First time going, and I ordered 2 slushies with a breakfast meal for my son. Pulled up, and the order was completely wrong. I got charged for it and told the girl at the window the order was wrong. I told her again what I ordered, and she said she would have to cancel and re-enter everything in. I told her that was fine. Come to find out, she charged me twice and never gave me a refund like she said. If they say they will have to refund, please make sure you ask for receipt of the refund and a receipt for the correct order. I failed to do so.

Our fries, tots and burgers were all cold. I asked for tomato on my burger and they only put a small piece that was the peeling of the tomato, not a tomato slice. The iced unsweetened tea was very bitter which made me think that it was probably old from the day before. I asked for lemon in my tea and it was a tiny piece with with no lemon in it .just the peel. We have had bad experiences in the past with cold food etc..we thought it would get better but it hasn't.

Got dinner there tonight. Ate half of the meal. Lifted the bun on the burger to find an alive fly stuck in the cheese. Called to let them know and was only offered to have the food remade. Who would want to eat more food after that? Will not be back.

Burgers are extremely dry, almost always taste like they have been sitting too long every time I go.. Fortunately I feel the service is getting a little bit better. I can understand the waits when it is super busy, and I think the carhops do hustle more. All in all I wish the app wasn't broken so often, and that food was more fresh. This location has one of the worst Sonic burgers around.

Was over charged for 2 blts, 2 small tots & 2 med.Cokes. So After looking at my reciept was also charged for extra bacon, DIDNT ASK FOR EXTRA BACON! When the cashier read my order back too me she didnt mention extra bacon being on my ticket. In the picture you can see how burnt the bacon is not even able to chew it! 2 blts that are unedible that i was over charged for Im not satisfied at all with the quality of my order or the customer service that was representened with us at this time thats why I give 1 star!

Manager Fernanda was on duty at the time.Online order was placed and they brought the wrong order. No apologies. Called and let them know and I had to wait an additional 20 mins. They then brought my order smashed and like the tots was poured into the bag with chili& cheese unable to even be eaten. Manager seems to think it's OK. I ask for a refund. No Apologies No offer to remake and then refused to refund my full order with the tip. I'll be contacting corporate for theft on this situation because my food wasn't given to me, time wasted and not a full 100% refund. Beware of online orders and this location.I would love to escalate this to corporate because it's not the amount taken from me, it's the principle of the matter. Very unprofessional not to return ALL my money when I received nothing but problems.

They ALWAYS mess up atleast 1 thing on my order. Today my plain hotdog was a soggy chilli dog. My drink was basically pure ice and I got 2 things I didn't order.

(Was) Great, consistent. Lately running really slow, especially if it’s not something they have ready. Food for 4 and they give no napkins, 1 packet of Ketchup, 1 mint, and one packet of salt with no salt in it. This last trip made me laugh. Nov 16 Update, this location is getting worse.

I ordered 2 drinks on the app while waiting on our breakfast at McDonald's down the road. It took 13 minutes to get our drinks. Then after getting them one was missing the lemon wedge I paid extra for. It took another 5 minutes to get the wedges & I didn't even get free food for the wait. They keep getting slower & slower. Plus they never get it right the first time. Very frustrating!

Waited almost 30 minutes for 2 burgers & a small tots. 15 minutes after I ordered, the kiosk showed that Izek was on his way with my order. Waited 10 minutes & still no Izek!! Called back & asked them about my order & they hesitated and said that it was on its way. Deliverer said that it has been just sitting there waiting to be brought out but nobody wanted to put out the effort!!! Meal was cold!! Won't be back & advise others to do the same!!! There's other food chains nearby!!!

How do you mess up tater tots. Don't they cook for like 3:45? Put them down push the button *beep* *beep* tots are done. Pull shke dump saltServe. Toss after ? Whats the hold time. I don't think you know either. If you didn't know they go from hot to soggy to petrified. And you can't recook the soggys I'll taste those too.I want a really cut up banana. Just because you can't figure out how to order or go to Walmart. I want real banana, not syrup.

I have been here 3 times and each time I had just ordered a drink and the last time I was there it took them 25 minutes to bring out a drink with only two other cars there! I seen the carhops just standing in there vaping and talking! Like worst sonic I have ever been too. Won’t be returning.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews I just feel like they need to step it up. I did an app order for a breakfast toaster I ordered it at 1:30ish and when I got there they brought out my bag and drink so I said thank you and went back to my job to find out that they hadn’t given me my sandwich just my sides. So I drove back to get my sandwich and their response was that “the carhop was supposed to tell you that we aren’t cooking eggs after 11a.m.” Even though sonic is known for being breakfast served all day. They offered to make me a toaster with no eggs or replace it with equal or lesser value. So I ended up getting a chili Frito wrap but they didn’t try to refund the difference. Just really frustrating.

Today I ordered 2 chicken slingers and was in a huge rush to get to an appointment. The food arrived timely but my buns was so burned on the underside that I could not eat most of the bread. I had to just eat the chicken. One was so black, crisp, and hard that is surprising the cook did not see these were burned! I did let a carhop know and gave buns back to him but had to hurry on to my appointment! This place is usually really great. Hopefully it was just a one time thing and especially if the carhop showed the cook!

My orders are generally pretty simple, but despite coming here fairly regularly I've never had a problem with my order being messed up (which is honestly surprising!)Food quality isn't the best, but it's acceptable, and given that this is a sonic that's the best I can ask for.I always use the stalls and I've never had an issue with the staff.All in all, pretty good for a sonic I'd say.
