I spend a lot of time at Nurseries because I love the colorful displays, seeing new plants coming in and watching what people pick out and question. I am an Arizona Native and can sometimes help people with what I know about the plant in question. If I don't know, I point out one of the knowledgeable staff.I really like the hardworking friendly Employees at the Speedway and Kolb store in Tucson.I ask questions and learn more while I pick out new plants each year.I always find the environment very positive and the plants always thrive that I purchase from Lowe's!

I figured out I needed a new circuit breaker for my breaker box at 20 minutes till 10:00 p.m. I made it to Lowe's and somebody was available to assist me in on aisle 14, we found the right breaker. He and cashier were great. Got home and replaced the breaker with success.

Doing a warranty request like the employee told me to would’ve been fraudulent! The employees have been trained to refuse to help exchange or administer store credit. The “head cashier” Adina didn’t want to get me a manager and with her telling me that submitting a warranty request on an item that had been purchased as “brand new” yet was used and had dried mud all over it.

Recently we picked up a vanity from Lowe’s and the “Loader” experience was not safety oriented, in the least.While waiting for my husband to bring our truck to the loading zone, I witnessed a middle aged female customer who actually had to help the lone “Loader” to hoist her purchased air conditioner into her truck. The “loader” nearly dropped their end, forcing the female customer to take up the slack for that brief moment.I again observed the same thing happening when the lone “Loader” was helping my husband hoist the solid wood vanity into our truck, forcing my 70 year old husband to take the majority of the weight when the “loader”briefly lost their grip.There should be a protocol in place whereby the lone “Loader” should be able to request backup from a Lowes Staff member when loading obviously heavy items for their customers. It should not be left to the customer to help load at the Loading Zone.

What can be said except that Lowe's is the place. For any project I'm doing Lowe's typically has the pieces and parts I need. With that said I am not in a tool buying need. I have looked of course and it does seem that the tools and accessories are a bit on the high side compared to Home Depot. Again I haven't been comparing hard core as I haven't need anything tool wise.

Did some browsing of Halloween decorations and found adorable wreath for this holiday! Our dogs are always greeted with enthusiasm and treats and loved by the patrons and employees alike!Only negative was the cashiers inability to locate the price for our item and holding the line back.Also the military discount process has been changed and was not honored without registering online (which we choose not to this time to avoids holding lines further).Other than that, the location is clean and organized and maintained properly.We will be back!

Great customer service today at Speedway/Kolb store! Jerry in plumbing was so helpful and kind. Another nice gentleman helped me load my heavy item in my car. Very pleasant experience.

I remember when I worked at Lowe's. You had to know about your product in the department you worked. I guess that all went by the wayside when Marvin took over the company. I'm not saying no one in this store knows what they're doing, but mostly, they act like it's an inconvenience to help you.

If you are a foreign person and trying to get a help from employees that's a wrong place for you. I needed a few things from plumbing section and there was an old guy so he kept mocking with me. I bought things from home Depot and they were so polite. I am writing that for foreign people, do not use Lowe's because they won't help you but mocking. I thought I can save a few bucks but my honor more than that.

I needed some boxes so I ordered some boxes online. I was disappointed because you couldn't just come get them and I needed them fast. However, they were ready in like 2 hours! I was able to come pick them up very conveniently. A really nice dude came out and help me load them in the car. Never even had to go in! It was fantastic!

Disappointed. I recently bought a faulty dewalt gyroscopic power screwdriver. I lost the receipt, so I thought coming to customer service to see if they could look up my purchase via the credit card I used would be a viable option to process the exchange. After all, companies keep a digital footprint of everything these days. The answer was simply no on any exchange. Looks like I'm out $89 dollars + tax.

The assistance you get is directly proportional to the margins on the product you intend to purchase. Wanna buy half a kitchen? Sure we'll help you! Wanna get $300 in mirrors? Nah get it yourself, sorry we can't find any carts.Might want to bring in your own cart at this rate.

I had a fantastic experience with customer service yesterday. I needed to look up an item my dad bought last year without a receipt. Laura was amazing and extracted all the information and went above and beyond. Good to see customer service is not dead.

Very dissatisfied with management at Lowe’s. I wanted to bring in for exchange 3 plants that went bad and was told when I bought them that I could if I had any issues with my purchase . Isaiah the manager was rude and no help. I showed him my receipt and he just didn’t care and had no customer service skills. I will keep buying at Homedepot. They have better customer service .

