Three times now in the last month we've stopped by to get ice and their out. So basically the water and ice store is only a water store. We love to support local but when 1/2 your product is unavailable, there's an issue.

Convenient place to get water. My only concern is the kids that run the store are sometimes not attentive. Either on their phones or talking. I personally have never seen adult supervision. I have been in well over 50 times.

Great little mom and pop shop to fill up the water and get some treats at the same time. After filling up our waters one day we got some mixed sodas and while walking to the car we noticed the cup of my youngest child was leaking from the bottom. An employee of the store had just pulled up and noticed what was going on. Rather than just shrugging it off he went out of this way to run into the store and bring us out a spare cup. You can't always find kind gestures and great customer service like that.

Great place! The only thing that threw us off was there was no ramp to roll the water carts down. Please update your menu prices online as we went and planned on grabbing a few snacks, but the prices weren't what we were expecting to pay.

We came in with a small party of 6 kids and 4 adults for a simple party. It was wonderful the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and the Winters family was so polite and pleasantly patient with us. Thank you so much from our family the little gathering was so memorable, our 11 year old son and 3 year old daughter were so happy. Thank you once again kudos to the kids working in there they were all just so professional and polite as well. Please give this place an opportunity to show you there friendly smiles and great service, wish there were more places with this kind of service in our area..

Totally simple and great ice cream. Thrifty ice cream is awesome and creamy and they have a lot of flavors here. That is all I have had at Winters but they do have hot dogs and sodas and water, etc. They also have a cute little eating area that kids love. It looks like an old west town and you can use the Lazer guns for 1.00 ... whenever I go there are more adults than kids hanging out! But it's great for kids! You can also get ice cream packed to go. Definitely visit if you like a place that isn't trying so hard to be fancy and entertaining... they don't have to do that at Winters. It's perfect as it is.

The workers are always nice and cheerful and they are conscious of new ppl coming in and in what order, and they dont putz around. Always see them busy cleaning, refilling things, stocking etc. (they really could show some other businesses how customer service works👍). Ice cream is great~ I go there for the Birthday Cake Ice Cream😋 I haven't tried anything else on menu, but there IS more to choose from. There also is a large room with seating and games for the kids. Just an fyi~ they're closed on Sundays.

Over half the times I've gone they ARE OUT OF WATER. So unreliable, terrible hours, store is dirty. It's always selling sugar though. Enjoy your Type 2 Diabetes.

Small business, but incredible service. Went here with my wife right after her foot surgery. The owner gave her a free scoop of ice cream. They make you feel like family.The shooting gallery was fun. My children lit up like the targets they shot. Great time and wonderful memories.We will be coming back, guaranteed! For the water, ice cream, and fun times!

We love supporting small businesses in Queen Creek, and this is one of the best! Great place for purified water. The kids are always eager to help fill up because they also have a cafe, a game room, and Thrifty ice cream. Family owned and operated, clean and friendly.

Every single week I go to this water and ice to fill up our water jugs and every single week their service and friendly staff amazes me! They are always so friendly and polite. I dropped one of my jugs when I was loading back up last trip and the owner immediately came out to help and refilled the downed jug!!! I can't wait to see their finished expansion and spending time eating ice cream with the kiddos there! Thanks for the amazing service always

This store is super cute and has good ice cream and treats. It smells kindof weird but you can’t tell after you’re there for a few minutes. After going a couple times we still like it but there is no customer bathroom which seems super sketchy for a place that serves food. Probably won’t go back bc kids always have to pee.

Cozy little place. Great family atmosphere. It was very inexpensive. Lots of entertainment for everyone like board games, TV with Netflix and table games. Workers were very friendly and helpful. The ice cream was average quality. What this placed lacked in quality it made up for in atmosphere. I’d rather choose to get my ice cream here than Dairy Queen or Baskin Robbins.

So so fun and a cool place to chill and hang with friends! I go here all the time with church groups, with my boyfriend, or just with my family! They pretty much have anything I am ever craving and cheep bags of ice for when I take lake trips. Definitely check this place out! Theres a T.V. for the little ones and the BEST Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream for you 😉

Have lived near for a few years and had no idea this place existed.... Sooooo happy I do now though... Thank you for the gentleman working behind the counter for helping us as well.. Can't wait to bring the kiddos for icecream and see their faces.*Tip for the owner PUT BRIGHT NEON or FLASHING SIGNS. This is a fun local spot to get thrifty ice cream. Avoid Monday nights right before the closing rush. It’s super comfortable for families and friends to enjoy together. The service gets backed up, but nothing ice cream can’t fix :)
