First time at Belinda's Pet Grooming for my 2 1/2 year old orange & white very long haired cat and beautiful too, his name is Henry the 8th.I am updating this review he is going in for his 3rd hair cut in May by Belinda...Henry looks so good when he comes home. He too loves his hair cut. Henry is so much cooler in our hot months ahead. Henry loves me to brush and comb him every night for a few minutes he just flops over on the bed waiting for me to do this..This year his coat hasn't got but 2 or 3 small tangles in it & I cut them out already. So he is in good shape to go to Belinda's for a custom hair cut.I now watch very carefully his coat to make sure it is tangle free soBelinda doesn't have to work so hard or long on it not having all thosematts or tangles in his fur. Henry now weights 12 pounds he just gothis Rabies booster on 4/20/2019Belinda's does a fantasic job on long haired cats. Henry came home happy and just wanted to eat his dinner and outside he went. Henry I might add is an outside cat he sleeps in my shed on the top shelfhe has a bed and the moment we stir in the house in the morning he isat the back door greeting Max, Sugar & I and comes in to eat or I feed himon the swing while the 2 dogs go outside in the morning. Than off he goes to to start his day.He just will not stay in more than 10 minutes in the house when he starts crying wanting out he will lead me right to the door too.Henry thinks he is missing out on something outside.Belinda does a wonderful job so I hope someone is reading this review if they too have a long haired cat and wants someone who knows what they are doing to feel free to go see Belinda's Pet Grooming Solon., she is "GREAT". I've been taking my dogs to Belindas for few years. I had a Papillion and rescue mix. Both of them were happy to go there and looked great. My Papillion died from old age, and about 9 months later I got a 8 week old Goldendoodle puppy. They are a difficult breed to groom if not brushed and combed daily. When my puppy was 8 weeks old, Belinda trimmed her nails and spent a lot of time with her to desensitized her to the tools that are uses to groom with. She basically did a training session with her. She was patient and went above and beyond. Now Lily is over 9 months old and loves walking in the door. Both my rescue and goldendoodle are excited to have a "spa" day. I take them twice a month for a bath and Lily gets groomed once a month to prevent matting. The price differs each time depending what is done. I see reviews complaining about her prices but I knew when I was getting a goldendoodle that it would be a lot more grooming maintenance than it was with for my Papillion. I think she does a great job and is the only one that does grooming in her shop.They usually smell sooooo good for a week after getting groomed. The products she uses are great.

Belinda is the sweetest groomer ever. My little Stella loves her. I highly recommend. She also, does Cat grooming (all cats must have their Rabies shot)

We love Belinda! Her work is amazing and her prices are fair. I've been to a few dog groomers in town; they don't compare to Belinda's. We won't take our pups anywhere else.

Been going to Belinda’s pet grooming for years. She is the only groomer that I will allow to handle my 2 dogs. She is gentle and caring. I have been to many dog groomers in the past 18 yrs (which is how old my Chihuahua is right now) and Belinda is the most caring and skilled groomer I know.

We have been taking our 2 long haired cats to Belinda for 10 years now and she does an excellent job on them. She bathes, grooms the length we’ve agreed upon, trims their nails (manicure) and lightly drys them. She is very loving and kind to our cats while they are in her care.

I brought my small dog here to get groomed. The owner mentioned how our dog was aggressive and had behavioral issues the whole time. My dog has been to other groomers many times and we have never heard of anything like this before. Our dog is a very sweet dog and would NEVER harm anyone unless he is feeling threatened or being hurt. At some point the owner started raising her voice at my mom. My dog has been acting scared and unusual since yesterday and we are afraid she hit our dog which would be the only explanation of him being aggressive towards her. She also raised the price multiple times. Do NOT bring your dog here I believe she abuses your pets. This place was traumatizing and we will NOT be coming back.

THE WORST PLACE TO EVER TAKE AN ANIMAL TO BE GROOMED!!!!She had horrible customer service, she did a horrendous job on my dog, and much more- here’s just some of the experience I hadshe took 2.5 hrs to groom my dog when she said it would be 1.5hrs, he looked awful as an end result and she had changed the price 2x as well as never telling me she doesn’t take card….mind you I had talked to her 3x before picking up my dog and paying her …. There is so much more to this story, that was just half of the drama😠

Worst grooming experience. Was told an estimated price and was charged more because my dog was giving the lady a hard time. I have gone to other grooming places and not once did they have a hard time with my husky. Trim was horrible. Still visibly dirty( my dog has white and black fur) and her nails were uneven. I believe that she handled my dog aggressively.

