My Papillon seemed to have enjoyed her spa time. She was gorgeous when I picked her up. She doesn't like other dogs, but seemed very calm and relaxed when I arrived. Very reasonably priced. I set up appts for Jan and Feb.

Whitney Herard hired me about a month ago after I worked at a corporate salon for two years. I have visited several salons in the last few years, and I'm very impressed with how much she focuses on safety and quality.She will work around a dogs needs, and has a wide range of skills and tricks of the trade to help make the dogs look great while also being at ease and comfortable with the grooming process.The business has been here for over 13 years, and even after all this time there is a very loyal and dedicated clientele which speaks volumes about the high quality you can expect.I'm very happy that Whitney saw potential in me and was willing to take me on and bring my grooms to a new level!

They no longer see large dogs?I’ve had my 50lb golden retriever groomed here in the past so when it was time for her to be groomed again I called and booked an appointment. The appointment was 2 weeks out and that was fine with us. They had her information on file and we talked about what we wanted done for her and they said “no problem”. Fast forward to 3 days before the scheduled appointment and they call me to confirm the appointment, I confirm it over the phone and we are all set. That same day of confirming the appointment they call me back about 20 minutes after our first call and I’m told “we can no longer see your golden because we no longer see large breeds.” I was confused and asked when this change happened because they allowed me to book the appointment and even confirm the appointment. They replied “we just don’t see large breeds anymore” then hung up on me. I tried calling back 2 more times to get some clarification and no one would answer my call. I understand situations change and I would have understood if it was explained to me. But since they handled the situation so poorly I wanted to leave a review to warn future clients of the possibility of what might happen to them as what happened to me.

Whitney is the BEST!! She is always taking such wonderful care of our two fur babies. They love her too! I have had some pretty bad experiences with groomers in the past, but Glamor Pets had always exceeded my expectations. I'm so happy to have found her and so are our pets. Our abundance always come back looking like they could go to a dog show and win first place! Thank you Whitney and your wonderful staff.

I have been going to Glamour Pet's for years. My dog loves Whitney. You can tell how much she loves what she does and takes great pride in getting it done the right way. Over the years I have recommended Whitney to my friends and all of them have been so thankful that I did. The thing they like the best is that Whitney has been there from day one. All of the other shops have a revolving door with their groomers.

We took our two new puppies there yesterday, based on the reviews we read online. They listened to what we wanted and we were very happy with the results. Our male puppy gives us so much trouble about his nails that we knew they were going to have a tough time with him. They were kind and said he did just fine even though we know he was Mr Trouble! The place is spotless, and everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend Glamour Pets.

We love it there! Not only do we take our own doggie for her regular grooming, but my mom and sister take their dogs there too. They always come out looking clean and smelling wonderfully! I always recommend Glamour Pets when someone is looking for somewhere trustworthy to take their dogs.

A friend of mine referred me to Glamour Pets and while I don't live close to the area, I decided to give them a try. The owner, Debi, is just great! You can tell she loves her business and it shows in the work she does. She was great with my two very nervous Chihuahuas. While they'd normally be terrified by going to the groomer, this time they seemed to really enjoy being there.Great staff, great service. I highly recommend them!

Whitney, helped me with my hypoallergenic shar pei very professional and kind. Quick and responsive. She has handled covid in a very caring responsive. Coming out to the car for the animals. Debbie at Glamour Pets is wonderful!! I volunteer with Adorable Dog Rescue and she took us in at the last minute, when I was in a jam, and made a wonderful rescue dog look SO very handsome!!! She was nice to the dog, to me, was quick, thorough, and reasonably priced! I'll be back!!!

Took our dog here once before and they groomed her no problem. However, now they they wont groom her because she is to big. She is a border collie mix and her max weight is 40 lbs.

We first brought Hannah Marie into Glamour Pets when she was just 12 weeks old. Hannah Marie won't let us trim her nails but she will let Whitney do it. Whitney has been trimming Hannah Marie's nails once a month now for over three years.. Debbi and Whitney are highly regarded here in Sun City!

Just picked up my fur buddie, they did just beautiful work, he looks so happy. I called them in the morning, told them how mad Ted needed a grooming, got him in same day. Very Clean, even pillows in the cages. Very nice too. Would go back in a minute

I called at the last minute and my dog was seen immediately. The staff were friendly and listen to my dogs needs and they hit a home run! Clean shop, not chaotic like most I have been to in the area.very fairly and reasonably priced. Very much recommend to anyone.

Please don’t bring your pet to glamour pets they burnt my baby and when I picked her up they never said a word but they excepted the TIP! When I went back the next day the owner said I didn’t mean to do it! Really you pay for someone that should know what they are doing, I even know you don’t put a HOT tool to the animal! When the mother owned the shop it was so much better!
