I have dealt with many pharmacies both professionally and personally throughout my life. The entire staff including pharmacists at this location are always professional and friendly. Recently, Amy went above and beyond to find me a medication that was in short supply Nationwide, and got it to me within one day. I will never go to another Pharmacy. I thank each and every one of them for being so good at what they do. If you're looking for the best, you found it.

All pharmacies have their own calculator. If you are taking a Norco pay attention to the day you pick up. “CVS corporate..” Be your own advocate. Write all data on the bottle. Take photos.

I went to this location about a month ago to pick up some prescriptions for myself. Nothing out of the ordinary, I normally do this via drive through. There was a new associate working there by the name of kim that helped me this day. I pull up to the drive through and waited about 3-4 minutes before she actually greeted me. Instead of being polite, she immediately asked me for my DOB to pull my order. Got frustrated when I couldn't hear her over the intercom, and when I requested for her to repeat herself she got further frustrated and really short with me. Horrible customer service experience, and you can clearly tell they are stressed and understaffed. I work in customer service as well and there is a way to speak to everyone no matter how stressful your day is. I have had a pleasant experience with all the staff members thier, so the location is fine. This is more directed to kim to try and manage her work load ans the way she speaks to people. A little kindness goes along way, and she may just need better training skills since she seems newer at this location.

Update your pharmacy system so it can find pharmacy refills in different states, ask your staff to actually look for it instead of automatically assuming you have no refills, and your pharmacist was obviously busy because they couldn't find or just took their time so I hung up and I just called the one up the street. That customer service wasn't any better, I called to simple ask if I had a refill not if I had insurance to cover it because I pay out of pocket if I don't. Tell your pharmacist to do better and just answer the customer's question. I will pick a better pharmacy and cheaper because your GoodRX prices are way higher then others for the same thing anyway. Never again I am going to Walmart

DO NOT USE CVS if you are looking for RAPID COVID19 test results!! They advertise, offer, and charge for the 2 hour test but take 2 OR MORE DAYS to provide results!!! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB for false advertising.

Prices are ridiculous and so are the hours! Why on earth would a pharmacy (post-pandemic) only be open from 10am to 1 and then 2-4pm?? Are you joking? And prices other than booze are a good 20percent higher than Walgreens and forget comparing cvs to Walmart.....

I'll start by saying the pharmacist working today, 12/21/21 3 p.m was AMAZING!!! He was friendly & masked! Sorry I forgot his name! For him and him alone I give FIVE stars.However, I'm very unhappy with most of the remaining staff and if I could give -10 stars, I would. This is a business where people go to get medications & covid vaccines, yet pharmacy employees are wearing their masks around their chins....if they are bothering to wear a mask at all.Why is the location telling customers to come in and get protected from covid, and to wear a mask while doing so, when most of your employees are not even bothering to offer the smallest hint of protection.

Don't get covid vaccine here. No professional setup. Acted like we asked for a gorilla, asked us twice if we checked in. Made us wait after we checked in to take care of others. Then of course we have to wait after the shot. So needless to say a lot of wasted time. Don't offer vaccines if you don't have the manpower to offer me customer service. And everyone sitting on my lap in line heard my daughter's first name and full date of birth.

I've been coming here for about three years and the pharmacy staff has been excellent. Every one of them, now and in the past.Because I take a bunch of meds I'm in here a lot, and I've never had a problem. They've always gone above, beyond, and out of their way for me, on more occasions than I can even remember, and they're happy to do it.They get me in and out and any time there's a hiccup somewhere in the system they're on top of it, doing everything they can to make things happen. And they never complain. Love these folks.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve been to. They are constantly making some sort of mistake and taking forever to fill medications. They can never answer a question as to what they need from you or why a medication is on hold. Some of the people and pharmacists working here are extremely rude. It’s so frustrating going here and dealing with these people.

They never have my prescription in, even though I come in for it once a month, and have done so for years. Sometimes they order it for me, but give it out to someone else before I can pick it up. They never offer to call around to help me find a location that had my medication in, and some locations won't tell you that information over the phone. It's a good thing running out only impacts my job and home life, and won't actual kill me, because I've run out due to this pharmacy every month for at least the last five.

It's fine. They don't have much of a variety and are out of stuff often, but the prices aren't bad especially with a CVS card. It's pretty quiet in there too which is cool!

Unsafe location if you're at risk for Covid-19. Day staff is great, evening staff is completely unsafe.Correction 1/19/21 day staff is just as bad. Employees working on the sign right in front of the door unmasked. Customers roaming the store unmasked.

I had a poor experience at this CVS. I had a coupon for $1.99 Planters nuts. They were on sale for $4.50. When the cashier scanned the coupon, the coupon correctly deducted $2.51 ($4.50 - $2.51 = $1.99). But after she scanned it, she voided it and re-entered the coupon at $1.99. I told her $2.51 was the correct amount to deduct but she refused to listen to me. I later noticed that she only scanned 6 of my 7 coupons. In the end I was overcharged about $3. Won't be shopping at this CVS again.

For some reason my card wasn't registering to complete the snacks and drinks I was purchasing, so they took the time to make it right for me. My hats off to you ladies that did an awesome job on figuring out the issue.

I am constantly filling prescriptions at CVS so I spend a lot of time in different stores. I must say by far that out of the ones I have been to on the east coast and the few here in Tucson since I've moved, the customer service is wonderful at this one! The pharmacist will actually tell you other CVS stores in the area that I can pick my meds up at if they do not have it. A wonderful associate even explained the best way to use a certain curling iron and told me where I could get the most for my coupons and extra care card in the store! By far the friendliest service ever!

I just moved to this area and since I used CVS where I used to live it was so easy to transfer my prescriptions. The pharmacy staff we're outstanding and kind. Quick fill time!Thank you cvs

My husband questioned the cost of one of my prescriptions and the response from the ever so considerate, sensitive and polite pharmacist was “It costs what it costs”. Boy, great customer service.

I just moved to Tucson from San Antonio and it has been a chore getting my prescriptions moved over. All I can say is the staff at this CVS, especially Bethany went above and beyond to get me my meds. Thank you!
