Rude staff. Attempt to make a salad, many items were missing. Was told by the staff that items would be out in just a couple of minutes. 20 minutes later I was still standing there. When I asked they said oh just a couple of minutes. I said you just said that 20 minutes ago, and they said well. I don't know what you want me to tell you. I said I want you to tell me when and the food's going to be out and they just shrugged and walked away.I then decided to get something from the hot bar. It had a sale price marker on it but when I went to the register I was told that the price was completely different. The cashier argued with me. I said I can go take a picture of the price tag and bring it back to show you and he said no it doesn't matter. This is the price that's showing up in the computer and this is the price you're going to pay.I then went to the customer service counter and explained the situation and they said oh well. That's what they're supposed to do. But we'll go ahead and honor the price. I said well do you mind if I go get a new one because this one's cold now because I've been sitting there at the cash register for so long with the cashier arguing with me and she apologized and told me to go get it. I went and got the hot one. When I went back the person had left the customer service counter. So now I waited a few more minutes and eventually she returned, sold me the item for the discounted price and I left. What should have been a 5-minute trip to pick up something quick for dinner turn into an ordeal that lasted nearly an hour. I don't think I'll be returning to this location.

This is my absolute favorite location! The customer service and obvious culture here is next level! The food is always delicious and the juice bar team is so fun! The retention of staff over the years is also incredible.

While shopping in the past, we have noticed people eating. Tonight we thought we would give it a try. When we arrived, we were a little surprised that most of the tables were full. When we left, we were no longer wondering why the tables were full. There seemed to be only one person working the area. She was cheerful, efficient and clearly not stressed from being very busy. The food we received was fresh and very good. We will definitely be back to try some of the other items.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. I had a slice of the Supreme pizza. It wasn't bad, but next time I'm definitely going for the pepperoni. New York style pizza. Good size, but the thin pizza may leave you still hungry. Buy two 😉

For some unknown reason this store has the most obnoxious music playing all the time! I have asked several employees about it, and they say they hate it as well. In fact, one said to me, "It makes my long shifts miserable. Not only is it inappropriate music for shopping, tons of heavy metal, and classic rock, but they also seem to think that shoppers want a concert. The volume is ridiculous. I can't even have a normal conversation while shopping. I wish this wasn't the closest place to my house! The other location an additional 15 minutes form my house keeps the music nice and low, so you can hear it but it doesn't disturb. I think someone should call OSHA, the volume level exceeds the limits set by them! I tested it with a DB Meter! I told customer service and they said there is nothing they can do, because that is how the Store Manager likes it.Also, get rid of those stupid self checks and get enough cashiers! There always seems to be lines! I was in during the lunch hour the other day, and only ONE Cashier! !2:15pm on a weekday! I asked my cashier and she said the other cashiers were on lunch! Ridiculous!

Love the consistency of all the whole foods store. We mainly go to whole foods for fresh organic fruits and vegetables. We live the deli as well as have our lunch on the weekends if we have to get a quick bite post grocery shopping. The sushi rolls are great!

This grocery store is top quality with a fresh meat and produce department, terrific prepared salad bar with hot and cold foods, nice wine selection and bar, pizza and sandwiches to order. The store is clean and shelves are well stocked. There is plenty of parking and is wheelchair acceptable. Love this store for my everyday shopping.

This was a bit of a weird Whole Foods for me. The music they were playing was super loud, and it felt like all the lights and freezers were buzzing on a different frequency. My autistic kid could not deal with how loud and crowded it was. I was also a little disappointed in the gluten-free selection. I may try again when it isn't 2 days before Thanksgiving.

Went here to return an Amazon purchase . The parking is atrocious. Ended up driving around the whole plaza just to find a place to park. Asked a store employee for Amazon returns and was directed to the kiosk even though the item I was returning would never fit in the bin. Luckily, another employee saw my situation and led me to the return desk. The rest of my transaction went smoothly. We did tour the store a bit. It seemed okay.

