Store was clean & organized with extra wide isles for the 4 legged customers! I found a cute Christmas cat harness, that was even on sale! Cashier was friendly & polite. But, I think most everything in there is way overpriced.

Dropped our fur babies off for a few days while we were out of town. When we get back they are very happy to see us so they must have had a great time. The folks that look after them are always so nice and helpful. Never any issues with anyone!

This store has a large selection of products and helpful employees. It is conveniently located on Broadway just west of Pantano. There is plenty of parking. A Sprouts is in the same shopping area as well as a Home Depot.

This location is okay. Closest to my house currently and therefore convenient.I am not impressed with the cleanliness or their effort on keeping the aisles organized. It is often hard to find help, and the help received is not always delivered with any sort of enthusiasm.Few cashiers have been helpful and courteous.Reason why I keep up with PetSmart, is their loyalty program that actually makes a difference in multi pet household.

Very friendly staff, but the store needs to turn their AC up. Rather toasty visit. Lots of their products were missing price tags, as well. Obviously having the same supply chain issues everyone else is experiencing, too. Can't fault them for that, though.

Love this PetSmart! They always have what we need in stock and there are hardly ever any empty shelves. We did puppy training there as well and we would def recommend it to anyone inquiring! The curbside pickup is super quick. The lines inside are always long, as any PetSmart.

Nice to be able to bring your pet but most people bring dogs so be careful if u want to bring your cat. Mine didn't like the dogs barking at all

Ok. Prices are better than petco....But...this is home of the eternal line. One cashier with 8 to 10 people in line is the norm with no urgency to call another cashier. If by chance you go in and there is no line stop and get a lottery ticket , it's your lucky day.

I went looking for cat supplies and was overwhelmed by the wide selection.I may have not chosen the right items but I feel confident they will exchange as needed. My new cat has chosen my wheelchair seat as hers when I'm not using it. Hope she let's me use it and not fight me over territory. I might not win.

Had to use the restroom has a combination as for the combination they wouldn't give it had to wait for an employee to unlock it for me which took a few minutes but employees were nice and helpful

Always surprised at the cost of everything cat related. Crystal Litter sky high when on the shelf, DM vet diabetic dry food $70 bucks for 10 lbs.also If one paid attention to last years inflation figures vets led at 197 percent increase in cost of service.I’m sorry to say between the two costs to an average family precludes having a pet.

We used to really like going here. We have a prescription for our two dogs’ food that we have been getting there for over a year now. My husband went to get their food this evening and had the wrong cards with him (expired ones) because he was in his car and not mine. This has NEVER been an issue before. The staff is always very understanding when this has happened before. Not today. Some lady was RUDE and made a scene about it. Had to make sure we knew she was powerful. Now I understand it’s not her fault we had the wrong cards but no need to be rude and make a whole scene about it for one. Two, that’s how all staff members should be doing it then. Hope she felt powerful tonight! There is also ALWAYS a very long line. We will no longer be taking our business there.

Nice helpful staff. Helped me find the Vet recommended dog food I needed to find. Clean place and watch them showed off bright color lizards to some children. I also like how they ensured each pet that entered the store got a treat. Watch one of the groomers taking great care with a figgity dog. Had some of the food I needed for my Desert Tortise. Did a walk around and was impress with the assortment of fish on display.
