Very clean location, fresh fruits, and veggies being put out in nice display while I was there. I like the way this walmart was laid out. All the employees were smiling and greeting. Had a very welcoming experience and will be back to this location, considering it is just a short drive from my house.

My family & I moved to Conway 2 months ago. This Walmart is closer to home so we visit a lot. Very clean & the employees are very friendly. My only problem is I believe HR (Ms. Audrey) My husband went in for an interview & was offered a position with a store manager (Mr. Jimmy). Very cool guy my husband stated. The offer was to be excepted the next day but never came. He was told by Ms. Audrey that she will take care of it when she came back from out of the country. That never happened. When he sends her messages she never replies back, & when he go to the store she always telling him she doesn’t know what happened and she will contact him. Never did. Even employees stops us when we visits the store and ask my husband have he heard anything back? Remembering when he came in for his interview & was hired. My husband is a father, very kind & sweet person. Never been in any kind of trouble or trouble with the law a day in his life. So my question is how can someone offers a person a job to have someone else just take it away from them with no explanation? It’s very sad! It seems like you took one look at him & made your own decision. Shame on you!! You be blessed hunny!

Most of the employees have been real friendly at the self checkout, as always its the upper management that sucks. As soon as I reported to them sending me to the HOSPITAL for food poisoning then I suddenly was on their radar. Lies were spoken as usual to save face. I guess they just don't want my money every day as I shop there that Often! YOUR LOSS!

Always a clean and efficient store, great delivery incentive to shop with them and that's been the bigger over saving or other reasons to shop somewhere else. This is one of the better ran stores.

This was a good trip we were shopping for a grandson and Lamar in men and boys clothes section helped us find the right Christmas gift! He was so sweet and a great big help!

It used to be a lots friendlier, the employees I'm referring too that is. Hadn't been there in about a year, they have made alot of changes. But you can really tell the morality has really been affected by these changes. And not for the positive either.I'm sorry to see and say.

Large supercenter. Large variety, well stocked merchandise. Full service center, vision, car, pharmacy, bakery. Organized and clean store!

Much like any Walmart, the layout and merchandise is basically the same. If you are doing a big shop then it's perfect but to run inside for one item is usually quite time consuming. The store itself is fine but only 4 stars for the rapidly decreasing numbers of employees and needing assistance.

I love checking myself out. I have learned where everything is located in the store however, if an item was recently relocated I can look it up on my phone if an associate is not available.

Great Walmart! They are often stocked with good produce, and they have a good selection of other food items, along with fun seasonal clothes and decorations.The staff is usually kind and helpful. Sometimes the store can be busy, but usually when I go there aren't too many people.

I DO NOT Recommend this location if you are getting your car serviced. I came in for an oil change. I’ve been waiting for a hr and a half to have my oil changed. I asked how much longer it was going take & they said they were putting another car ahead of me so it would be another 30 minutes. DO NOT USE TLE AT THIS WALMART

WalMart is Walmart you know. I usually find what I need and some stuff I didn't know I needed. But here is my main complaint. Not just WM but all big box food stores, Kroger, Harps etc... they have very restricted sources for sugar free, low carb or low fat foods. There should be a couple of aisles dedicated to these types of food where they are grouped together and there should be a bigger selection of those items. Healthy diet foods are already priced twice or triple what sugar laced items sell for. Give us a break. Please

They need to tell customers that TVs put on display are NOT refundable!!!!! I bought a TV on display thinking it was a FUNCTIONING TV ... It WASN'T!!!!! They won't take it back & NOW, I have to deal with returning it to the manufacturer!!!!! It shouldn't be my problem that THEY were given a product that doesn't work!!! I've written off ALL Walmarts!!!!! Sam's kids WON'T be getting any of MY money anymore!!!!!

Never had any issues with this Walmart until today. I ordered items that were supposed to be delivered, but the driver dropped them off at the wrong address. Not only did he upload a pic of someone else’s home, but their only solutions were to try and refund and give me a discount code. What is disturbing is that some random person just received a free laptop and other household items and they couldn’t even reach out to the driver to see what went wrong. I will never order from this store again and caution anyone else from doing the same.

I’m from this town. My Dad is from this town and his Dad and so on. I was in town to visit my Dad. I have NEVER experienced such an awful shopping trip at Walmart until today. That being said. They’re good at their job, but there’s a fine line they need to realize with great customer service. DONT MAKE THE MOM with the kid feel like you’re following them because you think she’s going to steal something. I’ve worked several years in customer service and it’s possible to do your job WITHOUT judging a book by its cover. EXCUSE me for looking a little rough when I walked in. My toddler had on a brand new t-shirt his pops just got him from the beach.AND YES that was me who drove by in my 2023 Hyundai and rolled my window down and waved at the door lady. ✌🏻Maybe do some more training on this with your team members. I can’t be the only one this has happened to. whatever your profession opinion is on the statistics with the time of morning and the type of crowd that was in the store, is invalid…I didn’t like it at all. I will say though, the lady at the bakery who was helping me with the cocomelon theme cake, was so super sweet and loved my kid. She brought a smile to his face. But, I will try to avoid this Walmart because of the overall experience.

Went to store on Dave Ward. Was picking up groceries for my daughter and few items for myself. Got my groceries rang up and bagged myself. Went to use her EBT card and could not remember the pin. I tried calling her, no answer, she has 4 autistic kids. Explained situation to the kid and he said they would set my cart aside as I had to drive to Bigelow to get the pin. When I got back they had already put my stuff back. Needless to say I was furious!! Not only did they lie to me, but acted like they had o idea it was going to take awhile to get back. Your young associates have no clue how to be courteous or understanding. Will never shop there again

This is the first and probably the last time my husband and I will order pickup from Walmart first of all they moved their pick up to the back which is fine but you need to remove your parking spots in the front for parking or maybe put some up that say “we have moved pickup to around back” then when I finally get through to someone they tell us to go around back. So he drives around back and he parks in spot 17, I call and tell them the number and what do I get? An unfriendly “can you tell him to move closer” no hello. So not only is the pickup confusing for someone who is trying pickup for the first time, but the employees are too lazy to walk an extra 50 ft to deliver them. So ridiculous,

I've found what sets one Walmart location apart from another, is : The Employees. At the Dave Ward Store , I've been impressed by their knowledge of the items in their department, and the attitude and willingness to help! The store is clean. The greeters at the front are genuinely friendly. Especially the young lady - Angel !! 😇

What does it take to get a battery core replaced at Walmart??? Apparently, it takes A LOT. They need your photo ID, receipt and this is just day 1. Because they need to do a long test on said battery which they never call to let you know of when the results come back. Day 2, some snooty queen will talk down to you as they ask and answer questions for you, then requiring you to reproduce the same nonsense paperwork from day 1. Because this is the queen darling, and nothing gets pasted them. Walmart - This is a joke. Just like the ridiculous person who is at the desk on Saturday. That vest has went to their head.

Ordered drive up. Got there. No one waiting. I’m checked in. My husband and I watched the employees playing bear the door. I had to walk up and ask for my order. Then they are rude and said we are pulling it. They were playing and got caught. Won’t be back. I have Kroger, Harps and target. My Walmart plus will not be renewed. This place is a joke. Obviously management sucks as well bc they allow this.
