Not all Dollar Stores are equal. I visited two Dollar Stores. One was well stocked with everything I needed. The other was scantily stocked and didn't have basic items that I was accustomed to seeing.

There are many Dollar stores closer to my home but the one in Prescott Valley is simply wonderful. I can get lost for hours if I have the time. Wide variety of products, rarely empty shelves, comfortable environment, and super pleasant and helpful staff.As I work with children, I am in there often to restock my prize bag (incentives for good behavior), the kids are always excited because they carry the latest fun kids toys. For a special treat I’ll let the kids come with me to personally pick something out.Whenever I’ve had a problem with a product, they make returns & replacements easy & comfortable. Great store, good management and nice location. Absolutely recommend.

Well the Checker wasn't too intelligent he packed my bag way too heavy with glass stuff I made him repack it did you put little glass shakers on the bottom of the plates which is not intelligent and then my little granddaughter had a divider for her stuff and you ring my first up with my stuff I mean he didn't even look at it I mean I have no problem paying for it but still. The manager was really nice and helpful and kind

Very nice and clean and the workers are very nice.Now that the old manager Jack has left the store it's not as clean or as nice as it once was and the price is keep going up

This Dollar Tree is well stocked, and clean. I always see the Manager working hard and helping customers, every single time I'm in there. That makes a difference. Friendly cashiers. Great place to get party decor, favors, etc, and seasonal "stuff" the kids love. Helium balloons as well. Keep up the good work.

EVERYTHING is $1.25!! Dollar Tree offers decor items for all of the holidays. They have a good selection of gift bags and they're equally as good as the ones you pay $4 to $7 for at other stores. They also have a good selection of party supplies for any occasion of the year. They carry toiletries, some craft items, office and school supplies, cleaning and laundry supplies, a selection of groceries, kitchen needs, mylar balloons, gift ideas, Hallmark and DaySpring cards, toys, pet needs, an aisle of snacks, beauty products and so much more!👍👍👍👍

For the first time in over 8 months. We visit the Prescott Valley Dollar Store several times a month . We've always had friendly talk with all the employees. Today our cashier was so rude! Her light was on for that lane even though she was right up the aisle from it, she had us waiting for about 5 minutes then came to the register after a long line had formed, she didn't say a WORD to us,she gave dirty looks and rang up our items. The only time she spoke to us was to tell us what we owe. She was just plain rude! I've never had that terrible customer service there. Bailey really needs to find a different job. We've always been very happy with the condition of the store and the employees are always nice until today. We will not go through her lane again.we are very upset.

It's ok. Just be sure to always check your receipt!!! Even the management makes mistakes.There are some pretty good deals here if you're a crafty person. But with the good stuff flying off the shelves, you'll need to be here like yesterday...lol...when the trucks deliver. Takes them a day to stock. So my advice would be to make friends with the manager/cashier/stocker to get the lowdown on their schedule. With the prices of gas, we can't afford to keep running back and forth.

Checked off everything on my list...then walked each aisle and always find something else that I need. Great selections for the price. Thank you dollar store for having a place for customers as myself in need during hard times and good times too, especially a dollar for a birthday card.

I bought coffee and told the cashier that I really liked coffee and she told me that coffee was poison and I told her that for me poison it was beer and cigarettes. She told me that we better shut up because we were going to have problems, I just said my opinion. I thanked her when I paid and she told me to go back to my country. I just wanted to have a conversation and she disrespected me in front of other clients.

Place always seems a bit messy or unorganized, staff is friendly and helpful. I like that they are attempting to do simple remodels like the newer "Snack Zone". They have great party selections including grab bag goodies, decorations, serving utensils/trays etc.

It's a dollar store. ($1.25 now) best place for LED light bulbs. If you're hurting for cash, can't go wrong. Just realize, you get what you pay for.

Compared to the other 2 dollar trees around the area this location is hands down the BEST. Great employees and they know how to stock shelves and keep em' stocked. Great ran store.

Love it! I got lots of cool things including these super cute white bordered mirrors! They came in a dinasaur shape, a cloud shape, and a stegosaurus shape! Buy them before they gone 😍😍😍🤩🤩🤩

I checked out and realized I forgot something. The checkout girl told me she would hold my bag. When I came back to pick it up, she said someone must have taken it. Another checkout lady told me to go back to and pick up all that I bought. I had 14 items but could not remember everything. The moral of this is once you purchased something, hold on to it! Never again will I go back to this store!

A Well-Stocked StoreI visited the Prescott area for the weekend and decided to visit their Dollar Tree.I was pleasantly surprised to see this particular store is very clean and well-stocked, as compared to other Dollar Tree stores in the greater Phoenix area.I usually shop at the Dollar Tree in Anthem, Arizona, which is a much smaller store in terms of square footage. Perhaps that is the reason it is not a well-stocked as the Prescott Dollar Tree. However, Anthem store is clean and well-maintained.Anyhow, the Prescott Dollar Tree is a standalone building, so the parking is plentiful. Also, their building sits up on a hill, and the views of the surrounding mountains are nice.The store personnel were pleasant, friendly and check-out went quickly.

Eeeeeh i mean its not bad. I pop in there alot for little things. Its okay. Selection isnt great and the store is arranged very cluttered and the aisles are crammed and tiny. Thers always a lot of employees, but they only ever have like 1 register open. Its not uncommon for lines to wrap around aisles. Pretty clean but the restrooms smell aboustly terrible.

I always enjoy getting a great deal at the Dollar Tree. It's a great place to buy Cards, miscellaneous things for school, and it has a wide variety of different products. The staff has always been helpful and courteous.

I love my Dollar Tree! This is not the largest store, but it's in a new building conveniently located in the Home Depot/Hobby Lobby shopping area of Prescott Valley. It's well organized and friendly. Dollar Tree is my favorite of all the dollar stores because they have cooler looking stuff. Kind of like how Target used to compare to WalMart. And even better is that everything is priced at $1. It's amazing how many things are $1 at Dollar Tree that you would happily pay $5 for at WalMart.

Always a fun place to shop. Nice to get everything for just $1!!! Today I picked up low-dose aspirin (30 ct), toothpaste, dog bones, 2 bandanas, pasta and more.

Plenty of little treasures here. My friend needed Haunika candles and drove all over town looking for candles. Everyone was sold out. We found some 5 hour emergency candles for him that would do in a pinch.
