They force you to do your own self checkout NOT provide any cashiers to do that for you. Do I get my discount for checking out my own items? I'm saving you all having to pay anyone in my community to have a job in Walmart. At least a discount for that would be nice. Estrella denied me from helping me when I ask if someone could help me. She just said that I have to do it myself I hope Estrella has a job in the near future. Before they keep wracking up the prices and force they're own customers to scan they're own groceries and Will not even provide a job for the community. Not okay with this.

I had always enjoyed this Walmart and the services they provide. I recently had an issue that I raised to management. Coach Dani provided me with help on how to handle the situation and helped me find who I needed to talk to file a claim. I filed a claim with the auto department service manager Jesus. They were both helpful with addressing the situation and handled everything very well. One thing I look at for any company is how well they handle customer service issues, and they both handled them very well. Thank you for all the help and for an overall great experience handling a stressful situation.

They nearly force you to go to work for them as a cashier for free because they often have no cashier's available forcing you to self check out. Mind you, Even if you make an error and in certain mistake they will still prosecute you to the full extent to laugh for theft! It's not worth it.

This one is a bit and miss most if their people are great but there's is always one employee that messed things up.I had my reusable bags mousy from Walmart a few from other places like Circle K and my job. Well I pulled them out of my bag and start scanning out my stuff and putting everything in the reusable bags which to be honest aren't completely clean. When an associate comes over asking if I'm going to pay for the bags. I looked at him and told him, "if they were new and had tags I would but you don't even carry this anymore and the 2 that you so carry are dirty, want to see?" And because I called him out he watched me scan out every item. Not helping and else like I was some sort of theft.I looked at him after I paid and told him do you want my receipts? He said I'm just doing my job and I told him no your being a jerk. You were wrong on one thing so he sat waiting to see if I'd steal. It's profiling! No I disbursement look my best and as an older woman if color I'm never going back there.I like Walmart for a number of reasons and I LOVE that they are a green company. Give back to the community almost daily! However they employ some of the RUDEST people in the world.Get your people in line WALMART, they are representing you to the American People. Wish I had the guys name and picture to share

Aisles are too skinny for how busy it is, it's not clean, they don't have a great selection of food, the prices are higher than almost every other grocery store, the parking lot is awful, and one of the employees gave me dirty looks for accidentally bumping another cart with my cart (it was taking up the whole self checkout aisle). I've never hated being in a store so much

Service was good and clean areas. Workers presence was adequate to ask for where items are. Sheriffs on sight which is sort of comforting. They like my dog so I give them a 5 star due to all of the above.

Thank you for the opportunity, to speak my mind.. we, my husband and I, did the FMCA event at the Pima Fair grounds, more than 1,000 Class A vehicles attend, and others as well, we happen to be venders and drive a Class C, on our way out of town, we got a "blow" out, made our way to this Walmart, stopped in the tire area to purchase a new tire, the tire department did not have the tires we needed, nor a technician, it was Sunday, we had to call AAA, they came out, and put the spare on... We parked our RV in the Far back of the lot, went into Walmart to order new tires and to let them know we were "stranded", they were unable to accommodate us, as we had to order tires, and go to another Walmart to have them installed, a little senseless, the young man was wonderful and had special customer service skills, we did tell him our predicament and he said , under these circumstances I'm sure management will understand, we purchased some dinner items to support Walmart,we slept the night, and we're getting ready for the day, when we were interrupted by several "BANGS" on the doors, there stood a Sheriff, and a young lady,(possibly the manager) and in so many words, told us to leave, we explained we had Tire trouble, but it made no difference, Basically," Get out of here" were spoken, incidentally the spare was flat as well, we got dressed and hobbled to Discount Tires and purchased 7 new tires!! They were willing to serve us with a smile and take our money!!

