Don’t come here! They closed off everything and didn’t even give us truck drivers a warning! Take our money but not considerate enough to give a warning. No coffee no food nothing skip to the loves to TA .

Now listen I understand and respect hard working people and truly appreciate the services these truck stops provide for ne as a driver, but I must say the showers in this particular pilot are disgusting. This my 2nd straight night being here, ran down to phx, delivered picked up and heading east.Hair all over the sinks, clumps of hair, not just a few strands, hair on the floor, so am I to believe that the shower is clean when time wasn't used to clean up the hair, I think not.Obviously new towels are placed in the showers and the shower is ready for the next driver. I always, always have disinfectant with me and spray down everything before preparing to shower. But I see I need to pre clean as well.It is early in the morning, like between 3-5 am, but is that an excuse? Just be prepared when you enter.There's a lot of parking , Dennys in site.

Nice stop - clean restrooms, plenty of parking, staff was friendly, nice variety of hot foods and cold sandwiches and wraps as well as salads. Several types of warm pizza, fried chicken, sides, buns.Yes - Cinnabuns.A Denny’s restaurant is connected and has seat down meals.Quick grab warm sandwiches, we grabbed some they were tasty and we tried the fish, Southern chicken, steak sandwich. There’s also gifts and an auto section.

Everything was out of order; the soda machine, coffee machine, the icee machine, and the ice machine. To make things worse the bathrooms were also out of order. They had a Cinnabon station in the middle of the store and the frosting was out in the aisle instead of behind the counter so that’s gross. I wouldn’t eat from here.

Don't waste your time here. Management didn't care to get the showers clean. They also will watch you wait knowing nobody is going to do it. At 11 am another driver said he's been waiting since 6am

July 3, 2023I took shower at this place. The shower, toilet and fan wasn't clean enough. The fan on the wall nasty I have to ask for a different shower room and was the same.The manager of this place doesn't care anything. You pay to bathe for nothing because those who don't pay enter directly to the shower. I speak to the manager because I have been waiting for more than 1 hour to bathe and I observed that someone quickly go shower room where someone had gotten out. I tell him, he said yes many times people go shower and don't pay but we can't do anything.

The food bar is closed, the coffee,icee,ice, soda fountains are all down, and the drink coolers are just below room temp. If I wasn't stuck here on my reset I'd have never spent a dime here.

Truckers beware, the overnight employees here do not have a clue of whats going on with the showers. I arrived at this location at 2:30 am reserved a shower i was the first in line, after waiting for about 30 minutes i asked one of the employees at the registers if the showers were working, the answer was yes, so i continued waiting. after an hour of waiting i saw one of the employees trying to assign showers, not only did he let another customer into the shower the system had assigned to me, he was also assigning dirty showers and he looked confused to see that the showers were dirty, i guess they expect the showers to clean them selves.

Nice. Clean...including the restrooms. Many items and FOOD to choose from. Well stocked. Friendly employees. This is by FAR the nicest truck stop between Flagstaff and New Mexico !! There is also a sit down restaurant here.

Very clean, friendly service, lots of parking, nice showers, fresh food & bean to cup coffee.UPDATE today April 8, 2021 the restroom was nasty & the girl Brittany was emptying the big trash can into another trash can (the same size), instead of pulling the whole trash bag out & replacing it with a new bag! Seeing this makes this women's restroom even nastier than what it was & unsanitary, 1 word.... Ewwwwww! 😫 This location needs to get it back together! 🤦‍♀️

We use this Flying J as a switching/resting point, and on occasion grab some fuel if need be. I particularly like this place because it is one of the only places in Arizona along our route that actually has some grass for the dog lolFriendly staff, clean and pretty well maintained. Nice driver's lounge with a laundry room.Now if only the drivers that use this place and park here would respect the grounds, it would definitely be a very nice place to reset.

While waiting in line to purchase food, the cashier and I walked over to the food counter together. I informed the cashier of my food preferences. When the previous driver returned to find the cashier, she went back to the counter to assist him. Subsequently, the cashier girl started serving the customers behind me, leaving me standing at the food counter. It was an unpleasant experience, and I felt a lack of respect. I believe that after the previous driver left, she should have attended to my needs, and once the food counter service had commenced, she shouldn’t have returned to the front counter.2/3/2024 /8 PM

I took shower at this place .my shower number was 10 .the shower wasn't clean enough and sanitized. The fan on the wall nasty. I asked the manager if the can clean it,he responded,,well we are busy helping customers! This is not 5 star hotel ,,

Big showers, lots of parking, and own deli with good food. And I like to leave a tip when my shower is clean. Good people that will help you any way they can.

Some of the WORST employees ever. It seemed as though the customers were not appreciated. Employees laughing and talking loud to their fellow members. No total given or a thank you. I felt nearly invisible. More like a ghost. At least they're seen

Rarely I get into a Pilot - Flying J shower that blows hot air out of their shower room air vents. This is on point running less hot water to warm up the shower room before and after taking a shower. Great job on this!!!

Literally one of the worst truckstops I've been in no food but a Denny's so if you are hungry plan on at least a half hour soda machine has been broken over a month so no refills but hey the bathroom was clean

Tons of showers available. Asked two maintenance guys to open one shower but he ain't ready to open one, asked the counter gal to open it she said she's not trained when last week she did open one for me..Time is 1:50 am 2 people are waiting in line..and it's been 30 minutes.. this happens only when I'm there, few people are always waiting there for me...The whole scenario is pre-planned...This is not the first time.. please check my reviews on other pilots also.. and all reviews have pictures..AND PILOT, THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO TREAT YOUR SON IN LAW. Because in my culture son in law don't wait for anything.. since you have shown a keen interest in my personal life, only in-laws do that.. unwanted interference.. and I see that you guys are performing all the acts of 'in-laws' pretty good..I'm proud of you...

The best managment and organizacion of all flying J. The System went down but a shower employee got everything organized, he know who is next and aproch to each one, he didnt yell by number, awasome. The cashiers also very eficcient and friendly. This is the best flying and PET FRIENDLY one.

Not you usual cleanliness that you find at a flying j. This was around 5 am. Went in to get coffee and use the restroom before going on the road.... needless to say I and 2 other drivers were rather disappointed... too put it mildly

Be careful at this Flying J. It held $151 3 times for fuel on my card!!! The pumps don't recognize the rewards card. Had to go inside and prepay for them to read the rewards card.

Definitely staring as a favorite sleep spot! & the staff at cinnabon were awesome! The sound of the train was really relaxing, some might not be into it. I loved it

Stop here often and since the renovation this truck stop is not well maintained. The shower and fan dirty and they was a dirty wash cloth in the shower that I put in the garbage so clearly they didn't really clean the shower...

Showers were clean with ample hot water and pressure. There was no line at busy time of day. Store was orderly and well stocked. CSR was friendly and efficient. Pizza was better than average.

I have to say the attendants at the store were very nice but the guy at the mechanic shop name Frank didn't not display proper customer service at all he pulled up in a white toyota tacoma to open the mechanic shop and started yelling at me, I must admit I was parked in front of the shop but he could have displayed a little more courtesy he told me to move which I was doing but he still went ahead and called a tow truck he didn't even give me ten minutes to move this is not the way you treat customers who spend hundreds of thousands of dallrrs at your establisment.I'm thinking of taking all my busines to Loves now.And after reading some of the reviews about this place the customer service is horrible it's in the culture of this place so skip this place find another truck stop.
