Super informative and helpful,I'll have to get the name of the nice lady who helped me, but she had multiple hognose snakes.She was awesome and super concise with her knowledge. She had an easy logical answer for every question I asked her.I have heard great things about the people who work here, and store as a whole... I can confirm every positive glowing review is true!The prices for everything were super reasonable!They had an awesome selection of merch, Everything from premade, gorgeous, bioactive habitats..!.., to the plants and substrates you'd need to make one yourself, the animal selection was interesting and extensive..Unexpected bonus for me was all the low tech planted aquariums they had.... Those and the species they kept inside them were mind blowing!This place is a fantasy for anyone interested in this type of stuff! For real. Just gorgeous... 😍🤩These guys have a lot of awesome unexpected accessories too like top hats, Santa hats, winter beanies... haha.. Too fun.Anyways, I really can't recommend @everevolvingexotics enough!This place is bomb, and these guys will help you go all the way for you and your companions.. ! Fantastic place. I highly recommend this store if you're thinking about getting a reptile or amphibian or need supplies for the ones you already have. The store is always clean and the animals well cared for. The owners are not only awesome but really knowledgeable about the animals. Lee was really helpful and informative as I was deciding what animal I wanted. I ended up getting a really cool milk snake, and I couldn't be happier.Update 5-13-18: I picked up my jungle carpet python today. I am very happy and will continue to go back.Update 3-14-2022: love the new location!Update 9-30-2022: EEE will be at the Tucson Reptile Expo this weekend, Oct 1 & 2. I support this business and hope you will too!

The only reputable and knowledgeable reptile store in all of Tucson. I recommend all my friends to this place. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and the staff don’t want your pets to just survive but to THRIVE. They encourage the best possible options for your reptiles to live a happy life. I am a new bearded dragon owner and I would call for advice or even stop by just to ask questions and they were of such a HUGE help. I am not confident to say my girl is happy and now I just want a hog nose snake which is a whole other issue lol. Thank you EEE for being the best gem of Tucson for reptile keepers!

Super clean store with knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere is calming and the all the aquariums really set the mood. I can come here when I'm having a bad day and leave a bit more tranquil.I love to get my "woods" from here too, whether it be cork, grapewood, mopani, etc, they have a good selection of everything you'll need for reptiles.All the reptiles, fish, amphibians, arachnids, invertebrates seem to be healthy and thriving- one of the best shops (if not THE best shop) in town.Edit- I was reading through reviews and people keep mentioning gossip and unprofessional behavior- I'm not saying it couldn't happen, it happens everywhere, but even when Lee had the shop in the old location, the staff was friendly and kind. I've even had them explain things to me and NOT make me feel like a complete idiot, so that's a biggie. I feel like the staff is great and HUMAN. Just because you catch someone at a bad time doesn't make the shop any less amazing!!

Great staff and owner. I had all the wrong stuff needed for my baby sulcata tortoise. They helped me get everything she needed. They take special care with each client making sure all questions are answered. They are SOO knowledge, friendly and patient.

I had the best experience at Ever Evolving Exotics finding my crested gecko! Their cages were clean and the animals looked very healthy. All of the staff I saw were very kind and helpful when I asked questions and let me browse for the longest time until I settled on which gecko I wanted to bring home. I also bought a container of springtails and they were active and plump. It has been two weeks since I got my little guy and he has been eating amazingly and living it up in his new home! I definitely recommend them and can't wait to make a trip back up there!

They had a smaller section than I thought, however what is in there, looks healthy and happy. No one had stuck shed (like petco)or to skinny or swollen(mbd). I WILL be purchasing my geckos from there :)

Probably the cleanest animal store I've ever seen. Plus every critter I've seen so far seem to be incredibly well taken care of. Every single snake I've seen has been in tip top shape. Large selection of feed, tanks and accessories. Overall best exotic animal shopping experience so far!