I went Walmart supercenter on Tucson marketplace. I arrived at 10:20 pm. I was in electronics department prior to 11:00 pm when the store closed. I asked several Walmart employees if I could get assistance prior to 11:00 pm. Only one said I will find someone to help you but no one came. The final two employees walking by more engaged in their personal conversation than to help a customer finally answered for my assistance saying the store is closed no one can help you take your stuff to the front. I spoke to the manager Jennifer who informed that age electronics department associate leaves at 10:00 pm so no one can get any assistance after 10:00 pm. I’ve never heard this before. This is not stated on the website or a signed posted anywhere on or in the store. I also one have shipped at this exact store in the electronics dept as they were closing. Staff was more concerned about getting people out so they could leave rather than their paying customers. Extremely rude in tone Abe very condescending. Last time I spend any of my hard earned money at a Walmart

First time placing an online order, pickup got sent to the wrong store. When I realized this, I tried to cancel. Nobody answers when I call, when I use the chat feature nobody is helpful. You have the items, I want them either at my store or my money back.

Locked alcohol and 6 employees couldn't open it for me. Waited 10 mins then gave up and moved to the produce section. No bags anywhere to put produce in so I left my cart and walked out. Will drive further now and avoid this Walmart for good.

They used to be amazing, letting me charge my phone , I have health issues, so they were letting me do I could keep my mom informed of my well being,I would give five stars for that, but recently the cops told me I couldn't anymore, they did not even want to walk in n verify my situation.

I've always enjoyed my trips to this store. Their selection is always really great plus I can do grocery shopping at the same time! The restrooms are always clean and the help here is always excellent. It takes awhile for checkout but that's true anywhere. Good job! Keep it up!

Spray paint was locked in a cabinet, but no associate came to help me. I pushed the button several times to get assistance, but nobody came to help. I waited for 10 minutes, spoke to another associate from another department. I had to leave to go to work.

Over the years Walmart has gotten a reputation of being the poor man supermarket. This supercenter is a few years and is still smells brand new. It's disappointing that now you have to have a sheriff at the front of the store keeping people from shoplifting.

I had the worst experience ever here. I accidentally clicked the wrong item when doing the “item search” feature of self checkout. I tried to take it off my purchases and the machine said, “calling attendant for help.” No big deal. An older woman who I later learned is named Savette walks over to help me and I explain what happened. She immediately gets a nasty look on her face and says, “well I’m gonna need the item back.” I explained again that I hadn’t scanned anything I had accidentally clicked the wrong item when attempting to look up an item. She told me she couldn’t void it because it could still be in my bag and then I suggested she look through my bagged items for the item that I was trying to void and she attempted to look it up using her handheld device but failed to and then began to take her aggravation out on me. Another worker (a very nice gentlemen with long green hair) saw the altercation and came over to try to help me. He apologized for the woman and asked if I would just rescan all my items to appease Savette. It should be known here that I was buying over $200 in items and was over halfway done checking out by this point. However. the line behind me was backing up and so I agreed to not hold it up any longer by escalating the situation. I am appalled by this situation and I hope management does something. I won’t be shopping here in the future. I also will suggest people don’t go here because of this experience. Im not someone who writes reviews but I had to on this one.

I purchased two items using curbside pick up and was handed a bag that was tied shut by an employee who walked away before I could open and check the bag. One of the items was not in the bag, but I was told by customer service that they would not refund me or replace the item because they had marked the order as two items picked up.

Nothing is in the aisle that it says it is online. They never have the inventory it says they do online. And only half the staff is willing to help you either have to ask the same question to different employees over and over til you find one that will help or give up. Except the girl at the customer service desk!!! She's amazing!

I've been coming to this particular Walmart since it opened and as a matter of fact I used to hang out in the desert where the Walmart is presently located as a kid and I have spent a lot of money here! I just recently purchased an RV and never hardly spent the night in a RV at Walmart! Just a minute ago the manager and 2 sheriff's come banging on my RV DOOR and telling me to leave after just spending an evening here....TERRIBLE SERVICE! :(
