First time being in a vet without working for one in a while. Very pleasant experience! The front desk was very nice, the technician was very knowledgeable and loved on my boy and the vet came in, went over everything and asked if we needed anything else. Very good visit! I will be back for sure.

They are very sweet and gentle when I brought my old dog in to help her but nothing they could do (she was 14 years old).. It was time but they let me take her home one more night so my husband could be there during that emotional time.. But she died on the way home. Just in those few minutes we took her there the vet was so nice and kind. When we decide to get another dog, we will definitely come back ❤️😊

We’ve been taking our pets here for a few years and have had great experiences with everything from annual vaccines to boarding. Dr. Smith is knowledgeable and caring, and I appreciate her good sense of humor. Everyone on the staff is kind and caring. They’ve been able to squeeze us in for unexpected appointments such as when our senior dog threw out her back. They also offer grooming and do a great job with that. Highly recommend this vet office!

I cannot brag on Dr. Smith and her entire team enough. We were bringing our dog in for regular checkups and nail trimmings since the age of 2 months old. We adopted a kitten in late April who had been sickly from the start. We paid Dr. Smith multiple visits with this little one, and she was always very compassionate and willing to help us. A few days before our kitten passed I took him in again. She was honest with me that his prognosis did not appear to be good. As hard as it was to hear, I appreciated the honesty instead of having the truth sugar coated. My husband received a call the next day confirming that his diagnosis was terminal and they could work us in the next day despite a busy schedule. I work for a dentist office and understand how busy working people in can be. Words cannot express how thankful I am that we were able to come in the next day. It was a very depressing situation, but if I had to go through it again I'd do it with Dr. Smith and her team. She allowed our little man to pass peacefully, and got him cleaned up after he was gone before putting him in a box with his name on it. He was suffering from diarrhea from the day we got him and lost control of his bowels in the last week, which is why he needed to be cleaned. We miss him so very much, but know he received great care from Conway animal clinic in his short life. Again, I cannot thank Dr. Smith and her team enough for the care they put into our little man Clyde, and miss Lucy our dog. I apologize for the long post, but would ask that if you're searching for a new vet to please consider Dr. Smith at Conway animal clinic. Her dedication to her clients is unmatched in my experience and definitely worth your time.

Let me start by saying that my experience was absolutely amazing. I took my kitten for his well care check-up, and they were amazing....and most importantly, I am disabled and in a wheelchair and I couldn't get into the building... staff was nice enough to let me stay in the car.....they came to get him checked him out and brought him back to me. They explained everything wonderfully and made me feel very comfortable.....with that being said, I would definitely recommend it for your fur babies. 😊 🐈‍⬛

Great animal clinic. They really care about my dog. Dr Smith asks a lot of questions and explains everything well. The vet techs are great and friendly front end staff. I have him groomed, boarded, and all maintenance and emergency check ups here.Use my name as a reference to get money off your first visit! (I think this is an ongoing promotion with them)

Offers cat declaw removal and then guilt trip you to try and talk you out of it. Why even offer the service? Otherwise they were good but your employee needs to stop. If my boss caught me trying to dissuade someone from one of our services we offered, I wouldn't have a job. Why is it acceptable here? I ended up going elsewhere because of this.

I have never had to wait long for my pets to be seen in a very friendly environment. Good communication as well and they always call the next day to check to make sure my pets that were seen the day before are doing ok.

We just brought one of our Chihuahuas to the clinic, it was a last minute visit and they got him seen quickly. Doctor Smith and her staff are a part of our family because they have always cared for our pets, but also us. They are an amazing/awesome team of pet superheroes that make a difference. We moved to the Conway area last year and had to find a vet to take care of our "senior" kitty cat who is definitely not a model patient! He needed his nails trimmed, shots and his yearly exam. I cannot say enough good things about how the staff took care of our old man. They have a wonderful item that wraps the kitty up (he looked like burrito) so they could gently move him around to do everything they needed to do without causing too much stress for him. I liked that they also have calming music playing as well as a calming diffuser in the room. The exam room as well as the office area was extremely clean and had no odor. Mr. kitty has to take medicine twice daily so instead of prescribing pills (he HATES to be pilled), the vet called a script in to the Amity Road Pharmacy so that it can be compounded and applied as a cream. I never knew that was an option for some animal meds. Thank you Conway Animal Clinic for your outstanding care of my baby. I would highly recommend the Conway Animal Clinic for your veterinarian needs.

Dr. Smith is caring and very competent. I appreciate that she tries her best to keep veterinary costs low without compromising care - she won't prescribe meds or suggest procedures she doesn't feel are necessary. She has cared for two of our dogs now and we have been very happy with her and her staff.

I LOVE this clinic. I needed to get my dog in ASAP. They saw him the next morning via curbside assistants and were so good with my fur baby. He is normally so anxious and he loved them. Within minutes of taking him in the vet was out speaking with me about treatments that fit our budget. The day after our visit and my dog’s first day of meds, the clinic called to check on how he was doing. No vet other than this one has EVER done that for us.We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

My wife and I truly love this place. We have a beagle, who hardly ever goes to the vet, and a standard poodle who visit more often because of her grooming. They really take care of our dogs and have very knowledge/friendly staff. I highly recommend this place for vet visits and grooming. There prices are also very competitive.

I have been going to Conway Animal Clinic since 1988. They have always taken care of my pets and treated them with love. They are sensitive to clients and how much their pets mean to them. I have had many pets over the years. I cannot think of any other place I would take them for treatment. They are very professional as well as friendly. They have treated each of my pets with the best care possible. They have shown me comfort and support when one of my pets has crossed over the rainbow to their heaven. For that I truly appreciate. If you love your animals then this is the place for you. You pay for what you receive with service. If you want the best then use them.

More experiences to come of course, but this is the first choice pick for my household for our cat. The vets are relatable, understanding, and very helpful. Apparently our cat isn't a big fan of them, but after getting necessary shots, spaying, and nail trimmings, that's fair. They do treat animals who dislike the vet with respect, and don't imped on their choices. Overall very loveable experiences.

The staff are very friendly and compassionate. Took my pup in with parvo, and they treated him like a king. Luckily. We caught it early and they were able to treat him. He recovered in about a week and was back to normal within two. Highly recommend.

We highly recommend Conway Animal Clinic! They have cared for our pets (dogs and cats) for 14 years providing routine preventive care, emergency care, elder care, boarding - anything our pets have needed.
