The lady who helped me today Robyn is a testimony of great customer service and that there's never a reason to not get up and go at life. Employees like her are hard to find and harder to keep these days. Just as she recognizes customer needs I hope the company and district leaders recognize hers and her work ethic and reward her with a chair so she can comfortably perform her job duties or take a break when she needs to. Employees like her are the reason people will continue to come back to Walgreens instead of "the other one"

Sent a single 4by6 photo to be printed for my husband's birthday. Got notification it came in and drove to pick it up (15 min drive each way).Got it right away and instead of checking me out 2 ladies in photo sent me to a line of 6 people waiting to check out.Their inventory couldn't be interrupted by something as miniscule as a customer paying 39 cents.Rude.

Your out of the same medication two months in a row. If you are having a problem don't you think you should let customers know before my doctor sends my script that can't be sent any were else hay thanks Walgreens for doing to us 2 in a row. The pharmacist sead they ordered all they can. So let's see, the problem is no more of a certain kind of medication that won't be sent for three weeks,it makes it so the customer pays for it thanks again walgreens .

I'm not sure who was working yesterday at the photo center, but I cannot express enough when I say that racism in that place needs to be kept in check and workers need to be reprimanded if they are asking their customers "do you understand what I mean" when someone is clearly speaking English to them.

The pharmacist at th8s particular Walgreens is yostile. I had to have my prescriptions transferred to the PV one because she literally scares me. If you don't mind being treated like a complete nuisance, being ignored and put on hold indefinitely out of spite by the person responsible for your medicine, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, go to any other pharmacy but this one.

I think this place is a horrible place they just ripped my daughter off of 20 bucks when she bought a v-bucks card and it's not working there is no number to contact the company on this and they are not willing to give it out the number to contact the company so we could call them my daughter has lost 20 bucks from Walgreens company it's against the law for them to say that is no refund or exchange on a card that is not working what if the card is hacked what if someone has hacked into the card or it's a bad card

The pharmacy was friendly and helpful to get my medications. Chino Valley is closed on Sundays. I genuinely appreciate this locations staff.

Let me add to these bad reviews!!Surprise! Surprise! 99% of reviews are about pharmacy!1st time, I came here I sat in line for 40 minutes, I'm not exaggerating!Second time I came nobody came back to the window there was lines of cars, I left!Called on 1/26, the pharmacist ONLY had a job cause they need her!She was COMPLETELY rude and chastised me the WHOLE conversation! I also would say something and she would have to try to correct me!HOW is there ONE Walgreens in PV?! We UNFORTUNATELY are stuck putting up with this BS, since are prescriptions can only be filled at a Walgreens!You think that the corporation would see these reviews, and want change!

This pharmacy is a disaster. It has been for 2 years now. Constant mistakes. RUDE staff. High turn over rate. You'll never see the same staff in there. Long waits. They close the pharmacy whatever day and time they feel like it from staff walking out. Complete disaster.

Rude! Rude! Rude! I will never step foot in a Walgreens again! The pharmacist woman on duty at 530 pm on 9-2-23 is the worst pharmacist I have ever encountered. Usually they are helpful, this lady was rude just to be rude! It was unbelievable.

Told me I would have my prescription yesterday. Called them today and all of the sudden there's a back order. It would have been fine if they just told me that originally. Now without my medication. Completely unprofessional.

Every time I go to this pharmacy, it is a joke. I only go there when Good Rx shows them having the cheapest price. The techs are rude, do not care, unprofessional, complain about their jobs, talk amongst coworkers while ignoring customers, and I hate to add this, but most have unkept appearances. And whatever happened to customer service when you're busy, you at least look up at a customer and say "I'll be right with you"?

The technicians at Prescott Valley Walgreens are all extremely rude. I am an RN and would lose my job if I treated people the way they do. After my most recent experience I am having my prescriptions to Safeway in Prescott Valley. The few times I visited Safeway pharmacy the entire staff were friendly and very helpful.

I have been with the pharmacy for years and I am currently on the phone transferring all of my prescriptions. I have probably spent half of my life on the phone with Walgreens because they lose my information every single time I get a prescription refilled. For some reason, my primary Insurance magically disappears. When I call and speak to a pharmacist they immediately find it and bill it correctly. But between going to pick up my prescription and getting a hold of my pharmacist is hours on the phone and lots of wasting my time. I'm not sure if it is a computer or a system error I have actually called corporate to see if this is an ongoing issue. I've been told that it's a human error and I've been told that the system hides my insurance from them. Honestly I don't really care. Most of the time, when I tell the pharmacy tech what they need to do in order to get it bill correctly, they stare at me like I am speaking Pig Latin. I feel like the training they receive is seriously lacking, and most of the time they have zero customer service skills. I would recommend pretty much any pharmacy in town other than this one. I also don't know how many times I've gone there to pick up a medication for my child and they don't have it in stock and it takes weeks sometimes in order for them to get it, which could be a serious issue depending on the type of medication. I highly recommend going somewhere else and saving your time and money.

