DO NOT USE STORE PICKUP FEATURE. I am missing items, they made no substitutions after I wasted my time choosing them before they ever even started shopping, and they closed my automatic trunk by pushing it down with their hands. God awful experience and will never ever use this feature again at this store. Not a single care was given to my order, and it only had 10 easy items. What a joke.

Went to the bakery to get a cake and the lady behind the counter waited as long as possible before she decided to assist us and when did she she was VERY rude. I politely said “Hi I would like to get one of the cakes on display” and she rudely yelled back “i can’t hear you” so i repeated myself and asked if the cakes were freshly made or if they just give out the ones on display and she was like “I don’t know what that means” like girl what do you mean you don’t know what that means? Just how starbucks has a display of food but they give you a fresh item, that’s all I was asking and she was so disrespectful with her tone. And then she grabbed the wrong cake so I told her that wasn’t the right one and she was like “It is the right one.” Like girl how are you gonna tell me? If I’m telling you it’s wrong it’s wrong. And then I asked her if she could write on it she said no because she had bad handwriting which is fine but you don’t have to be rude honey!

This store used to be good! Sadly they’ve let it fall into disrepair, their card machines barely work and the employees like to argue with you when you try to politely ask them to pass along customer feedback to a manager. To the manager of the store: your entire card system needs an update as (according to your employees) it selectively reads which digital pay options it wants. For example, if I use Apple Pay and the machines decline me but accept the person behind me who has the same bank and Apple Pay, that’s a system failure on the store end and not Apple’s. To the employee who argued: try listening to what the person is trying to say before mounting your high horse and telling someone they’re wrong and don’t know what they’re talking about.

They had all the sale items I went in for!! Yay!! Well, except for eggs. But it is twice now!! An improvement from all the times they were ALWAYS out of the things that were on sale... Day 2 of sale, I might add. Thank you for ordering properly.

Customer service at this location is unreal and very unprofessional. I stood in line to cash my lottery ticket and a very nice elderly lady said, You can go ahead of me. I respond with, know ma'am, I am okay but thank you. After, she walk off slow and proceed to the restroom. I walk up and gave the cashier my lottery ticket. The cashier scan and open the drawer and hand me my money. She didn't give me a receipt or say have a nice day or anything. Which was okay with me and I didn't care or it bother me but I did notice there was know courtesy. She didn't smile, she didn't speak when I spoke but had a good talk and smile with the previous person. Anyhow, I took the money and my ticket back and proceed to the lottery machine that was right next to the customer service desk.I put my money in the amount show up $9.00 dollars but It suppose to be $10.00 because my winning ticket was $10.00. I didn't waste any time and walk back over and pointed at the machine so she can see the amount and said I think you may made a mistake and gave me $9 instead of $10. She replied with I gave u the correct change. So, I explain again in a nice, calm, smile on my face what happen again. she gave me a piece of paper and said, write down your name and number and we will call you. I said, oh its okay..I can wait.. I was thinking to my self what's the use of leaving then coming way back for a dollar. All while waiting no one has walk up yet and know one was there when she could have just refunded me. I stood to the side for a while. The elderly nice lady from early came out the restroom and start talking to me. we talk about the world, what career we work in and more. I waited there so long the elderly lady start saying u been here a while and no one help u. I said know ma'am..by this time another lady came to the front and was working a little and now you have two workers. I waited so long that customers was walk up then. time roll by and know help and I was unnoticed. A customer walk up and I had to explain why it still say money amount but nothing has been purchase. Still wait..The elderly lady offer to give me a dollar and I said no I couldn't take your money and don't feel comfortable. she wouldn't stop assist so I went ahead and took it and she watch me put it in the machine. after purchase, I stood right back to the side to receive my dollar and still no help. finally, the two workers said we going go in this room and count the money. they were in there a while..came back out and said, oh her draw good. You must have drop it. I said, know ma'am..I already check my purse, and look on the floor. I didn't get mad, I didn't get smart, and I didn't fuss. I walk off and call the store manager..Now, Here is the part that made me irritated and felt like I was done wrong. I explain everything to the manager in a nice way and even mention u can check the camera and I said, I told them I hope u don't think I am lying and can check the cameras. which I did but forgot to mention early in this post. He said, A dollar? I said yes..It was only a dollar? that's it? It was like he was slick trying be funny and was like you call me about a dollar. I said, sir I am not mad about a dollar, I was shorted a dollar. He said, I can give u a dollar. He did apologize and gave me back my money but I felt like every one did not have any morals and didn't care about if I was shorted out of my money. I think they expected me to just brush it off. I use to work along time ago in cashier and I didn't know its okay to short some one, I don't care if its 50 cent or 20 cent. It's my money..I believe the cashier tried to pocket the money then try to put it back soon as she noticed I wouldn't leave and before any one notice. know telling how many elderly people she shorted their money, maybe big money and they didn't pay any attention or thought it was correct. why he was worried about a dollar. He should be worried about a cashier messing up or stealing. playing innocent and be pocket money for years..I don't believe know one cared or the manager even ask her about it.

Shot out to Wendy in the Deli Dept. We came in from California for a Funeral Sunday Night. I called 3 Walmarts while omw, trying to place an order for a platter or a 6 foot sandwich the following day. They couldn't help me. Said they required 24 hrs in advancement and one said they didn't have the meat for it. I use to work at a Subway, I know it's not that hard to make sandwiches. I decided to call Albertsons and told them the situation and if I would be able to place an order once I got into town. We were staying at the Hotel next door. Wendy was incredibly helpful. When we got there the Deli was basically closed. What I wanted wasn't really on the menu but she had a better idea. Said I could order multiple 1 ft sandwiches and cut them up. There was only one left but she said she could make me as many as I needed and pick up the next day. I said okay that works. I did my math and it was a better deal. Smart lady. I said okay I'll just cut them up and buy a tray from $ tree. She offered to cut them and place them in a party tray. Perfect! I am incredibly Thankful for her help. Thanks Wendy. Albertsons always comes through. Walmart is always pretty disappointing for me.

