I brought my puppy in for the puppy play group. Alex was really sweet. After the playtime was over Alex then helped me find some busy/puzzle toys that I can put food in so my cat can't get the Puppy's food. You were sold out at the time but she gave me some suggestions to do until you get new stock in. I'll be back next Sunday for play time and checking to see if you got the busy toys in yet.

By far the apex of Pet stores especially with managers like Steven and his associates like Michelle running this location. We were on the hunt for a Bearded Dragon 🐉 for our daughter. Our local petstore has/had a few, however, like everything it does not hurt to check out the competition or even options. My wife and I had about 7 stops on this mission, however, after stopping in this Petco and being greeted by a very knowledgeable, attentative, & friendly staff we found no real reason to even look any further. The savings & accommodations made to help make our decision so much easier than we could have hoped for was worth the one hour trip 3 days later to pick up our daughters new reptilian friend. Great selection, perfect location near shopping stores and plenty of food options well within walking distance. Short detour off i10, with fair amount of parking. Overall best pet purchasing experience. Kudos team A+++Update 12/2023 still awesome spot. You all need more silk worms for Bearded Dragons..😁

Had my dog groomed here. They really go above and beyond. It's the only place I trust to take him. He is an older, large dog and they accommodate him so well. Great selection of supplies to look at while your pup gets fluffed and buffed

My dog enjoys visits to Petco.This location doesn't have a hospital, but there's a vet who comes on certain days and does simple things like vaccines.You have to call and find out what days.

Took my puppy for his first haircut and nail trim. He looked and smelled very good. But a day afterward, He got really sick with diarrhea. I am not sure if the two have anything to do with each other or not.

Our Goldendoodle’s grooming was not at all what we expected or were told. Her face looks choppy (we discussed a teddy bear look), her arm pits were not done, and the first six inches of her tail was shaved the same length as her body leaving this long tuff at the end, and her lower legs were left longer than the rest of her body. It was clearly discussed to have same length all over and a light trim on the tail. Not at all close to the trim we wanted and looks nothing like what’s she’s had there in the past. She was happy and healthy, they always treat her well, just very disappointed with her cut this time.

I take my boy Ares here to see Andrea for his grooming. He is a Newfoundland and poodle mix, so you can imagine the amount of hair Andrea deals with, but every time he comes out smelling clean and his hair is shiny and soft. I've had other stylist in the past some were good and some were terrible and I can tell it was a rushed job but not with Andrea she always takes her time to make sure my boy looks and feels his best . Thank-you Andrea from Ares and I for all you do.

I believe the lady that was at the register was Amber. She was amazing! Very friendly and personable. I love how she connected to each guest. Great customer service!

Came to get some fish so the mosquitoes don't go crazy in my little porch pond. Grabbed a dozen or so 'feeder fish' (rosy red minnows).This isn't my favorite location for fish, but I'm glad they're here. It's a convenient stop.

I moved here from Texas last year and was looking for someone to groom my Shih Tzu. I decided to give Petco a try and boy was I impressed. Our groomer was Ms. Ellie and she did an awesome job. My Shih Tzu never looked better. It was super easy to book an appointment using the mobile app too and very reasonably priced. I will never go anywhere else and will/have recommend Petco for all your pets needs. I am a customer for life.

A floor worker and cashier Steven was super helpful every time I go in. All workers help me figure out what medication would be best for my puppy and are super helpful with what to try next and how to return it. The groomers do great with being patient with my puppy while she gets used to getting her hair cut. Employees are always helpful and the store is always clean and well kept!

Irene is the best dog trainer. She had patience with our skittish dog. By the end of our training she was coming around and not hiding from her. I appreciate everything Irene has done. We would still be struggling if not for her training with Sky. Irene has the skills to be able to understand and read our dog language. Thank you so much. While we have been coming to this Petco since it opened, we just recently moved our grooming needs here. I have two pit mixes that get shampoo/nails every four weeks. After struggling to get in with our local groomer we decided to try Petco! I love that you can schedule online and far in advance first off. Super easy and they are great booking multiple pets. We came in for a 2PM appointment and both pups were lovingly cared for by Maeli. She was really great from start to finish, both of our girls looked awesome and smelled great! I have already booked our next two appointments and am thrilled with the grooming services and pricing here!

Nice clean store friendly employees knowledgeable as well lots of good stuff in there to buy your fur babies and oops got the wrong size had to return it for a bigger size but he really did try to fit in that I always think he's smaller than what he is I showed the employee the picture and they laughed so hard and loud and so long I thought they were going to faint lol recommend this story for sure 👍👍

Trying to get service during our morning visit on 8/5 was a nightmare. We were told to 'just look as everything there is what they have' despite asking for assistance to search through the items (everything was all mixed up). The cashier was incredibly rude. The staff on the floor gave a direction and then swiftly walked away.Our past visits have been much better.

Had questions about things for a desert tortoise and no one was able to help at all. We understand that a tortoise is not a "normal" pet but we were told "I dont really know much about them" and turned around and went back to doing whatever task they were doing before. Person at the register didnt greet us at all, gave us our total and receipt and that was it. We sent $134, which is not a lot for some people, but the customer service was awful

The ladies who cut my dog's nails went above and beyond my expectations. They were very kind too.However, when I went up to get my dog I was rudely told by the lady behind the counter that there was a line. I told her I was picking up my dog. She did apologize, but I didn't like her tone. I'm not stupid, I clearly saw the line. Jumping down my throat before getting why I'm approaching the desk might be better.
