If you want my honest review, this place is sketchy. There's always vagrants loitering outside, and the parking lot needs to be redesigned. The workers are always cool though, and I found mostly what I needed when shopping.

This was a new store for me and found some great Spring decor items. And as always, some fantastic food staples, like cereal, Pure Leaf tea, and pasta. But I went exclusively to find seasonal items, and I was not disappointed. Another fantastic Dollar General shopping experience.

I love the convenience of Dollar General and have always received good customer service. This store was excellent! The shelves were well stocked and my cashier, Rafael, was an absolute pleasure to do business with!

Low prices on certain items when you're in a pinch money wise. One can usually find basic necessities to last till one can get to Wal-Mart or Fry's where one can get items slightly cheaper. Dollar General does have low prices on certain items but if one looks one can find a better deal! Overall staff is helpful and they usually are quick but they are always polite! We never had a bad experience their! Thanks!

Very friendly and helpful staff. All kinds of goodies on the shelves. I enjoyed my first shopping experience here. All employees were fully masked and respectful and I just been quite impressed thank you so much for all the help I received as a disabled person.

PROS: Staff is generally very friendly, everything is either a dollar or very low priced, and almost everything in the store is "name brand". You can buy Bounty, Tide, Advil, branded cereal, etc., instead of having to settle for the generic alternatives. I also appreciate that they require and enforce their customers & employees to wear facemasks.CONS: The cons have everything to do with the store's location on 22nd. This location seems perpetually understaffed and as such, the store is always in a slight state of disarray. Consequently there's a lot of theft, and the people shoplifting pretty much do it blatantly and often just walk out on plain view of the checkout and anyone else who happens to be in the store. I've seen people simply walk out without paying, multiple times. I don't blame the staff for not chasing anyone down; the compensation (if any) vs. the cost of the stolen goods and their safety isn't worth it.Just get there before closing time and you'll likely avoid dealing with any of that. Otherwise, I'm impressed with the name brand inventory this Dollar General carries, and the overall friendliness of the staff makes this store good for whenever you need to grab something on short notice.

I would rate 0 stars if possible. First of all, the store was absolutely disgusting. There were things everywhere in every single aisle and while I understand it’s a Dollar General I’ve seen some that look like targets. Second of all the employees of this store simply do not care about the costumers. A line of more than 7 people formed and no one acknowledged any of us while standing there waiting for 15 minutes for them to get through the same person they had been checking out since I got in line (I was 2 of 7) they continued to ignore all other customers accept the one they had been helping for 20 minutes. I’m a cashier and I know costumer service and that was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Myself and three other people walked out while in line to buy necessities. Absolutely absurd that two people in a store with a line that long would decide to team up on one transaction for 20 min when the store was 20 min till closing. I will not be returning to this store that was missing half their price tags on merchandise and who had absolutely idiotic cashiers.

They have a decent selection but the store is always full of product in the aisles. They don't staff it well enough to put products away in a timely manner. Also, they never have more than one cashier so it takes a long time waiting in line.

My first visit. Bought 3 bags stuffed with goodies I had planned to buy; all for only $43! Spoke out loud the second half of my visit: giggles, great! It must be Chrismas!*Manager was happy to help me even as he stocked his shelves for us all.* Delighted that I took one bus here before visiting the other stores that are easily accessible in my new neighborhood.

I generally like DG, the employees here are pretty helpful and do there best to try and keep the store tidy. This store and most other DG stores are arranged in some sort of organized chaos, which can make you feel uncomfortable and the need to just grab whatever you need and go. The app was not working right this trip so I couldn't get the coupons for the items I bought. 😒

Im not sure if its because of the pandemic or area but alot of shelves were bare. About the only saving grace for this store is the one staff mwmber Keith who was very helpful was working hard to restock the shelves and was very warm and friendly.

What can I say some Dollar General stores are spotless clean and we'll organized, and well stocked and some are messy, disorganized, understaffed, dirty and usually the employees at the latter mentioned Dollar General stores hate their jobs and hate you for making them do it lol. Most of the Dollar General stores are awesome. They are on my list called Zoom Zooms and Wham Whams cause they have great zooms and great Whams now in case your not privy Zoom Zooms and Wham Whams are treats like little debbie cakes them donuts oh yeah and candy and cereal and milk and such. Junk food that you crave. Plus they have good trinkets and stuff like that. Dollar General stores have decent prices on decent products. I do highly recommend Dollar General stores. 😁

Out of stock on just about everything I was told that a lady apparently stole the laundry soap off the shelf and ran out the door... odd but okay store was a bit on the rough side definitely under staffed one female who did her best with what she could u can easily tell. MANAGEMENT MIGHT CONSIDER A REVIEW OF STAFFING CONDITIONS

Slightly messy but that's pretty normal for dollar general. The staff here is really friendly and helpful. Their prices are okay compared to other dollar generals but they always have what you need. Lots of payment options too for a dollar general store.