Very clean and organized.But like the Safeway line they often don't have much of the meat that's on special in the flyer. You just as well go ask for it as they probably have it but don't like to put it all out at once..One year later, im updating this review and it's still true. But overall if you do the flyer, take time to clip the digital coupons, it's really a good store.

I’m leaving this review for Amy W., who works at the self-checkout station in the evening. I visited your store tonight, and Amy was working, and as always, she was very helpful, kind, and always does her job with a smile on her face. But tonight she went above and beyond and helped me out of the pure kindness of her heart. I didn’t have all the money needed to cover my groceries, and rather than just canceling the items I didn’t have enough money to get, she went into her own pocket and paid the difference. The fact that she was so kind to do that for a complete stranger says a lot about her as a person, and it also shows that she genuinely cares about the customers that visit your store. I want to say thank you for hiring such a kind-hearted, helpful individual. It’s people like Amy that know the true meaning of good customer service, and you should feel very lucky to have such a fine individual working for your company.

Went to this store yesterday. The meat department was the worst I had ever seen. The shelves were filthy, bloody and gross. We left very disappointed that management would allow this to happen.

I went on Thursday and requested a cake to make, the way I wanted it was two layers one layer with strawberry and the second layer with cream cheese. the frosting was supposed to be a vanilla cream fun funfetti cake. With red flowers and it was supposed to say happy birthday Jen. When I went to pick it up it was completely ruined and there was nothing that I had asked for on my cake when I asked for a refund or to make anything one that I had requested. They told me no that's not possible even though I never touch or ate the care. I would not recommend getting a cake from Albertsons again. Totally not worth it and completely a waste of money

Very disappointed in this store. They are consistently out of their digital specials even if I'm there on day one within a couple hours of opening. Couldn't redeem my free offer because they were already out. I don't know who does their ordering but it's like they under order on purpose to get you in the store and sell you something different. I can understand occasionally but this is consistent. Never had this kind of difficulty with any other Albertson's and we travel so I have shopped at several.

I like the layout of this store. I truly hate the self checkout! I avoid it as much as I can. Bought a package of cookies at 50% off. Now I'm not a math whizz but I looked at the receipt and it didn't look right.I went up to the service counter and spoke to someone very nice and she told me self service can't get the discount and that a cashier has to ring it up! Something wrong with this picture? So watch your receipts all you math whizzes! Otherwise I like the layout of this store but you already know that!

I went into the store for just one thing only. It was for the refrigerated dog food, the store had a good selection to choose from. I bought the spinch/cranberry for small dogs, my dog absolutely goes crazy over it. Unfortunately, it was only available in a small tube which is fine and good for a small dog with a small dog appetite, Buddy is a small dog (21 lbs) that has a big dog hunger. As far as the store goes the limited service I had was great.

Just tried to purchase something that was showing as half off. Lady at the self checkout was beyond rude! They did not honor the price and talked to me like I’m stupid and don’t understand! They should have still honored the price! So so upsetting.* after talking to customer service … they did nothing! A complete joke.

There is a lady who works at self checkout I will get her name tomorrow I've complained a couple times to managers but doesn't seem like things are getting done they've informed me she is a little slow and gets irritated they were working on it!!! NO EXCUSE!! my african american fiance came in today to purchase 3 items he saw her whispering with another customer and then she started watching him Scan and as he was about to leave she asks him did he Scan everything my fiance felt very uncomfortable someome needs to take care of this asap

I guess I deserved what I got for coming on New Year's Eve. The parking lot seemed very dark. I didn't even see Christmas lights. It also was crowded; many spaces had shopping carts in the way.Inside, I noticed higher prices than I'd seen at the safeway. I had coupons that expired on that day and wanted to use them. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful (as I'd been at the safeway and frys) at finding the items. The frozen pies were $10 so the coupon would leave a higher balance than I felt comfortable paying. I settled on another cheaper item. I got to the counter and the cashier acted like it was a fake coupon. Then she made up a lower amount to put it through. I asked why and she acted like she did me a favor. When I got to the car I wondered if the coupon would throw off her drawer when she settled. So I called the desk. I had to bring the item and the receipt and explain again what happened. I was refunded the rest of the money but after waiting in line 2 times it was really late then. It was not a good experience.

I am not very happy with this store, totally based on my dealing with the bakery dept employees.I waited 13 minutes for fresh Italian bread to come out of the oven today. (3:30 PM Sept. 7, 2022)Two bakery employees refused to serve me 2 fresh loaves until they "set" for 10 minutes. I wanted them just out of the oven, which was why I was waiting so long for them. Why wouldn't they serve me me as I wished ?

I love being able to just create a list and cut out digital deals on the app. I can order for pickup or just walk through the store and quickly grab what I need. Plenty of self-checkout lanes here.Last time I was there, an employee can see I needed help. He was so kind to help me look for goat milk!Will never shop at Fry's again.UPDATE 8.16.22If you're going to open at 6am then BE READY at 6am. No one wants to NOT be able to push their shopping cart down an aisle all because worker has cardboard everywhere. She had a look on her face, no apologies and was not even going to move any of the cardboard to at least one side so I can go down the aisle. There were a lot of products not out on the floor. Not sure I'll be returning here as much now.
