This is the famous Roadkill Cafe. Food was very good with many eccentric "roadkill" choices. A little gift shop and a few stuffed animals...and by "stuffed" I mean real animals that have been mounted: Mountain lion, bear, elk etc.. Yes, there are vegetarian food choices, as well as trout and so on. And a very friendly, professional staff that are good at handling crowded lunch service situations. Found it by chance but would not dream of ever passing by it again without stopping in. Just off the 40 and on Route 66.
