This is the first C-A-L Ranch store we have ever shopped at. We find that the staff is always friendly and helpful. We have bought all the fencing, posts and gates for our 10 acre property. They are competitively priced and we prefer to shop here rather than the other two big name big box stores down the street. While those places are fine, they are one of hundreds just like them everywhere. But C-A-L has a more rural atmosphere with the people and service. As said, this is our first choice to look for the materials we need.

I like the Carhartt pants they sell. Sometimes they don't have the exact size I want so I'll wait a month till they do.Definitely enjoy looking at the guns and baby chicks on display.

CMB1 is superb at his job in the Sporting Goods aka Guns department. We purchased (on 2/15/2024) 2 handguns, with the assistance from CMB1, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. His knowledge is exactly what we needed. 👍🏻 CMB1.

My friend and I were at the store checking out some dog food. As we were paying for our stuff this young lady name Marie tall skinny girl was rude as hell. She gave us both a dirty look. It was like she was mad at the world swinging her arms like she trying to be sassy. Not to mention I paid first and then my friend paid after me. Marie gave the dirty look and all twice. It’s like she got so mad at us for not wanting the receipt.if your not a people person and you don’t like your job than leave. Don’t be rude to people just because you’re having a bad day. Leave that at home

Pretty unique interesting store kind of like a cross between Ace hardware tractor supply with a touch of Neiman Marcus and big bass sports. Kind of like an upper class redneck supply store. They have a large selection of designer redneck clothes. A large selection of camping and outdoor and so-called sportsman outdoorsman so called supplies. They do have higher quality merchandise than most other stores. And they have some pretty good policies. So put on your camouflage hat in your high-heeled hunting boots and practice you best Texas accent and strut right in like a woman and get some high quality clothing hard good Sporting goods auto supplies pet supplies and pet stuff and lots of outdoor stuff and some cutesy macho knick knacks. A fun place kind of different.

Called them today to check on the status of an order. Natalie (employee who answered the phone) was not friendly, sounded annoyed that I called to ask a question about an order I made 2 MONTHS AGO and PAID for. If you hate your job that much, leave. If you are NOT customer service oriented, maybe you shouldn't be the one answering the phone.

Employees are the ruddest of any business in Sierra Vista. I actually stopped coming here a yr ago because of a rotten person in the gun section. Well I guess I'm not coming here anymore. Just spent another 900 in guns today and should have gone to another place that actually wants my business. The place needs all new management .I should have listened to my racher buddies and stayed away from Cal Ranch

I've been going here since the store opened. I like the store but not the staff. 95% of the staff seem to hate their jobs and are reluctant to help. It has been this way for as long as I've been going there.

Usually love this store but they had a Coleman mini bike that was marked for $429. I said I wanted the floor model the price was on since it was put together. But they said they have to sell in the back first- brought the box out it was a totally different bike. They mislabeled the floor model and we saw it last week and thought about buying it, went back today to get it and even though THEY MISLABELED THE BIKE they wouldn’t honor the price. All of them have walked by it in a weeks time I’m 💯 sure. Anyway super disappointed that companies won’t honor their own mistakes - It’s not like a customer just took the sticker and remarked it- it was clearly them so they advertise products then refuse to sell it at that price. What kind of business does that???? So sick of the trashy business the last year or so- I have to honor my word but not a business that wants your money? Is honoring something a thing anymore?!

Did a training session with the puppies at CAL Ranch.Every employee there was super friendly.They even asked beforehand if they could give the pups treats! Which is super awesome, because they're allergic to chicken.I'm so glad we have dog friendly places to take our pups to!

We shop here often so it pains me to have to write this review. Overall the store is ok and the staff has typically been very helpful. However, today was the worst experience I have had when talking to a manager at a retail store. Tiffany is probably the most unprofessional GM I have ever met. I was so annoyed with her that I had them cancel my $126 purchase. I will just start taking my business over to TSC for all my future purchases.

I was at the gun counter and saw how rude staff were to a new person trying to buy a gun. He asked a question the he didn't know. Staff banned him from purchasing a gun. That was very rude and disrespectful. I would think that your staff would at least educate rather than make someone feel bad. I met the guy outside and educated the man on his question. We went to apocalypse, he bought a great gun and thanked me for educating him. Shame on you Cal Ranch. This is really how you treat someone new to guns? I won't be buying anything from Cal Ranch. I hope the guy writes a letter to the higher ups.

Stopped in yesterday to look at guns and was greeted by Josh at the gun counter he was one of the most helpful person I ever met very sincere and lead me in the right direction with the right weapon. It was a pleasure dealing with him and the store should be very proud to have staff like him.

So becareful when buying COLORED EGG LAYERS from these places. I bought 15 colored egg layers which should have been all girls. Nope! Got 5 LOUD crowing boys in the bunch! That's a dozen eggs at least that I won't have and have the chance to be fertilized! I'm so disappointed.

Bought some stall mats here when the other ranch supply store was out of them and ended up liking these ones way better! Been back a few times already for more. Great selection of grills, boots and plenty of other things you may or may not even need!

Bought a generator from them. Staff was helpful, and not pushy at all. Answered all my questions and even loaned me a tape measure to get demensions. Decent selection at a pretty good price. I'd be willing to recommend them to people I know.

You can almost hear Tim Allen grunting here when you walk in the door! Boots, hats, guns, camping equipment, kayaks, fishing equipment, tons of dog goodies, and so much more. I totally dig this place! Selection is good and service is great! Come in and do a little Tim Allen grunt when you walk in...you'll be glad you did!

Great prices, great people, great selection of products. I get all my horse feed, dog food and treats, cat food, chicken feed and supplies here. They also have a couple rifles I want...a Reminton 20 gauge and a Henry 22 long rifle. They are priced lower than any place else I looked. This store is the best!

WOW - what a neat place. Such a huge selection of "stuff" - so many things to look at. Decent prices - but more importantly - lots of stuff that can't be found anywhere else in town. Very helpful and friendly people. I may go looking for a $2 item and spent an hour just browsing - and leave spending $20 dollars - all worthwhile. Highly recommend a visit.
