Had a horrible experience this afternoon at pilot in Rio Rico. My husband and I are on the road constantly and therefore we stop and take showers at all sorts of truckstops. However, this was the worst one by far. The employees were unbelievably rude they were knocking on the door, telling us to get out the shower 15 minutes after we got in. My husband is handicapped and it takes him a while longer to shower considering this and hi had to help him so it takes me a while longer as well. They have knocked on the door. I don’t know how many times already trying to tell us to leave and to my knowledge there is no time limit on the showers. Horrible experience DO NOT recommend going there go across the street to loves!

We love the pilot truckstop. Sometimes it can be while a lot of times it can be congested for fuel specially, on payday or during the weekends no disrespect to the pilot station but I’m glad that they are opening a love right Across The Way to help alleviate the congestion at the fuel pumps however, I have a bad feeling traffic is going to be murder there when loves opens updown pilot is always been our main stay

I shop at a lot of places because they are convenient. Some places I don't because I have had horrible experiences. I can tell you that pilot off of exit 12 has earned my loyalty and I will exclusively come here it is because the service is better than anywhere else and the employees love the customer and their job.

Bathroom needed to be cleaned looked like no one took care of it all day. Bare shelves as they were out of a lot of product in food area cooler. Pj fresh food look old and dried out. Employees rude with bad attitude. I think they forgot who pays their salaries it wasn't for the truck drivers they wouldn't have a job to be ignorant to some of them is uncalled for. Coffee area need attention too!!! And self grind coffee machines have their lights on saying they needed to be clean. Out of lg cups and area was dirty needed to be cleaned badly. Also No tea for hot tea, which was very disappointing. This pilot need much improvement. With how bad the coffee area and bathrooms were definitely makes you wonder how well they clean the showers

This location desperately needs to put an “Exit Only” sign at the end of the truck exit. Myself & others were entering through the exit causing total chaos. Trucks are also exiting through the entrance causing chaos for those trying to get up to the fuel pump. It’s frustrating to see this because it just feels like this huge corporation that makes billions of us, just doesn’t care. They should. They should care that their lot is running smoothly. We already are so stressed out that coming to a truck stop is our rest haven. But when it’s set up like this location, your blood starts to boil before you can even park. This location needs attention!

Pilot travel Center. Their main service is that they provide is fueling for trucking companies and services. They provide is check cashing Comcheck or Com Data. The employees aren’t even properly trained on how to cash a Comcheck the cashier didn’t know how to do it. She called the assistant manager, and she didn’t even know how to do it, and since they couldn’t figure it out, they just turned around and blame me for not correctly, registering the Comcheck but before I walked in I called Comdata and verified the check and everything was good after I left, I verified it again and again everything was good. They just didn’t want to deal with something They couldn’t figure it out so they blame the customer causing me to waste more time and it’s not the 1st time it happened it’s been several times. Another time I called ahead and asked them if they had paper blank Comchecks the lady on the phone said yes!!! We have some come on downI arrived 20 minutes later I asked the guy at the cash for a blank Comchecks his reply was we don’t have any and I told him I called before I came and they said they did have some apparently, this is their culture when they don’t want to deal with a customer they lie this guy was just lazy to go to the back office. I’m not trying to be mean but it was a heavier gentleman if you know what I mean he just didn’t want to walk to the back office so apparently that’s how they take care of customers and the community they do business in. just think about it if that happened to me several times over the years imagine how many others it happens to if I was their corporate office I’d be pissed because they charge a very high fee for each Comcheck that they cash just because employees and managers aren’t trained properly and it would help to get some better customer service skills that’s for sure we don’t have very many options. It’s a small town but blaming the customer just because you don’t know how to do some thing that tops the cake right there I think I’d rather drive 50 miles to a different location rather than go to this place and get treated like I’m stupid and from the beginning I was nice to them because I needed this cashed and this is somebody that’s a Manager her exact words oh, you have to call the company because you made a mistake you didn’t register it probablyWhen in fact I verified it twice she lied to my face just to get rid of me

This place is constantly out of change and says they can't give any. Since 2020 COVID coin shortage. 3 years later, the only Pilot I know saying they have no change. Here is an idea. Instead of charging me 7.73 or 5.14, charge me 7 and 5 even instead of asking for 8 and 6. I work for those cents and I don't feel like just throwing them away to a multi-million dollar corporation. Other than that, low staffed, huge queues and the only good thing about it is Wendy's which has the same change issue. It is clean though. Which amazes me. Hopefully the Love's will have change when they open.

One really bad location, scales do not work with the app, so is a head ache, transflow scanner is always broken. And that guy Eduardo is the worst attendant ever, instead of relating the comments from PAYING customers to management he demands good mood and smiles for the deficient service and begins an argument.... I can not wait for Love's to open

This is the cleanest Pilot I have ever been to. From the main store, showers, restrooms and outside. Steady traffic in and out but quiet. Very friendly staff and attentive.. Shout out to Angel for being a great employee. She was amazing and super friendly.

I'm a rookie driver. I got here Sunday 9am. Unload 3 miles from this store Monday am. I got out and walked to BOTH the truck ENTRANCE and truck EXIT. They are SEPARATE! If your going out the way you came in then it's YOU causing the MESS. READ signs!!

Pilot corporate office need to find a better place. more space is obviously needed.when you use scale, there is no place you can park and get your ticket. As this is the only truck stop in the area, so they are the boss. well behave or misbehave,you have no other option except to stay quite.Because,.it is very busy so they always look at you with suspicions. Don't want to mention here the "reason" i have read reviews, only those are being addressed which leave a positive comment. who ever is responding, need to know that negative comments are also from your customers, not from Mars.I am pretty sure that nothing is going to change for sure.As i am watching it as is for the last four years.

I really like the courteous service of the staff. Especially special thanks to David who kept my misplaced wallet safe and sound with all my IDs. After finding out that my wallet is missing, I called the store and David picked up my call. He was very professional, courteous and helpful over the phone. He stored my wallet safely and after a week when I came back to store, he smilingly handed me my wallet. I thank all the concerned and wish all Pilot staff members membership Merry Christmas and happy holidays.

Only 5 reserved parking right in front of very busy fuel island. Pilot doesn’t identify spaces nor do they enforce them. We get there 5/5 reserved are taken. Pilot knocks on truck doors. 3/5 leave. We go get our spaces some fool comes behind to take 1/3 spots causing a wreck. Who designed this? There is nothing good to come out of this parking facilities. City managers do your job!

Parking is limited. The employees spend more time outside smoking than doing their job. No showers available. But the where there doors open. Just to lazy to clean them. Subway was good employees friendly