I love Whole Foods now that they have everyday items that aren't so hard on my wallet, like the 365 organic brand.It is nice to go occasionally and get hard to find items that I can't find anywhere else! I have always had fresh produce and bakery items. The pizza is yummy, too! AAA+

Often messy salad bar, empty entrée and soup pans, and condiment bottles will sit empty.I'd asked to refill 3 out of the 4 dressings and was told they don't make them there, dont have refills, and they aren't allowed to pull *Ranch* from the store shelves.Fruit on the line is also considerably old, wet, and mushy on several occasions including today- would not be surprised if it's washed repeatedly to rinse mold away to day to day.It's giving poor, disorderly, and unconcerned for such a basic but substantial part of the salad bar (which by the way, Whole Foods, the salad bar is the only real reason people physically come here anymore).Don't make your employees make excuses for the lack of staple ingredients under the guise of a company policy.This location in a very short amount of time is increasingly lack luster alongside all the other stuff it's failing to provide as a "gRoCeRy StOrE".

Ammmmmazing time. The rest of the reviewers are lonely and dumb. This place is amazing. Any type of food you want, right there ready and waiting for you!!! Got a tuna wrap and a slice of pizza. Both were excellent. The girl at the pizza counter even offered to heat my slice up! What??!!! We are spoiled when we think an experience at Whole Foods is bad. This place is exceptional and full of goodness! A+++. Just go and enjoy the plethora!

Meat department is over the top great!!! Ernie, David, Fab and everyone is fantastic!!! Check out is great with Jess!!!! One negative, the music sucks!! Haaaa! Great place to shop!!!!Went to shop and pick up some of their fabulous meat products and they were playing Midland county music,!!!! Fantastic wonderful change!!!!March 14Stopped in for more great meats and Salmon today!! What outstanding service from Ernie and David in the meat department!!! I love the patisserie and baked goods section here. My husband and I both have never been fans of traditional cake so this is our favorite place for beautiful and always delicious tarts and pies and anything else that catches our eye. I also appreciate the wine and beverage section. I can find new teas or things I haven't experienced which is fun. Also my husband's favorite place for the meat selection. He is a wonderful cook so he is picky when it comes to his deli selection and Whole Foods typically wins.

Deli and bakery are very good. Great variety of wine. Meat is very good. Fresh veggies and fruit are also excellent. Other items, great variety. A little on the expensive side. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is a great asset with excellent food. An upscale market.

I tried to modify my Whole Foods order via Amazon, and the site would not let me. I am extremely disappointed in Whole Foods' delivery system. UPDATE: Amazon sent me a link that directed me to Amazon orders that were not from Whole Foods ... I am going to reconsider using Amazon in the future for any future Whole Foods orders. Furthermore, the drivers for Amazon end up getting punished, as I am sure their tips are impacted as well.

I call this newly remodelled store the Temple of Food. The incredible design, the echo-chamber sound level, the magnificent offerings all make for an almost religious experience. Great place, great food.

This store has a serious health violation code issue with refrigeration not working properly. Their eggs all went bad and they said they had some that were still okay in the back. Unfortunately, they were not okay and gave us food poisoning. Completely unacceptable.Store is small and employees aren’t nice nor friendly. Poor selection compared to other stores, especially the fruit. Plums and peaches were rotting.Only good things were the Urban Remedy selection and plethora of self checkout machines.

Whole Foods is my favorite grocery super market! You can get a mean ready to eat, you can get groceries, and Amazon gives those with prime membership additional benefits! You will not regret the stop. My favorite place for making your own dinner for great prices, and the food is quality!

I enjoy the outdoor patio seating along with the smoothie & coffee bar. I changed to a plant-based diet a few months ago, and the staff members have been very helpful during this process. On a couple of occasions where the food I purchased was not a good fit for me, Whole Foods provided a refund with proof of purchase. I like going to Whoke Foods for lunch with my daughter, we can each get exactly what we want. I have yet to try the restaurant inside the store, looking forward to that!

The products there are very pricey. For a premade sandwich it was $10. I only bought a bottle of water for $3. I won't do my grocery shopping there. One question I have is how do you know it's organic
