Just moved to the area and don’t have a washer or dryer yet so I’ve been coming here biweekly for about three months. It’s nice- fantastic hours, generally clean and a good array of machines, most of which are in good working order. Any out of order machines seem to get fixed quickly. Fair prices and when an employee is here they’re always really nice.

Always clean and pleasant, great ice cream and carnaceria around the corner while you wait. Machines are always working and there are plenty available. I even like the parking.

Google map DIRECTIONS ARE INACCURATE! You must access from Oracle Rd., NOT Tortolita St. This is a dead end. It is located in the shopping center where Ace Hardware is. But you can’t see the laundromat from Oracle Rd. It is in the BACK of the building.Machines take quarters. Period. A change machine is available. Will accept $1, $5, $10, $20’s. (Naturally I walked in there with a $50 ands credit card. 🙄)The laundromat itself is fine. Clean, some out of order.

Arrived before 10am, busy. Loaded machines, and pushed start THEN the settings changed automatically to cold water....😠 Not my choices. Out of hot water??? And why do people leave their laundry in the washers and dryers...then leave the laundromat?? Not cool...or courteous. In the military, people would remove the laundry to a table or cart, just to use the machines!

What a great local laundromat. It's open late- 10pm. It's always clean and never crowded.Thrre is no restroom and that sucks. But it is next to Licks, an ice cream shop. (5 stars to Licks). The machines all work well and prices are reasonable.

The place was clean, everything worked, did my laundry here for $16 cheaper than it cost me to do my laundry at the run down laundromat in oracle. I recommend this place...

Went in tonight to wash my dog beds and blankets after they have been in boarding for 10 days. Used the big washer only took 26 min and they came out clean and almost dry. It didn't leave them soaked like most washers. Dryer worked great! Maybe spent 10 bucks on washing with buying the soap and drying.

I go here every Sunday and I go at night time when it's less crowded & the place is always clean and the prices you can't go wrong. $3.25 to wash and $5 for the big washers and 25. cents to dry for 6min. so say 75. cents if you want your clothes to be dried all the way. Very quiet laundry mat Rhanks

I come here every weekend and it's always been clean. Everyone there seems to be nice. There's not many dryers but the dryers work really well so not a long wait when your waiting for 1. Other than that it's 1 of the nicest I've been to.

This is the cleanest laundromat I have ever been in, and I'm a snowbird, so I see lots of laundromats. New owner. All sizes of machines. I used the newer dryers up front on hot and they did not burn my clothes. While I was there a contractor was talking to the owner about replacing older machines and dryers. He's obviously making improvementsI highly recommend this laundromat and Claire's Cafe in the same center is a great place to eat breakfast or lunch while you wait.

Small hidden away laundromat with a beach theme. Great place to do laundry on the road. Little ice cream shop and restaurant right around the corner in the same shopping center. This is on the back side of the shopping center. Parking is a little tight. Very nice little laundry.

Great place! I will continue to come here & will tell friends & family.- It looks fresh & smelled clean.- The murals on the walls are pretty cool, make sure you check out the ducks in the back :)- Prices are comparable to others- Change machine accurate- Soft water; less detergent needed. Clothes softer w/o using softener.- Washers: front & top loading machines.- Dryers: no access to the lint trays. IMO they don't work as effectively for that reason. it's a good idea to ask if they can check the dryer you are using otherwise you'll be there awhile.

Small "hole in the wall" laundromat. Google directions are incorrect. Hard to find...go around the left side of Market, to the back of building. 5 baskets, 2 small shelves for folding. Not too busy. Parking in the back was very cramped. We washed 2 loads of clothing, 1 rug, and a set of sheets...Dryers took forever to dry...we were there 3 hours. Could use a little TLC, cleaning, sweeping, and a fresh coat of paint.

On the road traveling full time, laundry is a serious subject! I found Catalina Laundry clean and the front load machines awesome! I washed my RV rugs in a larger front load accommodating up to 5 loads and used the front load to do my sheets. They are finally REALLY clean after other laundromats only having a 30 minute wash cycle. One of the top load machines stopped working. I called their number and Matt helped me figure out how to unlock the machine so I could start the process in another machine and came to the Laundromat to reimburse me within a very reasonable amount of time.