Most of my experience is with pharmacy and during covid, I usually use the drive through. Yesterday, a wonderful young woman was in the drive through and I'm sorry I do not remember her name (June 15, 945am).She was incredibly patient and kind to a couple who were not very understanding or kind about the copay they were being asked for. This employee never got frustrated or short with them as they yelled at her.She was then very kind and patient with me with my new prescriptions.Customer service is not easy and she does very well with a busy drive through with grumpy overheated customers.Please try to let her know she is appreciated by her customers

Know one knows what they are doing at this store. A month ago I went there to to pick up my calcium that I usually buy. They were out of it and when I asked a clerk when it would be in she was rude and did not want to look it up. I asked for the manager and was told they would no longer be carying it. Today I was there and it was on the shelve. Also, today tried to drop off/return a Fed Ex package at their Fed Ex drop off center by photo. No one knew how to do this. The person in charge stated he just started and has not been trained how to log in to the site to scan the package. He was a nice guy (not his fault) but the store manager is not doing their job and the store is being poorly managed. I will not be going back.

Due to some unexpected family medical conditions I have found myself at Walgreen’s pharmacy More than a dozen times in the last three or four weeks. The longest I’ve waited in line has been about 10 minutes, but it’s usually much less than that. They are very helpful, courteous and went out of their way more than once to answer a question, find a product, reduce a cost, etc. I am able to talk with a pharmacist any time I call, with no longer than 5 minutes waiting. As busy as they are, I think that is great! The pharmacists have answers and if they don’t know it, they’ve waited on the phone with me while they researched an answer. I love these guys. Thanks Walgreen for hiring the great people that work at Prescott Valley.

This Walgreens employs a pharmacist who violated my patient rights because she was to careless to take the steps necessary to confirm who she was speaking too. This same pharmacist then refused to refill my sensitive medication. Walgreens has done nothing to correct these mistakes. It just shows they’re lack of integrity and care for their patients.

Not enough staff? I always have to wait in lines and when I get to the window, my script from the prior day has not been filled. Always told to wait "20 minutes" which turns into 30-40 minutes. Their better days are behind them.

The hours and days work better for me than Genoa Pharmacy, as they are open weekends and nights. I usually dont have to wait long for my scripts, and I know that they are very busy! The people have always been polite towards me. Thank you!

A Canadian tourist in beautiful Prescott, I recently dropped into Walgreens to pick up wine. At 59, having not been asked for ID in many years, I was surprised and amused to be asked for ID. I eventually found it and was then told my British Columbia (Canada) drivers licence was not acceptable and a passport would be required. As I am turning 60 next month I found this beyond ridiculous and simply left and obtained my wine at at the shop next door. Obviously additional training is required for the 2 older gentleman working that day - interpersonal skills also need improvement. I looked online and discovered that there is only a legal requirement to ask for ID if you look under 40 years old. I did not find my visit to Walgreens pleasant experience and won’t be returning.

This happened at the walgreens at 2880 N, Centre Ct, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314I went to pick up some online orders with my confirmation Emails but the assistant manager Stacy would not let me pick them up at first.She asked to see my ID and I told her I don't have an ID or wallet with me. All I have is the confirmation order numbers and emails on my phone and she said she would not be able to get me my orders.I tried to explain to her that I had no problem with another location and they never asked to see my ID. Her response was "Another location was wrong and they're not supposed to give me the order without my ID"I asked her if she can use my friend's ID and she said the order ID has to match with the order name which means I would never be able pick up my order because I used my nickname for the online orders.I told her I can cancel all my orders and re-order them at another location. I guess she didn't want to put all the stuff back to the shelf so she finally looked at my confirmation email and brought all my orders to me.Whiles we are at the checkout counter I looked at the walgreens policy on the website to show it to her and tried to tell her that you don't need an ID for pick up:---Q: How do I pick up my Ship to Store order?A: It's easy:Wait until you receive the 'Ready for Pickup' email.You or your designated"Pickup Person will need to bring photo identification OR the 'Ready for Pickup' email."---She was trying to say the website or email from walgreens and her directions from corporate were different and told me to "stop talking" and bring the ID next time.She is an assistant manager at the store but she doesn't know company policy for online order. Worse, she was extremely rude and unprofessional.Ps. My order did not have age restricted items (Alcohol/tobacco/etc)

Avoid this pharmacy. Pharmacist would not fill a prescription for one of the few medications that has been shown through numerous clinical trials to be helpful at preventing moderate to severe covid19. I cited the 60 clinical trials showing it’s benefit, she cited 1 study that showed no benefit and said no pharmacist is comfortable filling the prescription even though this same prescription had been filled many times prior at this same pharmacy. The female pharmacist said that the pharmacist who likely filled it recently quit (I have a good bet why). I asked why a prescription that has been dosed 5.7 billion times since 1987 would now all of the sudden be “unsafe”? This medication is also cheep and usually only around $30. Meanwhile, she would be perfectly OK filling a prescription for a brand new medication being pushed by Big Pharma, that has only one study showing some benefit, has a large side effect profile AND costs $500+.

They lost my online order, the 800 customer service people referred me to the local store, who hung up on me. Then the homeoffice deleted my comments, saying that they violated their terms of service. Well, it's non-existent service from Walgreens, and censorship is NOT the answer!

There is a lady named Karen (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) in the pharmacy and she is the most sweet lady! The first time I went there she really helped me, even contacted my insurance to fix an issue and in my opinion went above and beyond and does that every time I'm there. I also see her give the same acceptional service to others. Not to mention, some days she looks as if she might be in some pain but she continues to be delightful to everybody. Thank you.

I have to say that most of the problem was on the doctors side. Although the person I spoke with on the phone about the refill was rude, very forward, and would not allow me to get my question in. When I tried to ask something else she sounded so disgusted.Maybe the should teach some customer service skills!
