Update from 1-11-24:I'm adding 2 stars back on because of one of the employees here. Her name is Heather, and she was extremely helpful when it came to locating the selection of new puppy formulas and the unfortunately sold-out puppy feeding kit. She came up with a brilliant idea and was back in less than a minute with a kitten feeding kit! Great idea since it was for newborn Shih tzus, and it saved me a trip to another Petsmart store! Thank you, Heather, for noticing I needed assistance and taking time with me! What a great asset to your company, Petsmart!Original post:The store itself was fine, probably 4 to 5 stars... the grooming department deserves 0 to 1 star, so I deducted stars because of the terrible grooming job my daughter's shih tzus received a few months back. She asked for a teddy bear cut, and they shaved the dogs and even their tails! It was one of the worst grooming jobs her dogs ever got.

When I shop at PetSmart, I can always find someone to help me with many things, like what kind of food is best, but affordable, for my new dog and cat. The last time I was there, a man helped me figure out how to put a dog harness on. Before he helped me, I had No idea how to put it on.

Excellent experience. I took my 5 months puppy in for a haircut with Stephanie and she was amazing with him. Perfect cut for my cocker spaniel and she handled his very carefully considering he's still a wild puppy. I'll be back for sure. Hey PetSmart! Can you please make it that I can leave a tip to the Stephanie using my credit card? Thank you!

I appreciate the store and the location. However when i go in with my two year old and the clerk at the register acts like she cannot see my child getting unruly because she is taking forever to do her job. Then after she checks the person in front of me out runs off instead of helps me get checks out so i can get my unruly son home. MITCHY, i have never seen such poor customer service. Pay attention

I visited your store to purchase pet supplies and needed to use the restroom. I asked individual at the 1st register to the entrance. They said it's located in the back of the store and let me know if you need the code. I went to use the bathroom was locked. I felt I was being profiled as a person that didn't have the means to purchase items form your store. Hence not receiving the code while i asked for the restroom. I still grabbed what I went for and payed. Also address my concern to thecasher and they said it usually open but got the feeling of other. Unless you can but yourself in my colored skin and see the situation through my eyes. I will no longer shop at PetSmart stores.

On March 16th I ordered the sonic egg online along with a battery ..I purchased this item cause of the good reviews it had about keeping the dogs quiet . At first I turned it on one of my dogs ran in back of the couch , the others just stood there , I thought for sure this was going to work , 3 days later the battery died , I went to Pet smart to get another battery , they had none in stock , so , I purchased a 10.00 battery 5v at circle k ..thinking this was okay ...I put it in the device and this thing did nothing but cost me 45.00 in total including another battery ..after I purchased the battery exactly 4 days later the egg marked red again..it did not quite my dogs all this device did was take my money ..sense I ordered it online I thought for sure this device would work ..so I thru the receipt away ..I am so upset that I wasted money on this sonic egg

We love our PetsMart groomers! We have taken our dog to Stephanie for many years and as she’s advanced in her training we’ve transitioned over to Heather. Odin was very particular for the longest time but took to Heather so well! She is just so patient and sweet with him. Both of these incredible people take such wonderful care of our dog with love and compassion. We know he can be a little much sometimes but they still love on him just like we do. We will keep coming back to PetsMart Grant for all of our grooming needs!

I went and took my 2 year old boy, cooper to be groomed by Jessica. She did absolutely amazing. Cooper is a border collie who has NEVER gotten a haircut. He came out looking SO much better. Lighter. He looked happier. Thank you Jessica!

My kids LOVE visiting the birds and rodents here! Cool free place to see animals. Clean!!!Fast forward to today. The young lady who sold me crickets was so sweet! She could tell I was having a bad day.....she gave me very great service......and a few extra crickets. Thank you, young lady! You made my day.

Salon staff is a hit or miss. Stephanie F is our all time favorite. We also use Jessica W. Both do an over the top job. I’ve never been disappointed in the slightest with those girls. Stephanie is all around so pleasant to deal with, we look forward to seeing her each time! (I don’t get the chance to talk to Jessica much but I’m sure she’s nice too) The last two visits we weren’t able to get both in with our preferred groomers so we booked with Cat A. The only face to face interaction I had with her put a sour taste in my mouth as she talked to me like I had no idea how to care for my dogs coats. Now I will admit, they do have tangles nearly every time on their ears but not matted so bad that someone needed to scold me about it. Our one dog is impossible to keep tangle free. She’s a menace. Maybe she’s not experienced with poodles. Who knows. But the second time with her she sent my dogs home with the most awful haircuts they’ve ever had. I called and asked very kindly if we could just fix their feet and face. That’s all I cared about. Took them back and the faces were not fixed (both have multiple very long patches on their faces) and their feet are not clean cut. Even after taking them back a second time, I didn’t notice a difference. So I’m not sure what she did for 45 minutes. We tip 30% for each dog at the minimum. So I genuinely don’t know if she dislikes grooming them or is just so new that she’s learning the basics still. I will stick with our preferred groomers and I will tip them even more than 30% to show our appreciation to their commitment to producing excellence work. I’ve also been to boutique groomers in the past but I still prefer Steph and and Jessica! Tip them well too! They deserve it!!!

Love this place, and so does my puppy! They were kind and knowledgeable . I came here after adopting a Shepard pup. The resident trainer taught my puppy a couple of tricks on the spot. If you bring proof of adoption, they give you a really useful coupon booklet to add to their already affordable prices and great rewards programs.

Cheyenne is Liddle Darla’s new hero! 🤩 Darla had especially long nails with one being extremely curved.It was looking like a vet would need to intervene. Thanks to Cheyenne’s kindness, finesse, and special attention to detail the issue has been resolved :)Darla is so relieved and prances around happily once again. Love this place! I adopted a dog a couple of weeks ago. I desperately need a playpen or kennel for him but waited until the very last minute to finally get it. I skated in there under 5 minutes before they closed. I used to work retail, and we always hated it when people did that. This day, however, I got very lucky because Mitchie, the manager on that night, was freakin' AWESOME! As were her staff. Everyone was so helpful. They helped me pick it out and even let me run out and grab my wallet, which I had forgotten in the car. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for pet supplies, information, or even just for helpful smiling faces! Thanks, Mitchie!!!

I had a return. Very polite customer service representative. I then shopped and left my debit card in my car. When I told the customer service representative at the self checkout, she let me leave my things at the checkout and run to my car, and retrieve my debit card! Very hospitable!!
