Staff is awesome there. My neighbors kept telling me to go there vs Tractor supply. Since tractor supply has been out of my dogs food the last 2 times I decided to go to dales and I will drive the extra few miles to go there from now on. Highly recommend and they have a farmers market on Sundays!

DONT BRING CHILDREN went to this store to look for products for my puppy , they had a dog on a very long leash. That ended up biting me very hard when I was walking anyway from the dog. It’s a very big black lab /chow mix puppy that isn’t controlled. The people working didn’t even care that it had bit me. My boyfriend went in there after he saw the bruising and bite marks on my arm and the basically said , sorry this is the owners dog not ours we can’t do anything about it. I just want to make sure this doesn’t happen to a child or another person because it truly hurt and was very unprofessional the way they handled it.

This place always has the hay we need, and they carry straw bales too! Hardly anyone carries straw bales regularly so I am glad Dale's Town and Country does. The guys who load the feed give excellent customer service too. My boyfriend Jim bought me a great animal pen for our goat, Little Witt, and it is strong and sturdy. I don't think Witt will be able to tear that down!

Dales groomers are the only ones my crazy heeler will let Dremel down her nails. They're fast and friendly and really love what they do. Highly recommend. And the store has a great selection of food, toys, and treats. The whole staff is super friendly and helpful.
