Big shout out to Roxanne at Fur and Feathers for loaning me a cage and donating food and toys for a parrot I rescued outside my home. I am hoping to return the bird to its owners, but for now I can keep it safe, and I had NO monetary outlay due to Roxanne's generosity. If I do end up owning this bird, I will undoubtedly use Fur and Feathers for its needs.

The owner, Roxanne, is very knowledgeable about healthy diets for birds and really does a great job of keeping a healthy supply of foods available for parrots, cockatiels, etc. It is obvious how much she cares about the health and well being of not only her birds, but all birds. The little cockatiel we adopted from her is so healthy, friendly and spoiled...the perfect little companion!

Sarah came highly recommended as a Maltese groomer and I am so excited about finding her! She really likes dogs and they like her! Sarah did an amazing job on our little girl. Her haircut was PERFECT! Sarah showed me some photos of other dogs she had groomed to make sure we were on the "same page. " Sarah deserves more than 5 stars! She is that good!

Jordan did our beautiful parti colored standard poodle yesterday. We were horrified when we picked him up. Jordan had cut his long silky ears down to a nub. He looks a freak. To compound this, the shampoo used is so strong a fragrance, it gives you asthma and clogs your throat. I also think it males the dog sick. Cosmo lay on the couch all night and would not respond. He is a puppy and is usually peppy and filled with joy.What a colossal waste of 75 dollars.Granted our puppy’s ears were ragged on the end. But I had brushed them out the night before. Theywee not matted. Jordan could have just trimmed the edges. Poor Cozmo. He looks and feels ridiculous. We will not go there again.

We bought a Cocatiel from Roxanne @Feathers and Furs. She gave us another one, both DNA tested. They are the sweetest babies, because she raises them w/ such love. I highly recommend Feathers and Fur. It was well worth the trip from Flagstaff to Sedona. Her shop is extra special because she cares so much. Make the trip it's worth it.

On vacation in Sedona. Saw this cute little grooming salon across the street from the hotel. I always like to visit one when I take a trip. It’s good to get ideas from different points of view. I met Jordan. What a nice guy! He apparently came from Illinois where I’m from... I know the school he was trained at..I stayed for a visit as he groom d a show tzu.Beautiful job.Five stars for Jordan at feathers and Fur!
