Marlo is a great Animal Control Officer and takes great care of the pets before they get adopted. It's a bit of a drive if you're not in Willcox, but I would highly recommend adopting from this shelter. They're with it! 💗

The lady stayed 2 to 3 hours so I could get my dog back. That had been dognapped then busted in sierra vista. I had no ride from Mesa so had to rent a car late in the day.. I can't thank her enough.

Have had the worst experience dealing with this shelter. We have adopted from PACC many times and never gotten the run around as we have received here. These poor animals need homes and the staff is less than helpful in getting them out of the shelter to their new homes in a timely manner. So disappointing.

What’s the point of being an animal shelter if you can’t get in contact with them to see if they found your dog. They they have the nerve to put them down if u don’t contact them within 48 hrs. This is pure bs. I called and called no answer and don’t even have a voicemail. If I find out my dog was there and put down i will be suing because they won’t pick up the phones

I didn't have any problem adopting a dog from here. It's a small shelter and limited staff. It's Willcox, not Tucson!

There's a few dogs on the corner of Freemont and Arizona Ave .that are NOT well taken care of they don't have water nor food I pass by there everyday the big black dog by the fence has a small rope on him and can berly even walk around always getting wet when it rains someone needs to go and check out those dogs and do something about it....
