I’ve known this vet for over 20 years although I’ve limited my livestock capacity I still have my personal animals a few head of other stock. I haven’t really needed a vet for quite some time until this last year. I’ve had two very rough experiences with one dog in the only reason that that dog is alive today is because of Dr. Debbie Chapman at Desert Cross animal Hospital, you won’t find a vet that is more compassionate and caring then Debbie, she’s in a challenging field where there’s never enough help. She always goes out of her way to make sure your animals are taken care of right and that you understand the situation I’d recommend her to anyone by far the best.!!!

Dr Deb and her whole crew amazing.. so compassionate and caring throughout the whole process with my old dog. we went as a walk-in and we immediately met Marsala. she was super nice and smiled big and we had a great conversation with her even as she had to deal with some unruly pitty pups. then Natalie took us back and she was so gentle and listened to what we had to say. and took her for xrays. Dr Deb came a little while later and took us back showed us the xrays gave us all the options and was so great at explaining what we were looking at and what we cane do. She was honest and straight foward and I truly appreciated that. As I waited for Natalie to call the pharmacy I watched as Roxanne at the front desk was berated and cussed at and called names for basixally doing her job. While my interaction was great. and she was professional and polite.. They all did a fantastic job and although it was pure chaos and stressfull with ppl and animals in and out continously they pul it all together seamlessly. Thanks for the kind care and I highly recommend Dr Deb and crew

I love them. Went for the first time on 1/9/24 as a walk-in. Having no appointment, I expected to wait 3-4 hours as they were packed. I was happily surprised to be in and out within 2 1/2 hours, and that included time with the Vet. I didn't felt rushed, either.The Staff are pleasant, professional, and very efficient. They cared about my dogs and it was obvious.Dr. Chapman is amazing! It was nice to have a Vet really listen to me. I told her that I, unfortunately, had a budget. She worked with me and made sure I wasn't stressed about money. The bill was 1/5 what I was expecting! How unusual is that? I cried from relief.I highly, highly recommend Desert Cross Veterinary Hospital.

Doctor Deb is an amazing veterinarian she brought my DONKEY MAYBEL BACK TO LIFE ! She cares for our cats and dogs , gave my 600+ lb pig Mazie a pedicure .she had been there for us as many of our family have crossed over that bridge . I will never be taking my animals here again. I brought two cats in to get neutered. The vet tech told me that one of the male cats had already been neutered by them because his ear was clipped. This was shocking news to me because it looks like half his ear had been ripped off, not like it had been professional and humanely notched. My cat is missing half his ear. When they neutered my other cat I went to pick him up and he was covered in his own piss and who knows how long he had been like that. Seeing him like that brought tears to my eyes. When I tried to address these issues with the office staff they were dismissive and didn't seem to care about the way my animals had been treated. Furthermore I have been there in the past with different animals for the same service and the price is never consistent. The office staff isn't thorough and I have had to make multiple trips back to the office because of missing paper work. I will be making the drive to tucson to get proper, humane care for my animals from now on.

This office is always slammed but they do an excellent job keeping up. The office is beautiful and clean. During the time I was there (about 1 hour) they mopped the lobby twice. The vets are great and know what they’re doing. It was also affordable. I appreciate having such a nice vet in our small town.

We have since had to take one of our pups to the Veterinary Clinic. And spoke to them about this problem. We had to prove we had called them several times to try and get her ashes, but once that was proven, she apologized and took care of the problem. We will never have the ashes, but our fee was taken care of, I Believe by giving us a credit on our account. I'm thankful we got this dealt with.We had a pretty good relationship with them until we took our dog Saturday in for euthanasia. We arranged to have the ashes returned to us. Not only did they never arrive to us, there was excuse after excuse after excuse as to when they would be there. Never got the ashes. Never got an offer to refund

Took my wife's pup to be neutered. Chose the fix and pain meds total one thirty. More for bigger dogs but all very reasonable. The staff are very friendly and extra helpful. The orange cat in the lobby is the biggest lovebug.

We take all of our dogs there, (we have 4) Desert Cross takes care of pretty much all animals Horses, dogs, cats. It's a very busy vet, alot going on but the have a great system and the vet is very knowledgeable as well as the staff. They take great care of our dogs and it is very reasonable as for as pricing and will work with you, they strive to take care of your animals. I don't think I've ever been to a better veterinarian than Desert Cross, the vet is great and staff is very helpful.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, quick and easy check ups. Not too expensive, and they don't freak out if you're 10 minutes late to an appointment. My old vet had a rule that were either on time or you don't get get to go at all.

Very sad place. Stray cat to be fixed. Was told not a stray. It's a stay I took in. Anyway nothing was done and was charged $65.00 they said for Anastasia witch was never given. Don't waste your time. Even the people working was not nice. Real bad customer service. I will tell everyone not to use this vet. They just take your money for work not done.