This place is not organized. There's never a cashier ready and they have some very, very expired food on the shelves. Needless to say, check the expiration date on food from DG. There's no real cost advantage to shopping there either. It's a shame Family Dollar didn't stay on top. The employees take some of the best parking spots. That's moronic.

Has a variety of certain items that are really beneficial like food and household items. Can usually find some good deals that are less expensive and in some cases more in quantity which is better for the buck. Don't bring a list because one will usually find an item or 2 that is worth the money! Lol!

Do not come to this store !! It's all infected with covid-19. One of the cashier was cought coughing and had no mask on. The manager dint do nothing about it. !! They walk all over him. He has no sense of authority. the cashier has long curly hair and tattoos all over her body. She also suffers from autoimmune disorder.

The people working there at night are very rude. I asked the price of an item near their clearance section for the day. They responded "It says $30 so i think it's $30" in a rude manner. I was just asking haha. These people hate their job or something. Also got attitude when buying sandals on sale, they raised it back to full price on me. I payed it because it was just $2.30 but the clearance paper that said sandals included. Oh well I hope they have a better day tomorrow.

Very rude girl that works there her name is Priscilla she gave me and my husband a bad attitude along with another girl full of tattoos they were apparently having a bad day. The manager help uss out thank god. I dont recomend this location.

I walked in when they were busy and thank you for taking care of customers promptly. I even ask to speak to a manager and how it was attended to right away. Overall my experience was one of satisfaction. A+

I go here virtually every pay period and love this spot! I wouldn't be able to live without Dollar Tree (DT). As a matter of fact, whenever I move I ensure that there is a DT nearby as an convienance. Even when I think there's something that I don't need, I end up finding something useful for my car, home or job. I wouldn't recommend going to Family Dollar becuase everything there is not a dollar.

I am currently in your store right now. Your cashier is on speaker phone with who I can only assume is another employee not currently working. Both as cussing up a storm. Complaining about things they have to do and changes that need to be made and the fact that they are left 2-3 hours alone with no help and the store gets packed and because of that they can't "Watch people." I understand being frustrsted at work. Trust me working with the public can be rough!! People can be jerks and management can be almost inpossible. At my job I can guarentee the people that come in don't know how my day is going because my frustrations are discussed behind closed doors as hers should be!! I came in here to make a purchase but she disgusted me so badly I didn't even want to encounter her at the register and I just left as I am typing this!! It's September 27th, 2017 and it's now 5:00 p.m. I'm at the 22nd/Park location.Ridiculous!!!!

Called for a product both in the day time was very specific about what I'm looking for and when I showed up it wasn't there. Had called a few weeks later about a dif product and same thing the girls that work there are very immature don't take there job serious and wasted gas and time twice

Service is um... not there... unless you are suspected of stealing...passive aggressive "You Look, You Buy or get out!" kind of treatment...Honestly that's every dollar store of any kind here.Nothing in there that you need works. And to make matters worse...Nothing is actually a dollar...It's More than a dollar...But whatever...

They have the best prices in town on vitamin supplements, they even beat Walmart. Where else can you buy a thirty count jar of COQ10 for five dollars? But they also have competitive prices on personal care items and groceries.

If you're looking for a particular item don't ask the clerk to help you she don't know where things are at at all she sent me down two or three places in aisles looking for a pair of tweezers and I told her after I found them after 10 minutes they were right behind her on the wall by the cash register she said I'm having a Blonde Day me 20 minutes for a pair of tweezers in a dollar store it was a mass

Every time I go to a DG Google jacks me up for another review. This one is at Park & 22nd StreetThis will be my last review on DG for Google.Suffice it to say I like this chain of stores. Especially you can find one in any AZ town when you need one (Ok except the "blink twice and you miss it" tiny little towns). I'm just getting worn out as a happy customer writing good reviews for this chain
