Was told by a shop (that I will not name) that my 2018 Toyota 4Runner needed replacement of the upper ball joints at a cost of over $1,500. Inspection by X-Pert resulted in no problem found. Additionally, unnamed shop recommended other services deemed not required by X-Pert. I probably saved over $2,000 due to owner Joe Pate's honesty and integrity. Go there - you will get honest, quality work done on your vehicle, and only if it's needed. April 10, 2024 was my lucky day.

This was my second visit to X-pert. The first time was an emergency battery replacement and they were so great about fitting me in that I decided to give them a try instead of going to the dealer for regular maintenance (oil change, filter replacement, tire rotation). Everyone I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable from booking my appointment to reviewing what had been done on my car. It was a great experience and I will be returning.

This shop has been a Godsend for our large family. We have multiple drivers in the home all with older vehicles that do break down quiet often. These ladies and gentlemen are quick, honest, fair priced and all around just really helpful. Had my 2002 Thunderbird here for a complete A/C replacement. The time it took to complete the job was just one day longer than first scheduled. However, it was not their fault. The replacement parts were defective, because they did not preform to the standards they required. Even so, it was only one day longer than first planned. Joe was very professional and apologized several times for the delay. I highly recommend this X-Pert Automotive store.

I brought my car in on Monday June 12th and it was determined I need to replace my catalytic converter (we had assumed that was the issue). They ordered the part the evening and it was delivered the next day. I was able to pick up my car on June 14th. Beware. I wonder how much they pay people to do these good reviews. They quoted you a price went with them because the price was high but convenient BUT they tripled it they lied if you ever go here get it in writing before you leave!! Watch your back this place they are Crooks. I will be filing a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau!!!UPDATE.... you are the owner that we dealt with. You are the one that lied. But I have heard plenty of stories about you. I'm so glad you put in here that there's no law that we had to pay the three times that YOU quoted us. Because when I turn you in I have this to go on that you made us pay OR YOU were going to take it apart REMEMBER JOE?? Inspection, tire rotation and oil change done prior to a cross country trip. Was able to get a ride back home from their courtesy shuttle. Very thorough, professional and friendly. Took my truck into X-pert so they could repair the rear pinion seal on my differential. I've heard good things about this shop and bad things about their competition across the street.I had an appointment early in the morning and I had to wait for my ride to arrive. The waiting room has a comfortable couch, bathroom, and a television. The wait was totally comfortable.The mechanic confirmed my suspicion that the pinion seal was bad and quoted me a decent price for repair.While sitting in the waiting room, it was clear to me that this business has loyal and repeat customers. A lot of people coming in were called by their first name and the receptionist personally knew them as previous customers. This was really cool.Yes, this is my new auto repair shop. I like everything about it.

After 4 different shops charged us for engine repairs that did not fix the problem of backfiring and lack of power upon accelerating, we were referred to X-Pert Automotive. They found and fixed the problem! We have driven more than 200 miles since, over mountains, and have not had any problems. Thank-you so much!!! I would trust them with any vehicle. We are very impressed with the entire staff at X-Pert Auto. Their communication is excellent!! They have worked on our 2000 Camry twice. Once for an alignment, and the second time for “Check Engine" light issues. My car is running better than ever and continues to run great, even after a 500+ mile out of town trip. We highly recommend X-Pert Auto. It is such a relief to find an auto repair shop that is honest, does good work, and has good prices.
