The staff there are always friendly, very helpful, and give great customer service.Small town friendliness (still), Used to be a groomer on premises, but groomer is now gone.Vet clinic now during the week is not as horrible idea as I thought it would be. Maybe one clinic on weekend one during the month would be even better(just a thought)

Always friendly, always knowledgeable and very clean and organized. It's a great feed store with a little bit of everything and people that can answer your questions about livestock and poultry.

Love their selection of dog food and treats. However, the employees could be a little friendlier. This is Cochise County after all, and not the friendliest of people here.

Hello Donna C,Thank you for taking the time to write a review of Jem's Feed and Farm. I'm the new owner, and I'd like to clear up a few things.First off, thank you for your positive review of my employees. They work hard and are the best. They are the key to our success. In regards to not being locally owned, although I'm not from Sierra Vista, I've been an Arizona resident since 1986. I've lived in Phoenix and Show Low. I've also lived in Tucson when I was in the Army National Guard (retired military). I currently live part time in Sierra Vista.Just to give you some background, Jem's was for sale on the MLS for 14 months before I made an offer on it. It was also for sale on and off on Loop Net for the last five years. There were plenty of opportunities for a local buyer to purchase the property, if they chose to.Let me address the Vet clinic. So three days before her last day at the clinic, the old vet informed me that she would no longer be doing the clinic. This put me in a bad spot, and left me and my employees scrambling to find a new vet. Due to a bunch of hard work, and to connections he has in the industry, my general manager was able to find a new vet without skipping a beat.Because of the short notice however, the new vet was not able to accommodate our requested schedule right away. But within a few weeks, we'll be back to holding the vet clinic every first and third Saturday, just like before. By the way, the new vet's prices in some cases are less that the previous vet, which saves our customers money.Lastly, I'm excited to tell you about some new improvements to the company. We've just purchased two, larger capacity delivery trucks. This will allow us to make larger deliveries, and in a safer manner, as the trucks have a higher weight rating. Additionally, we are about to add air conditioning to the store. This will greatly increase the comfort levels our customers and employees during the hot, humid monsoon season. The units will also keep the store toasty warm in the winter. Please join us for our Customer AppreciationDay, coming within the next few weeks. We'll have free food and soft drinks, raffles and live music.Thank you,Craig FalewiczOwnerJem's Feed and Farm

I've been impressed every time I've been there. It's locally owned with knowledgeable staff. Their inventory is smaller than tractor supply but they carry what works here. I've been treated like a genuine customer there, not just a revenue producing spreadsheet cell.

We have gotten bales of hay for our trailer for years for Vets to sit on for the Vets parade 11 Nov. They want to charge normal price for the bales and will only refund $10. Totally shameful. We return them just as they were loaded. Only off property for two days for resale with no loss to them. Obviously this not a vet friendly business as the previous owners were! We would pay for any destroyed bales; look for another source if this doesn’t change……

They are always extremely helpful and I never have to wait long. Good old fashion customer service goes a long way. Carrying my dog food and chicken feed out to the car, every time, saves my back and makes me feel well cared for!

I really enjoy that they have a variety and that they're a true feed store, not some chain. Their customer service though puts to 5 stars. They're helpful, polite, and willing to please EVERY TIME. That is why I'll never go anywhere else.

Best locally owned animal feed and supply store in Cochise county. If they don't have it; they will get it. There is also a vet clinic done for basic pet needs, shots and wellness exams done on a few Saturdays a month. Employees are pleasant, and quick to assist you. Everyone is greeted with a jovial smile and pleasantries.Nothing beats amazing service and a family owned business! Especially with happy employees!

It seems new ownership/management has played a huge roll in making Jems a nicer place to do business. It’s nice to like the local feed store again.

Always Very helpful. We purchase goat, chicken, wild bird, and turkey feed. They run a very successful animal clinic on Saturdays. Have been buying alfalfa here for over years and have been satisfied with quality.

It's a great feed store and they sell propane as well. I love that they sell sodas and snacks, even ice cream, and its mostly under a dollar per item. Great local feel :)

Fantastic place! Great people and products - and a local firm, not part of a chain. I stopped in to order bermuda and alfalfa - and it was delivered the same day and the quality of the Bermuda is the best in town.

Rude and inconsiderate. I got off work today and had enough time to make it to Jem's right as they would normally close. So I called to ask if they would be able to accommodate me arriving right at 5:30 PM to purchase a bag of dog food, and the response was, "Try to hurry." My assumption was that they would wait for me; however, when I showed up at 5:28 the gate to the property was half closed. Furthermore, there was an employee leaving in his vehicle, which he used to block the other half of the gate while he shook his head to gesture "no" while pointing to his watch in a condescending manner, taking no effort to get out of his vehicle to discuss the situation. I would expect that if you tell someone to hurry, you are setting the precedent that you will serve them. If you aren't going to stay open to at least your own business hours, please don't insinuate that you will over the phone. Have some dignity and follow through with what you say.

Love Jems. There are a number of feed stores in town but Jems tops them all. Quality customer service and great prices. They are also the only one that carries the custom birds seed blend used by Ash Canyon B&B. A bit off the main strip, on Moson Road, it is worth looking for this place.

Quick unloading times; delivering there scared the living days out of me because you have to wait on a two lane road for the crew to open the gate; maybe you have to call ahead with a precise ETA so you do not block the road.