Staff was friendly at entrance/check out but since it was a big store, had trouble finding help when going through store. Good selection, not all like items are next to each other, example, replacement light switch cover, the basic/cheap wasn't by designer ones.

They didn't have what the internet reported they had at that facility. Waisted a 45-minute drive to have to then turn around and order the unit online... I could have saved the time and gas if their store inventory matched their online reporting system better

I received excellent customer service by Deshawn at Lowe’s on Speedway.His assistance in selecting and loading 8 bags of garden soil , each 3 cu. Ft, 84.9 liters. I couldn’t have possibly purchased or loaded such heavy weights.Great job, Deshawn.

My husband and I wanted to buy a refrigerator at the Valencia location, no one there would help us, we even called and got put on hold and then hung up on us. The worst customer service ever 👎🏻

Lowe's is my home improvement go-to store. I like the fact that they often hire retired folks, with many years of experience in the building and home improvement sector. They are always friendly and helpful. More than once someone has walked me halfway across the store to show me the location of an item when they could have just given me an aisle number. I also like the 10% discount for veterans and a dedicated parking spot near the front door.Today I started my research project to find the most economical and reliable way to replace a troublesome toilet. As soon as I walked to the large displays of available toilets at Lowe's, two employees offered their assistance to answer my questions. They stock all of the big brands, so it is easy to compare. You can also access these brands on their website and read the reviews. Once you select your toilet you can also purchase an installation service for a flat fee ($235 in Tucson) which includes haul away for the old device. This allows you to get the best toilet at the best price by purchasing it yourself and getting a professional installation at a very reasonable flat rate.

1 star is to much for Lowes ...wish they had -stars. Cause Lowes would get a -5 star rating....Lowes can't give me a straight answer. As to when they can come and service a water leak underneath on a brand new washer. I just got delivered and installed, yesterday. I haven't put a load in. Just did a dry run on washer make sure there were no leaks....when it started leaking. I don't have time for games so I returned my washer and dryer. Do you think they even bothered to try and fix the problem. No!!!... they didn't even try. I don't recommend anything from Lowes. So I'm going to HOME DEPOT to purchase Washer / Dryer and get answers to any issues I have. LOWES YOU NEED TO WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDING SOLID ANSWERS NOT I CANT GIVE YOU AN ANSWER. Bought a very expensive can of paint and the color was not as I expected…called and spoke with Jeannie who encouraged me to bring the paint back. She personally helped me and made it right. She was kind, patient and very professional. In a time when customer service seems lacking, she was a breath of fresh air!

Awful customer service.I went to Lowe's to buy an oscillating multitool. I waited in the tool area for about 15 minutes. Multiple employees walked by without helping me. I walked around and found an employee. I asked for assistance in buying a tool from the cage. They told me, "that's not my section. Tom is working tools today. He is tall and wearing a camo vest..." Flabbergasted, I walked around the store, looking for a tall person in a camo vest. I didn't find them, so I left.

The worst service ever…. Not exaggerating….If you ever try to call millwork, no one ever picks up and they constantly disconnect you. They disconnected me five times. I kept calling back like a moron. Then I go to the store and go to the millwork department and guess what nobody’s in the millwork department they’re all gone for lunch. No one able to help me after two different times. yeah no thanks, in the past we spent a lot of money with you, but we won’t be doing that anymore.

I only went in the gardening to pay for 5 plants that btw were $2.50 each for good sized plants! Not that I had much to say, but the cashier lady was quite short with me. I rarely even go to Lowe's, and still wouldn't even go to Lowe's really except for the house that I'm remodeling, I have to get all around pricing. (Which pricing is higher in more items than not)

Only seemed self checkout is open and there was a rude cashier that was having problems with the printer at checkoutTurns out the paper was upside down so it wouldn't print. The manager had fixed the locked checkout but never checked the printer.

Lots of unexpected traffic in the store on a Monday afternoon. We had several items on our list. Sometimes it's hard to find items or someone to guide you, so the Lowe's app tells you which aisle & bin if you have the correct store entered in the app. They were even good enough to suggest a local Ace for an item that was out of stock.

I was just in here this afternoon. I was having trouble finding an item. I asked three different associates and no one helped and they were super rude. Not shopping here again. Super disappointed.
