They always have what I need and the staff are great people. The Pharmacy is especially outstanding. They are super friendly and helpful. On many occasions my doctor would write a prescription and I would get a notification from the pharmacy on the way home that it was ready for pick up. Now that’s service!

Just WOW. So happy to be able to shop here! Shelves are stocked, workers are busy keeping up with cleanliness and organization, even taking time out to notice confused shoppers to try to help them find things.Love the mega variety of so many items, the neat displays, the ability to have a real person check out my purchases, well, the whole shebang. It's the real deal. Love this store!!

What kind of policy does Albertson have that the Deli clerk tells their customers they are out of Pan-Roasted Turkey? My wife pointed out to the Deli clerk that a new package of Pan-Roasted Turkey was on display. The Deli clerk tells my wife it's against the store policy to open the package and offers my wife another meat option. The store manager happened to walk by, and my wife confronted the store manager about the situation, he did nothing to resolve it. We have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at this Albertsons, having lived blocks away for 40 years. If this is the way this store treats their long-time customers, we will not shop Albertson's again.This occurred at Albertsons at Harrison Rd. at Broadway Blvd. in Tucson, Az. Saturday May 4th at 2:45 p.m.Update: 5/5/2024My wife will not shop with Albertson again, she made that clear with the weekend store manager. He should have taken the situation in hand and resolved it. Albertson's is in business to serve the customer, not refuse the customer. My wife has worked retail for the same company for 40 plus years as a manager, customers come first...

This place proudly taunts customer service and excellence on their names badges and tags. I beg to differ. I asked a bald gentleman wearing a blue shirt and black pants who appeared to be doing stocking or inventory where the maple syrup was. He could not be bothered to even make eye contact and look up. He just mumbled something about the next aisle over and kept going. Went to checkout line. I said hello to the till tender, he didn't even say hi back. Not so much as "have a nice day", or "how is your day" or even "hello there". Handed me the check. I even put my own grocery bags in my cart. No smiles at all from either associate. They looked bored and non plussed to be working. I wouldn't flaunt such pride in service if you can't show it. Hire people who want to be there and can show for it. I will take my $162.96 payment elsewhere so I can have better service. And the price of groceries going up someone else will get my business.

No self check out, ugh... when you just have one item and want to run in and out forget it. A little white haired elderly lady checking out, well was suppose to be checking people out ahead of me. She was at a full stop, leaning on the counter just talking to the people. At first I thought maybe their card was declined, the I noticed she still need to ring up the other half! I had a full conversation with the lady in line behind me, then I switched lanes and was out before those poor people.Nice store, clean, beautiful flowers. Just be prepared to sit a while.

One of the worst stores I've encountered when it comes to stocking merchandise. The fact it's 2 minutes away from my home, I have shopped here almost exclusively for over 5 years. And in those five years, I have heard consistent excuses for not having sale merchandise. Always the supply truck issue. Never a substitution offered, just a roll of the eyes. Whether it's Supply truck issues, ordering mistakes, or someone simply not doing their job, this is the best way to run consumers off and send them to a competitor. This morning was I believe the 5th or 6th time I have walked out of that store empty-handed. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

There's no self-checkouts at this store—only 2 cashiers. Also got a wiff of some bad smells here. It's on the way east side of Tucson so it's very quiet.

After several Surgeries shopping is difficult. I have placed several pickup orders. The orders are ready fast. Items have been perfect. The lady who has brought out my orders knows me by my orders and takes extra time to help me put into my bags so when I get home it's easier to manage. Thank you

Great store has everything I need. Recently they moved some isles around for no reason. They also left the bare torn up floor where the isles used to be. The whole store is starting to look run down.

I don’t really shop here often, just stopped in to use the bathroom and I saw an EMPLOYEE come out of one of the stalls and WALK OUT WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS! I don’t care how disgusting you want to be in private, but when you’re handling people’s groceries, wash your damn hands! I sincerely hope he doesn’t work in the Deli or Bakery…

I am very, very done with this place. Constantly finding expired items on the shelves, three cashiers at most no matter how many people are waiting, forgetting to give you items on your way out the door… This is a badly run grocery store and there are plenty of better options nearby.

They had nothing in stock that was on sale, so I decided to go to the Safeway that I usually go to and they had everything I needed. Won't go to Albertsons in a long while until they learn how to keep things that are on sale in stock. So I'll keep going to my Safeway. Keep up the good work Safeway, you guys are awesome

Love this store! Mike , Andrew and Anita are some of my favorite people! The whole store is amazing, the prices are better than most places, would rather shop here than Fry’s for sure! Safeway is ok too but the associates at this Albertsons are great!

I use to work for Albertsons for a time. It was a good job and I really still like there stores. They also have some amazing sales to take advantage of around holidays and just weekends sometimes. I enjoy the friendly service at this location as well as others. You can get some killer deals if you use the ad, even $5 six pack deals on craft beer, can't beat it. Much love!

one cashier working.. no express line open.. no manager called to help with growing checkout line... i won't be back.. waited over 20 mins and line didn't move..cashier was to busy talking to customer than getting customers thru the line..

I like the fact that it is never extremely busy, and you don't have to deal with rude shoppers. Store is neat and orderly. Staff are always helpful and courteous.I mainly shop the sales because their regular prices are a bit on the higher side, when you're on a tight budget every penny counts!

What more can you ask of a local grocery store. In stock with our usual items 99% of the time (which is far more than I can say for other local stores). Staff here is very friendly and helpful and is always open for a good joke here and there.FYI, the flowers here are always fresh and last longer than you'll expect. Good spot to pick some up for your significant other.

When it comes to shopping here you really have to read the fine print as they put a limit in very small letters and very difficulty to see. Just finished buying here and ended up paying more than double because they did not make it clear that there was a limit. Not shopping here anymore. I like it when things are made clear and there is no trickery. They were trying to make a quick buck.

This is one of my go-to stores. The store itself always appears clean and stocked. I love the selection the deli has for lunch meats and cheeses.The meat department has helpful workers behind the case that always greets and asks if i need anything. The prices are typically fair, with good sale deals.A Great store!

This older store suffers from a lack of proper stocking during the day leaving many shelves bare towards the end of the day. Not referring to a covid shortage issue just no staff seem to be stocking shelves during the day. I routinely go home missing a few items. How is that under staffing helping sales when people can't buy what they need.