Clean and everything worked. Prices seemed a bit high (see pictures), but I haven't used a laundromat in years, so maybe that's normal nowadays.

The laundry is nearly impossible to find. We tried it 2 months ago and came up with nothing. The GPS hasn't got a clue the intricacies of navigating there. Only the actual address coupled with a visual of the front of the strip mall to help us out and the written "Laundry" on the north side of the building we're the clue. We drove into the area 4 times before bed spotted that. The machines were clean and functioned well once we found them. The murals on the walls were colorful. Even the change machines functioned well. The discussion in the car during the 1.5 hour search was not printable. Geez!

We use this laundry all winter. Some of the washers are definitely past their prime, but they also have really good washing machines available for use. The dryers are all good and most are always serviceable. We meet really nice people here, but I would appreciate if this were a no-gun zone, because we've seen some truly weird people packing openly in this laundromat.

The owner is more than kind!! I am just getting out of the place and it closed at 10.... I was fully prepared to air dry my clothes being I came in at 9:35 and wash in the extra big washer takes 18 min. However the owner insisted in my situation that I finish my laundry by correctly drying them ....I feel more (at home) doing my laundry dry here than if I had my own appliances!! Thanks so much and it's awesome knowing that even in times of panic and stress people like the owner at Catalina laundry are there to HELP.:) ALSO WHEN I CAME IN I NOTICED THE OWNER HARD AT WORK CLEANING/SANITIZING THE PLACE VERY THOROUGHLY!!

I use this laundromat when staying at the nearby State Park. There is a nice variety of machines of different sizes, and plenty of dryers. When I got there this time, the floor was a mess with stuffing out of a comforter or dog bed (?) left by a previous customer. I called the number listed, and got an immediate response. He not only cleaned the floor but ran a cycle with bleach in the washer that was likely used for the item that left a mess. This was a much better experience than with the previous owner who never responded to concerns.

Very clean with plenty of available washers and dryers. Nice that it has a sink and paper towels for the occasional soap spill. I go in the morning and usually just a few people. The "Catalina Island" theme is fun with painted murals thru out the interior.

Went to this laundromat while staying at the nearby State park. If I could do things over I would have driven to a place in Tucson, hate to write such a brutal review, but this place is a dump and you should stay away. The machines were priced higher than most laundromats we go to, and in addition to some not working there are very few large load machines. The facilities were a mess--trash everywhere, dirty surfaces, and nasty water standing in some machines. There are only two folding tables, which is not adequate for the number of machines. It's very crowded, you can barely squeeze by people using the dryers, and not enough of the rolling baskets to go around.

This laundromat is truly a work of art! The wall-to-wall undersea mural and decorations inside are so cute, humorous and folkish, and obviously artistic. My favorite is the duck bottom and feet on the ceiling, with all the little baby duck bottoms and feet following behind! Hilarious! Oh and they have plenty of nice, clean washers and dryers too. 👍

Sucks. I only go to laundromats to wash large items such as sleeping bags and blankets. This place only has 4 of the largest type, one is out of order, a second one just has someone's close in it (guess it's common to just come and leave your stuff) and just watched the 3rd one take $6 worth of change (cost $4) and not turn on. I got the 4th one after waiting 10 minutes and the previous person had just used it for some clothes. Which would have fit in two regular size washers and cost less. Would not recommend this place and not coming back.

Great place. My only complaint would be that the lint needs to be emptied from the dryers earlier in the day. The dryers don't seem to dry well in the evening.

A little hard to find the first time. It's in the same parking lot as Ace and Clares cafe. You have to drive around to the back. No sign on the door, but it's the only doors in the back. Basic laundry prices, about $2 to wash and $0.25/6 mins of drying. Good luck!

Nicely kept up. Washers work great & dryers do to but you can't put to much clothes in otherwise they don't get dried. I like to go early in the morning before people come, get in-get out.
