I was there trying to shop and the girl working kept getting in my way, every time I moved she moved. I ask her finally if I was in her way and she laughed so I moved over once again and she did it again so I said can I help you she laughed at me again so I just turned around and left that isle and told her now it's all yours and she laughed at me again so I finally turned around and said do u find that funny she laughed again and said yeah.I said so u think it's funny to do that and make your customers mad and she laughed again and said yeah and I said well I don't. Then she said oh I didn't hear u.her name was RIA ANNA.

Just got through shopping at Dollar General in Altus Arkansas. Picked up potty pads for my dog. Got 2 small already made salad's. Egg's, sugar. This is a nice store. Close to home without having to drive all way up to Ozark.

This store is terrible no one was at the register yelled out for someone two times. Walked out the cashier eas smoking and talking to a guy didn't have a care in the world.

Nov. 2022-Nice selection of Fall Decor.Nice employees, very helpful when you have questions, or need help.They added a self check out, but took away 1 check out. So it's a little slow when store is full, and really, really slow when the self checkout isn't working!!They have Twinkie Candy Canes2021-Most employees are not friendly. Never seems to be anyone around to help, or answer questions.

*EDIT* Im leaving my old review to show what it was like before, I came in after I heard word the store had a new manager so I could scope out if it was better or not. IT IS! the new manager and team is working their tail ends off down there to keep their store in the best shape that they can, sure there may be empty spots on the shelves but some things just don't come in. I really do like the new manager she is really stepping up the game, especially from the last time I was in here.Where to begin? This place has gone down hill the past few months, finally determined it was the manager, the shelves are empty half the time, I saw someone in a wheelchair that couldn't navigate the isles it was so bad with clutter and not to mention it literally stinks in there like something is rotten, I overheard the manager bragging about the vendors that she had slept with and the workers are nice but look way stressed out and I heard the manager bossing them around while she was on the phone with what sounded like a friend from how she was talking. Very unprofessional and very neglected. I do not recommend going in this store unless you have no other option. Tried calling corporate but she seemed like she could care less and said the store was flawless... guess your blonde then honey.

Cashiers and managers have always been friendly and helpful, products are usually in stock with easy access. If not for the way they decided to put there checkout lanes they would have 5 stars.

Love the fact that we now have one close to home! Theyalways have what I need an that is a god thing. Just wish the registers were set up differently. Those long lines are crazy sometime. The cashier will call someone to help only if they line is down the aisle. Help is very friendly in Coal Hill AR but the one in CLARKSVILLE AR has some RUDE WOMEN that work their. One is named Carrie the other one I didnt get her name

It's a good store it's cheap has good variety of all things such as clothes shoes bag house stuff medical stuff beauty supply holiday stuff anything you want 70 percent of the time they have what you need for low prices

I enjoy the people here, but they need a bell or something, there have been quite a few times where us or other customers wait a while at the checkout with no employee in sight

The store is cramped and isles are crowded with merchandise, but prices are good. There are no fresh vegetables here and not much in the way of frozen items.

Parking lot turn into a lake after a minor rain. Things are not reordered and it's as cluttered as a hoarder's garage.

Had to wait for 4 mins at register before anyone came to check me out..even had people in front of me...this happens a lot at the Altus store.....that or there is 20 people in line and only 1 person running the registers

Over charged on cheese says 2.50 paid 2.65 Pepsi says 3 for 3.00 paid 170 for one and 1.35 for the other two. This happens all the time there.
