I’m a snowbird from Vancouver Island. I took a chance and had my small dog full of mats and dirty from Arizona dust to get groomed. I give them a 5 star. Very polite staff. Treat your dog like it’s their own. Reasonable prices.

I would have not given any stars but I had to choose one to post. Worst cut ever! Groomer wasn’t even there when I came for my appointment. Tried to explain to the front desk what I wanted for the cut, she seemed clueless. I should have walked out with my dog at that point but she really needed a cut & bath. I almost died when I came back to see that she was almost bald! Some areas you could see her skin other areas we missed as I saw later when I got home. These are before and after pics. The after pic has 2 weeks of growth so you can just imagine how short it was. Poor old girl is shaking in the cooler mornings and evenings cause she has no hair!!!!!

Groomers were professional and worked in a quick timely manner. Around 45 minutes is all it took. They seem to love their jobs and dogs as well and that’s what you want in a groomer. When I picked up my dogs they talked about how cute my dogs were and made me feel good as an owner. Thank you

LOVE THIS PLACE! They always have open ready to go spots when my doggos need a quick nails trim for a reasonable price! They are quick and always very friendly. :)

Took great care of my two dogs . One of the dogs is a little touchy with her feet . Still attempted to cut her paws and got it done . Work area is clean , which is very important to me . I would recommend to take your pet there . 5 out of 5

It took two weeks for the cut to heal and almost a month and a half for the fur to grow back in after they cut my GSD with the grooming sheers. The worst is that they didn’t even show any concern or even tell us about it. We have not got our girl groomed there again.

Papi, our terrier looked great after grooming. His Mohawk hasn’t looked this good in quite awhile 😍 He was also happy when I picked him up. He tends to be a nervous dog.

VERY rude staff , called saying my dog was being annoying and i had to go pick him up and were going to charge a sitting fee if i didn’t pick him up right away. the last time i’ve picked him up he also had multiple cuts on his nose from them being aggressive with him. don’t recommend at all.

I've taken my husky to many different groomers in town. He has never come out looking this good! I am so happy with them!!! My handsome fluffy man isn't a mess anymore. They even took care of places I didn't think was possible because other groomers have just overlooked and not bothered working on. I will never take him anywhere else now!

I was visiting in Yuma and needed my cat’s claws clipped. I got there just after they opened and the groomer took her right away. We were out of there in under ten minutes. She was so patient and sweet with my Moxie and did a great job.

I have been using this grooming salon for 3-4 years for my 2 Yorkies. They get groomed every 6 weeks and I book their next appointment when I leave. The charge is $120 and I always leave a $20 tip. Today I arrived for my appointment and was told that I did not have one. The staff was very rude. They did not offer to try to fit me on another day. I was also informed that I couldn't possibly have a 1 o'clock appointment because they wouldn't book one. I have had many appointments at that time over the years. The treatment that I received today was unacceptable. This establishment has certainly gone downhill since the owner retired to Florida and the daughter was in a serious car accident. I have still tried to use them, but never again.In response to the owners response I certainly did pay when I was there! I ran my credit card for the $120 as I always do and gave the groomer $20 in cash. They later called that I didn't pay. Apparently credit card didn't go through so I gave it to them over the phone. I assume that is when they canceled my future appointment. It really doesn't matter because I will never go there again.

Since Foothills Vet changes their price of nails to $40, we went to Shear Delight and had our dogs nails done for $15. And they did a better job. Same day, no appointment, friendly ladies that do a great job. I will be returning and recommend.

I requested a simple wash and dry. They did that but they also went that extra mile and did such an awesome job on our very dirty senior Standard Poodle. My first two trips here were fantastic, and it saddens me to be giving this place 2 stars, because I was convinced it was a 4 or 5 star place. I usually drop my German Shepherd off for grooming and then go do some grocery shopping. I usually only take 45 minutes or so shopping, and am early to pick my dog up. This had never been a problem before, and I would sit patiently and wait. This is how things went the two previous times, so I didn't think it would be a problem this time. I went in and sat down and was asked if I was here for my dog and I said yes. The response I got was extremely rude about how my dog gets excited and tears the place up when she can see me and how I was early and my dog "hasn't even been here for 50 minutes" and big dogs take time to groom. I dropped her off at 9:50 am and went in to wait at 11:10 - 80 minutes. Again, I don't mind waiting for her to finish and was not upset she wasn't done. I could see her and yes, my dog did get excited to see me, but all she did was jump up on the cage twice. Nothing was torn apart or anything, and she sat down calmly after that. Aside from all of this, the employees were not treating each other kindly either. I was essentially rudely told I needed to leave and my dog causes problems, and now I am extremely fearful of how my dog is being treated there when I am gone. If that's how they treat customers and employees on a bad day then how are they treating the dogs?

Billie has many years of experience grooming pets. She always makes my fur kids look nice... She is good with dealing with pets that are shy or have other issues. She often grooms pets for HSOY to make them more comfortable and more adoptable. I'm a professional pet sitter and I recommend many of my clients to her. I've never heard a complaint only that they are glad they used her and that they will use her again.

👎🏻👎🏻Owner or head groomer not sure who she is but she’s arrogant and rude no respect for other people’s time and makes you wonder how careful she is with pets when customers aren’t there. We had exchange of words because I was annoyed my dogs are older and I made an appointment when I was told my 2 small dogs hadn’t been worked on 2 hrs into their appointment due to a Poodle that came in and walk in nail trims .When I arrived 3 1/2 hrs later and pd the $110charge but didn’t leave tip which I normally do . She took my dog off the table he was still being worked on put him on the ground said I’m not welcome here I said I would never come back .She opened the door my unleashed dog ran out thankfully to my car and not the parking lot.Plenty of groomers that can do the job without an attitude.

Have taken my dog there for the last 4 years, BUT this last experience was horrible. When checking in I explained what I wanted that was different from the last times. When I went to pick her up they had not done what I had requested so I asked them to please do so.The girl argued with me and said that they just did what always had been done and I did not ask for anything different. (They were all sitting around with their noses in there cell phones when I checked in and apparently not listening) She then took my dog and tried to complete what I asked for and did a complete whack job. When trimming her nails they are all down into the quick. I will NEVER take my dog there again.

Horrible. Dropped off my dog after explaining on the phone and again twice at the salon for a bath and trim. Teddy Bear cut she said, I said yes. Not a poodle cut. Asked when to come back 1:30 was the response. I returned at 1:30 was told I was early. My dog was on a table with the loop around her neck, owner and another groomer were on the floor trimming a dogs nails. I was told I was early. My dog was sheared. She told me I was to be back at /;30. I left, should not have but was mad. Shortly got a call my dog was done. Looked like crap. Two weeks later she still looks like crap. Most uneven cut she has ever gotten, short, definitely not a Teddy Bear cut. More a sheared lamb look.
