I take my 2 Doberman's in monthly for a bath. My male does not like the water and cannot tolerate being blow dried but Rayli is super calm and he does well for her. My puppy can be a handful but Rayli corrects her as needed and baths are getting better. They take such good care of my babies.

Our springer spaniel Jake was brought in for a cut. Jake came out with a literal hack job. There are obvious patches he missed, clumps missedpatches where he got way to close to the skin and an overall sloppy job. It looks as though he was in a massive rush or just didn't care. Worst cut ever. Can't believe it.

The service at the store is always excellent. I always feel welcomed when I drop my pet off, and the service and grooming quality is always top notch. I love that there has been consistency with her groomer, now manager, Taylor. We have been going to the store for 12+ years and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

Brianna was so careful but got my dog’s nails as short as she could. He normally hates his nails cut and they are black but he did so well cooperating. He looked like he was smiling! Definitely want to use her again 💗

Norm, the groomer was respectful, handled Shadow gently, and groomed Shadow as I requested. I even saw him extend himself to help another customer who had an accident with a choke collar.

I’m pretty sure this place gave my dog fleas!!!! No fleas prior to appointment and I just picked 2 fleas off of my pooch. No other explanation for it… no dog dates, etc. Thankfully, I have medication but this is absurd.The person I booked to groom my dog did not end up grooming my dog. The cut was terrible and uneven. I had to buy shears from Amazon to correct it.I tried to save money by going here but definitely not worth it.

This petco store's grooming manager is very rude and got our Petco Vital Care account suspended from too many cancellations. She had canceled all our remaining appointments without permission and blocked us from booking at this Petco grooming, purely because the store wasn't making enough commission on our two poodles' grooming (she said it was taking 4 hours to groom them, and we were ok with her adding multiple $15 scissor cut up charges per dog, probably against Petco policy). She basically bragged that her department makes the most money in the state of all the Petco stores, it's clear that they do it on the backs of their unfortunate customers. Our groomer was very nice and did an excellent job. She should start her own business instead of helping this Petco grooming department make lots of money, while she probably gets underpaid. The customer service department at Petco Corporate couldn't help us and basically told us that our account was suspended because we had too many cancellations (which were from the store grooming manager without even asking us). Terrible customer experience, stay away. We had spent thousands of dollars on grooming and supplies at Petco, way to lose good customers.

Some of the groomers are great, but some are either very inexperienced or rush the grooming. One of our puppies came back with spots on his face where they trimmed the hair down to the skin leaving little bald spots.

I really loved that Klaus came out dried really well. He was soft and smelled so nice. The nail trim looked great too! With prior bad experiences at other pet stores, we were very happy with the outcome and will definitely see Karly again. :)

They did a great job grooming my dog. I usually avoid the big box chains & take my dog to local groomers, however the one I usually use couldn't get me an appointment scheduled for a month, & all of the others I called either never answered their phones/didn't return my calls/messages, or were too booked up to get my dog in in a reasonable time. I was pleasantly surprised with Petco's job grooming job (& ability to follow instructions the first time on how I wanted her groomed), as well as their friendliness. Their pricing is fair too, comparable to any local groomers (cheaper in some cases). I will definitely be back.

We absolutely Love this store!! Used to go with my sis and her doggy to the PetSmart and I was determined I would never go there when I got my doggy. The Staff is the absolute Best at your store. My Bella is comfortable and excited to be there. Your prices are reasonable and everyone who works there is so nice and friendly! Thank you for all you do for us.

I had taken my big hairy lab to another place and they gave him a bath but barely saw any difference in the hair removal. When I took him to Petco a month later, they did an excellent job and got him ready for the Arizona heat. No more white hair everywhere and the groomer was super nice to him.

Gracie has been groomed at Petco for years. Taylor has always given her an excellent grooming experience and because my dog is a little scared and anxious, Taylor goes above and beyond to make her experience a positive one. As long as Taylor works at Petco, we will be a loyal customer.

He was clean and his nails were done right and the girl who took my dog did a great job with a 100lb Labrador. His ears were nicely cleaned and his coat was rinsed properly nor residue on his fur.
