Love shopping here. It's always so clean 😍. Top it off you have Starbucks ,too. Enjoying my refresher drinks or ice cold coffee as I'm shopping. I'm even happier cuz I even enjoy groceries, clothing, kitchen and etc. So convenient for me. Saves me time and I don't need to go anywhere else. 😉

I am only giving this review to put an end to the dumb 10 items or less express check out rule. This one in particular enforces a rule but then only has two registers open to handle the over flow of grocery shoppers. This seems to encourage people to buy less on their trips instead of making your check out policy faster.I don’t even bag my items but I’m not allowed in the express check out if I have, say 15 items.

Don’t go to this Target or any nearby Targets after 8PM if you value your time. Checkout lines are typically 15 people long with one cashier. I recommend Walmart if you actually want to get in and out.

First let me say that as of mid October 2022 the parking lot is a mess of chain link fencing blocking off almost half the front parking area while they do some kind of update or repairs or something. At low volume times for shopping this won't be a big deal, but any other times it is nutty trying to get a spot very close to the door.Next I will say, all right, it's Target. They have the stuff from their weekly ads plus many of your household staples. The store seems clean and organized, but like almost every Target I've been to in the last 6 months, there are so many empty shelves and so many times I use the Target app and it says what I want is in stock, and I go to the aisle it should be on, but it's not there. Sold out, out of stock. This happened to me in 3 different states in the month of October alone, so I guess that's just how it is these days. Even so, kinda bugs me to drive out there and blam, no thingamajig or whatsit. I don't want to mail order my supplies for daily living. Sometimes I need them today!Now how about something good? They had plenty of carts and hand carry shopping baskets and they were fairly clean. They have self-checkout and real cashiers. I love browsing the clearance racks. This time I didn't even need to, though, because I found some lovely $5 women's everyday wear t-shirts, soft fabric and nice colors. Had to get two. Upon checking out with the real cashier person, I was asked if I had a phone number to type in for loyalty rewards, but when I said no, there wasn't any uncomfortable insistence that I sign up for their plan. I loved that. I get sick of handing out my data like lollipops.Overall, a solid 4 stars, going up to 5 stars when the parking lot is fixed and when they tackle supply chain issues or stop saying they have stuff laying around to buy when actually they don't.

Like Tyler B, I experienced the same thing with Starbucks. I asked about the Stanley cup release, the guy rolled his eyes, and said those cups were so annoying and people looking for them have no life. I was made to feel so small, & dumb for asking. Truthfully, I don’t think I’ve ever once come to this Starbucks & had a positive experience, but this one sure took the cake.I know the store is receiving a high volume of inquiries regarding these cups, but they’re popular. Inquiries are bound to happen. Idk. I get having a bad day but telling me I had no life?

I went in to ask a Starbucks barista a simple question and was greeted with immense attitude and a disgusted tone of voice from the gentleman with curly hair working today. It almost made me want to never come back to this location. Unfortunately this is my home target so I will be back, I will have to choose another Starbucks location tho if your baristas are going to be so blatantly rude for absolutely no reason. It's also not a good look to be cursing and complaining incessantly about having to actually work, your schedule, putting away the order sitting out, coworkers, etc. I literally just wanted to ask a simple question and it's almost like I was bothering him from being able to clock out or further complain. Horrible experience. 12/26/23 @8:40am.

Went to the store on Old Spanish Trail today and got great service by Ava in optical department. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about ⁹⁹the glasses and the services they provided. She apologized for the phone inconvenience yesterday.

This is the most inexcusable worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced in the self check out the worker got loud raising her voice telling me off about what I was saying joking with my daughter about a 1099 Customer Service representative standing there yelling at us was not acceptable and I will never shop again at any targets!

This is a real decent Target but whatever you do, don’t order cold or frozen products for pickup or drive-up. They do not refrigerate them properly between when the items are picked and when you arrive. Milk spoils immediately every time.

I shop here all the time but today two of the employees were very rude. One employee was watching me as if I’m a thief. Like lady, not all people of color are thieves. The Second Lady acted as if she didn’t want to touch my hands when giving me my bags, so I told her I got it and she had a smart remark to say behind it. I don’t like how them employees made me feel, which was very uncomfortable.

But that’s not why I’m writing this review.I’m here to thank an awesome employee for helping me resolve an issue involving my Target Circle Rewards.Lars went above and beyond to help me. He was friendly, professional, and accommodating. I’m not sure if he was a manager, but if not, Target should definitely consider promoting him.He exemplifies excellence in customer service.

We go here every now and then and every time we’ve been had been pleasant. Although my wife goes here a lot more then I do, they have everything we need. We’ve never done any grocery shopping so I can’t speak on that but every other department has served us well.

I much prefer shopping here! It’s much cleaner and not crowded.I don’t think many people know about this location, or avoid it since their parking lot is under construction.This building was definitely bought out from another company, so the layout is a bit different. The store itself is smaller, too.
