Very messy, dirty store. I returned an Amazon order. It's been awhile since I've been there. Copy area was very messy stacked with boxes, carpets weren't vacuumed in quit a while. Store wasn't busy, there were enough employees, someone should have been cleaningOR a cleaning crew should come in spend a few hous cleaning windows, floors and putting up storage shelving for printer ink thrown on the around printers. Disgusting

My purpose at this location in Yuma was to print documents. The person working this area was wonderful. Unfortunately, the technology, network and equipment are in dire need of maintenance and replacement.I was told that the staples national network continues to be overloaded and they would not even able to take print orders. There was a three day turn around of they had to.For self service, four out of five printers were out of order. Supposedly, the printer connected to a desk top computer was working, but the network was not.If you have patience to wait in long lines and then wait five plus minutes for the emailed code and three and a half minutes for the software to calculate price before each page prints, then this is your place. Otherwise, I would suggest Fed Ex Office.

I had such a fantastic experience at Staples recently! I went in needing some printing services, and I have to admit, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. I had no idea about the different paper options available, and I couldn't decide which one would be the best fit for my current project.Luckily, I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful staff member named Vangeli (I hope I got the spelling right, my apologies if not). Vangeli was an absolute lifesaver. She not only patiently listened to my printing needs but also took the time to explain various paper options to me. What really impressed me was when she went above and beyond by showing me actual samples of the different paper types. This visual aid made it so much easier for me to make an informed decision.Vangeli's friendly and helpful demeanor made me feel incredibly comfortable leaving my documents with her to be completed. I trusted her expertise, and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. When I returned to pick up my printed materials, they were absolutely perfect! The quality was top-notch, and it was exactly what I needed for my project.I have to give a big shoutout to the Staples printing department for their outstanding service. Thanks to Vangeli and the team, I now know exactly where to go every time I need printing services.

I Came in for some printing projects and was assisted by Vangeli and she was very informative and professional. She was able to answer my questions and provide opinions and options that might work for me. Also Vangeli communicated with her coworkers that I needed some assistance in Technical department and she guided me where to go. Tyler was the gentleman who assisted me with my laptop questions. Walked in confused not knowing what would happen and walked out with my problems solved! was able to find out about other services that may help me in the future. Staples crew is very useful. I can not give enough stars to the printing department. When another store in a different store had completely messed up my printing/laminating store the Yuma store not only took the order on to fix it but then also completely remade the posters and made them so much better quality than the prior order. On top of that they rushed to make my order in 1 day since I would need it the next day. I can not thank them enough and really truly am impressed with their compassion and consideration when it comes to helping the customer out. The staff was beyond amazing, kind and caring when it came to my situation. I highly suggest working with the printing service team at the Yuma staples. If I could give 1000 stars I would.

Extremely pleased with the printing job. The tech advised she had done something similar and when she finished explaining what she suggested, I approved. Was very pleased with the result. She was outstanding! Would highly recommend the printing staff and their professional results.

I purchased a pair of apple AirPods that were defective and even though I was past the return policy they were able to help me get an exchange!! They were so helpful and made my day! The staff is kind and respectful!!! Thanks staples!!

Not bad for PC gaming purchases. Found what I was after, though the items I was shopping (office gaming chairs) was lacking a sales rep. I don't have a problem carrying my own 50 lb items...but I'm sure there are some that do.Bought an Emerge gaming chair, and I freaking love it already. Also snagged a set of logi speakers as they were better priced than Amazon. Works great. Great items, but a little help...usually a plus for any business.

I’ve been in here multiple times to use printing services and bought things here & there. I went in today to buy ink for the first time & had no idea how to find what I needed. I asked an associate for help, and not only did I receive her help, but two other associates help! It was fantastic customer service, much appreciated.

As soon as I came into the doors I was greeted like 3 times...went to the printing area. I needed to print an invitation for a special event. I was in a time crunch, my invitations were done on time and looked beautiful. I received a VIP treatment, i will definitely go back. Staples has signs on their ink cartridges that they price matched 110%. But this is not true.!!!!! They only price match a few select stores of their choice.the cashier was not very friendly and no customer service. Her attitude was poor. She took great satisfaction in telling me she would not price match

I would like to add that the customer service here is immaculate!! I those how y’all treat me with respect and care especially vex and Jesus. I went to the back where vex was to see if I can print some stuff for my son, what do you call it anime? They kindly directed me to the right department and asked if there’s anything I needed before they let me go. They advised Jesus about my situation so I didn’t have to repeat myself but they took it to the next level, they took it upon themselves to direct me and tell Jesus the situation and left me feeling satisfied and with no worry in the world, Jesus helped me instantly and with a “ I can help you attitude” these employees are what we need in the world... Amen to these kids. I would give them a tip but they kindly refused and I understood. Please give these kids a raise !!

We purchased a chair which unfortunately was damaged in the box. We returned it with no problem, the store manager opening other lines for people as we completed the return process. Very friendly service, with another employee helping us find another chair.

This store is great! Its hard to get a good review from the internet mob, but I was looking up their hours and saw all the hate... I'm here once a week buying things for my business or kids or wife that is a teacher. They are helpful and knowledgeable, the sales items are cheaper than the dollar store and their inventory is always good, reliable, quality, items.

My wife and I are on the road a lot so we need printing. Color copies are extremely expensive. The copy center gave us 20 copies for free! I'm sure they can't do that regularly but we were very impressed. They had a lot of business and I can see why.

The worst experience we had at this store was in the copy machines department, Today we went at 5 pm and this employed named Angelica wasn't patient with my grandma who speaks only Spanish and nobody there helped so I went to translate and I asked her for some help and give instructions for the copy machines and in very bad attitude she said yes and emphasize that those were "self-service" (Something we knew and we were asking and able to wait for the favor) finally we went to the machines and waited for her and tried to get the copies that we wanted and kept waiting forever for her help until finally she came for "help us" just saying really quick and not clear instructions and leaving us without making sure we understood, we had so much trouble and wasted so much time at the store just for some copies plus every copy there is not cheap at all, my grandma got very frustated and don't want to go to this store anymore, for my part I warn that this woman was not friendly and I do not recommend this store at all.

I would put no stars if there was an option. This is by far the worst customer service. There are 3 female workers in the printing dept and all of them are extremely rude and argued back with us about our order that they could not get right. One of them even threw in our face that the general manager told her to charge us again, if that was the case then he/she should have called us. My husband spoke to a manager named Issac 24 hrs prior to this but apparently your not qualified enough to have any say so according to your 2 famale empoyees there. What kind of customer service is this? We should have listen to other people about the service and quality but we give everyone the benefit of the doubt. Please dont waste your time and money its not worth the 1hr equals 2 weeks motto or for your order to be under the trash and after asking the employees why it was there she laughed and no explanation was given.

There's a girl that works here now that has worked at harbor freight for a few years and has always been rude and nothings changed at staples. These people come from other places and treat the locals rudely and I frankly am getting tired of it! Go back to California or wherever you rude people come from. I try my best not to shop at either Staples or Harbor freight because of this issue and only do when I have to out of convenience.

Waited in line while two people at the service desk saw I was in line to be helped, I was the only person there, they were not helping anyone else and they completely ignored me and did not acknowledge me. I would have felt better if they had the decency of telling me "hold on, I'll be right with you" or something but no, nothing so I left the store and went somewhere else after a few minutes of not being helped or spoken to. Worst customer service EVER.

I went there to get wet erase markers and could only find a variety pack but there was a spot for a smaller pack. Alyssa and Melissa went out of their way to locate the packs that had just come in off the truck. I was impressed!