This is the best reptile store in Tucson! Their store is always very clean, smells nice instead of like rats and stink, and the staff is always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the animals they have. My kiddos love seeing the different species and checking out the cages that are very neat and clean with animal appropriate decor in them. I've never seen cages with the back being bark, or the ones with aquarium on the bottom and tropical like decor above like the one they have some frogs in. They have snakes, frogs, lizards, turtles, tarantulas, and even my favorite - the blue tongued skink! <3 Everything is reasonably priced and they have quality animals that they take care of.

I got everything I needed to start up my terrarium here! I had been dying to make one with LED’s and all but the chain pet stores just weren’t cutting it. I was helped throughout my visit by a very friendly and knowledgeable associate. He helped me learn about the different options available, told me about the different plants and what environments they’re suited for, and even discussed how to care for tarantulas they have available in case I decided to get one later. I highly recommend this place. Reptiles, insects, terrariums, and soon to be freshwater fish also! Trust me, I loved coming here and if you got a love of plants and animals you will too. Not to mention there were massive SALES everywhere!

Got a bearded dragon from them just over a month ago and they helped every step of the was as well as making sure she was healthy and ready to move on. Then went and got a bearded dragon enamel pin too! Love this place and these dudes!

Everyone is always very helpful and takes the time to interact with you and make sure you get the right recommendations and resources. They had everything we needed to get a bioactive enclosure set up for our ball python and my wife did a great job setting it up with their advice.

Ever Evolving is easily my go-to for all my reptile and invertebrate needs! Not only do they have an amazing selection of healthy, excellently cared for animals that can make great additions to your family, the staff is also extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and have overall made this my number one go to when I'm out looking to restock feeders, or looking for information on a potential new family addition! Not to mention they have great deals, and wonder enclosure gear bundles that can help get you started right away with a new pet!! Hands down I always recommend Ever Evolving Exotics as the best exotics shop in Tucson!

Always a great experience at EEE. The animals are always beautiful and truly cared for. The knowledge of the staff is fantastic as well as the customer service. Was able to home a Lucomelas and a Mourning gecko and they are happy and healthy!

I come here for tarantulas, but my last two tarantulas both came home a male. I definitely love this place but I had no idea they were gonna be mature males when I was at the store. If you’re looking for a large tarantula that you’ll be keeping for atleast 3 years, I wouldn’t recommend. Or atleast get a sling even though the one I got is also a suspected male.

I've been in with my daughter four times. I haven't yet made any purchases, but plan to in the not too distant future. The animals here appear so much healthier and happier than any I've seen in any other reptile/pet store in Tucson. I have always been welcomed and treated with respect, never pressured or talked down to. The way the business has each habitat set up is so vibrant and beautiful. When we are ready to purchase our second tortoise, I will undoubtedly purchase from here.

I see all these one star reviews in the last month and I can tell you someone is mad and stirring up trouble. I’ve gone to this store for years and Lee & Kaylynn are the nicest, kindest most knowledgeable people. They are patient with my non stop questions and curiosity about new critters. In addition, every one of their staff is kind and courteous as well and never have I EVER heard them gossiping about people or being rude to their customers. I go in at least once a week so I think I would’ve witnessed it if it was true. Lastly, their animals are so well cared for. I’ve bought several over the years and all were in perfect health. Ignore the silly 1 star reviews….there is no better reptile store in Tucson!!

Brought my 3 year old in for the second time today after a good first experience a few weeks ago. This is the furthest reptile store from us but it’s definitely our favorite.Lee greeted us and we spoke for quite some time, I explained that we were not ready to jump on anything but we’re exploring our options and he absolutely didn’t lose interest upon finding out we were going to be waiting.Furthermore, he he was not trying to upsell anything and had a ton of knowledge he passed on.Had a great experience and we will definitely be supporting this shop when we’re ready to purchase!Also, their bioactive selection is quite impressive and they have beautiful vivariums already established ready to go. Having been to every reptile store in town I can undoubtedly say this one is our favorite!
