us very rude to all the people. I don't know why she is still there.
