We have stored our RV at a couple of places in Tucson over the last 12 years. This place is the finest there is. It is clean and extremely well kept. Just had an event where the insurance chose to crawl out of loophole and yet the Management came to my rescue and made it right. This is a rare commodity in this day and age. Thank you Management for extremely fair treatment.

We strongly recommend First Plaza Storage for RV or other storage needs. Shelley, the person who helped us, was so diligent in ensuring there was space for us that she took us out to measure one of the last spaces available. She was very professional and efficient in signing us up and providing phone apps for security and access. They have a very modern system with many security cameras that are monitored continuously in the office. You cannot go wrong with First Plaza Storage in Catalina, AZ.

i have been with this RV storage since 2017. When resurface the asphalt they got over spray on the side of my trailer.Update: The manager called me and they are removing the over spray off my trailer. Should have talked to her first.

Very friendly, very efficient, very fast... what more can you ask for when you want to rent a storage place? Shelly greeted us warmly, toured units, did all the paperwork, set up auto-billing, gave us a lock and codes, and we walked out with a signed contract on our storage unit in well under 30 minutes. The facility itself is clean, well maintained, and has security cameras everywhere. I'd go back to First Plaza Storage any time for storage as well as U-Haul needs!

THEY STOLE EVERYTHING IN MY UNIT!!!Everything that I own was stolen a few weeks after I rented a10x15 unit. Their were at least two cameras pointing at my unit. I discovered that one camera was a direct view into my unit. They could see everything.The office did not release the video to the sheriffs department. Instead they stalled until stored film footage had looped and been erased.Although I cannot say for certain, it seems like they had more information than they shared.The insurance they sell you as part of the rental?? Well they refused to honor that because I did not use the they assigned me.I am not the only renter that this has happened too.You have been warned.

This will be our second time storing our RV at First Plaza. The facilities are first rate and the cost very reasonable.Shelly and others in the office have bent over backwards to help us. It's great knowing our RV is secure and the folks running the place care about being customer oriented and friendly.

I recently reserved a parking spot at First Plaza Storage. Everytime I came to the office I was waited on by friendly, courteous people. When I was ready to reserve a spot I received individual attention and was driven around the entire property to look at all potential spots available now and in the near future. Then they had me drive my van into 2 different spots to make sure it would fit to my satisfaction.They must have spent an hour or more with me that day.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!I stored my belongings here for over 2 years. They charged me a few times for late payments, that weren't late. But I paid the bill and chocked it up to poor communication.Worse thing was when I removed my stuff, it had huge yellow wolf-spiders (3 inches in diameter). I had at least 4 that I found in my house...One was in my van and popped out while I was driving, and I nearly wrecked my vehicle.The worse part was how their attitude changed when I removed my items. When I rented the unit they were very polite, but as soon as I left they turned very ugly.They are very expensive, and any storage facility would be at least half of what they charge. I didn't think that I would use this business for more than a few months, but stuff happens. And relocating would be an extra cost, so I just bit the bullet. Had I known this information, I would have not used them. For your own sake, use my experience to save you from making the same mistake.

I have used First Plaza Storage for my RV since 2011. The facility is extremely clean, safe, monitored, and the staff is very helpful with any questions. Even though they have a waiting list I would recommend you get on it as this is a terrific place to store your RV.

This is the first time I have ever written an on-line review...and wouldn't be doing this if I didn't think so HIGHLY of the folks at First Plaza Storage in Oro Valley, AZ. I worked with at least 4 of their staff members...and they were ALL friendly, helpful, fair, nice, orderly, prompt...qualities I love but don't often find with businesses any longer.We turned in two trucks and trailers there, rented a storage unit, moved out of the unit, rented two trucks and auto transports through them...every step was PERFECT. GREAT PEOPLE AND PLACE...!

I would give First Plaza more than 5 stars if I could. I have stored my RV with them for 2 years now. Their facility is always well maintained, and the staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. Not once have I had a problem with rodents, insects, or damage.

We always had our 30’ RV stored here and at different points we also temporarily stored a car, a trailer with 2 ATV’s and a car dolly. All the while we knew our belongings were safe. A couple of times when we went to do things to our RV I parked in someone else’s space and someone from the office would check in and make sure I knew to move my car immediately if the space owner arrived. They are on top of things and whenever I would call with a question they were always professional and nice. I recommend 1st Plaza Storage.

These guys are the best especially Donna who goes above and beyond to meet and exceed expectationsShe cleaned the truck floor in a minute just so we could get the perfect experience also she gave me an extra 2 hours of moving time just because I was stuck in traffic, I needed a tall box to move a vacuum and was thinking of getting a wardrobe box but she got me the perfect lamp box which I didn't even know if existedThese guys are pros not just for what they know and do but what they make happen for you. They work around your needs to your heart full content.Best UHaul experience ever by far.

This is a great facility - well maintained and very secure and safe. We store our fifth wheel here - under a covered area which we just love. The office staff is also friendly and helpful should you have a question or problem. Highly recommend!
