By far the best plant store I’ve been to in Tucson. I know almost nothing about plants and gardening, the best I’ve done is keep succulents alive coming in here. Every employee is helpful and genuinely excited about what they’re doing. I learned more about carnivorous plants in five minutes, then I have the rest of my life combined. These guys might make a green thumb out of me yet.

This is the place to buy all sorts of plants and plant care things. They have a wide variety of well loved plants. The store itself feels like walking into a different world. The employees seemed to love their job which was awesome. If I could, I would've bought all the plants there!!

The staff here are amazing, kind, patient, knowledgeable people. They always make me feel welcome every time I come here, and I know I'm in good hands every time I ask for a recommendation. I never feel like I'm being scammed by them or being pitched a sale script. It's a very chill environment, and a lot of beautiful healthy plants and pretty fish to look at. I come here every chance I get, and my mother who is a gardener loves to come here every time she visits me. They have high-value deals and are willing to work with you when you have issues with your plants. If there's anywhere you want to go to buy plants, buy fertilizer, find out more about plants, this is the place to go.

Highly recommend this place . The people who work there are so friendly and they help you with all sorts of doubts with the soil, plants,etc. The plants are so beautiful and not expensive and they don't have any issues like gnats or anything. Been here so many times and it's one of my favorite place to shop for plants. They have a varieties of plants, cactus, succulents, air plants and not to forget the carnivorous plant ,then everything you need for plants like fertilizer, pots, soil,moss, etc etc. And they do sell fishes too.

Kelly helped me pick a gorgeous birthday plant for a friend. I picked the cutest pot and then she potted it for me. That’s some excellent service.I can’t wait to go back and grow my plant collection. This is a wonderful horticultural store that has a couple things that sets it apart. They have two fairly large aquaponic systems that run beautifully! The staff are very well informed on a variety of topics including aquaponics and are very friendly!! A friendly staff member goes a looong way! They have a good selection of Down To Earth dry nutrients at a reasonable price. They also have a very large selection of Tillandsias!! There aren't many places that sell Air Plants in Tucson and so when I found that they have some, I was sold!! Thank you EcoGro for being here and being soo kind!! I love this store and would highly recommend and suggest this place to anyone that loves plants!!!

I love to stop in and get a special plant every now and then and the staff is always eager to help and very knowledgeable. They will replant your plant if you buy it their along with the pot. Very cool.

Most unique plant store in Tucson! If you love air plants this is the best selection in town. I went for the begonias and was not disappointed. They have very healthy plants and provide all education needed to grow with success. Staff is happy and very helpful.

Eco-Gro has refused to respond to me about requesting a $18 refund for damage they caused to a planting pot, I have called three times and sent two emails and they have ghosted me I'm super disappointed. I spent over $50 on a plant pot and saucer, when visiting Tucson over thankgiving, and specifically asked if the packing tape that they used would get stuck on the pot. They said no - but when I got home a week later and peeled the tape off the adhesive had soaked into the pot and will not come off.I emailed photos they called me back once saying they would talk to the owner, and I've never heard back even though I have followed up .

One can find all sorts of possibilities here to grow, plant, or even raise...from desert friendly to wild and strange to koi and locally raised tilapia! Brad, Nick, and the rest of the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. One of Tucson's best locally-owned businesses that strive to support local first and give back to our community in multiple ways. Brendan once said to me that he would rather sell more of something at a lower price than charge higher prices and sell less of the same item. He hoped that way more people could enjoy what Ecogro has to offer.

Been coming here for years and they are consistently kind, knowledgeable and reasonable price wise. Came in today with my own heart shaped cookie tin and they drilled holes in it for me and filled it with soil and the succulents I selected. Loved this place! The variety and uniqueness of the plants were awesome, and the staff were all amazing. Super friendly, helpful and every one of them really seemed to be experts on all the plants. I came in with my girfriend who was looking for a specific catctus, which they had, and ended up buying a couple of plants for myself!