My experience started off great but ended awfully. I set up appointment, all of that was fine. Once I get there she meets me and my boy Oshi (Husky).. looks him over and since he looked a little matted and dirtier than she thought she told me it’d be $120 instead of the initial $80 she gave me over the phone. I will say, my boy was cleaned the best I’ve ever seen out here. She did an amazing job but once she called me to let me know he’s done... she told me since it took her longer than she expected, it was going to be $160 instead of $120. I explained my frustrations once I got there in person. I’m an electrician in town and I explained to her if I commit to a price when bidding a job, I can’t get into the middle of it and just start adding on more because I feel like it was more work than I initially thought. And then tell you once I’m really to collect. Terrible!! All in all, we ended up agreeing to meet halfway in the middle at $140 and she begged me to not leave a bad review and to give her another chance. I agreed to that and we left on peaceful terms. When I walked in there thinking I was paying $80 and ended up paying $140 lol. My lady called in this morning.. and she declined our service and told her that I refused to pay LOL and made up this fake story. To the owner yourself - you clean my dog wonderfully but your customer service and professionalism could use some massive help. You have a lot of the same reoccurring bad reviews saying very similar things. You should listen to the people that keep your doors open and treat them honestly and fairly! Will not recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else fellow review readers! Trust

This was our first time taking our poodle to Belinda's. When we picked up Mia, she looked great! No complaints. The only reason I did not click "reliable" above is because this was our first time using Belinda's. Being reliable is not something I cannot honestly rate on our first visit. We were very pleased and will take Mia back again when she needs to be groomed. One of the things that impressed us was the fact that Mia was NOT there for hours and hours. We took her in and had her back within a few hours.

Warning!! I never even leave reviews this is how awful this place is!! She will change the price multiple times and is extremely rude!! Belinda - I just read your response to Cameron about our well loved husky who you are exaggerating his condition. His is a husky aka a lot of work!!! Always!!! Always a lot of work even if brushed daily. You are a groomer and complain about doing your job and charge as you see fit. How do you go from $80 to $160 people?? $160?? Which no problem paying UNDERSTAND WE HAVE A HUSKY and will pay - he was not that matted as you are exaggerating to get more money or a slight inconvenience in doing your.. job.. your JOB……. It is an exchange of service that you are getting paid well for. We give you money. You groom the animals. As I said I brushed him two times and we take care of him. Are you missing the fact that you told us to come back? THEN refused service? Make that make sense. You are extremely rude and you do not deserve $160 yet alone a tip. We have no issue with paying any amount. It’s the fact that you changed the price 3 times. And you’re telling us to look up a groomer for our breed? So you don’t groom huskies is what you’re saying? You begged for us to come back then say you have the right to refuse service. Please don’t respond - because you are truly making no sense and lying in what you are saying. Of course you can refuse service - but you told us to come back. And are rude. Learn how to run a business. I’ve read other reviews - this is not the first or second or even fifth issue with how you price and treat people. It would be in your best interest to reevaluate your communications with others. Please don’t respond some rude happy holidays and attempt to redeem yourself, because you lie in your replies. Good luck people but do not take your pets here. Unless you would like to be triple up charged and have someone be extremely rude to you.

Belinda is amazing with my very large rescues even my fear aggressive animal's which most of them are! she make sure that being there getting nails done is fun, she let's them do what it take to become comfortable with her and the tool's! My Karma was a questionable case because we didn't know how she would react but it went very well thank you for your service and caring of my rescue babies 💖

I have been taking my dog Stormy here for about a year and a half and I love them. Very great service, great pricing and they do a tremendous job grooming my pup. This is the only place I will take my pup. Employees are very nice and actually talk to you with respect unlike alot of other grooming places. Go here if you need your dog groomed. There great!!

Uneven cut, odd farcical shape, paid extra for “puppy training”, $90 for a 30 lb dog. Dog is a mill puppy and wouldn’t walk on a leash yet. Very scared. She tried dragging her and it wasn’t until we said it 5 times that she finally picked her up. When we arrived she said something along the lines of “wow. She is spoiled at home isn’t she”. We had he for less than 2 weeks. She hardly would stand up on her own for the first week due to past abuse

Taking my furr babies to Belinda's was a pleasant. They did an amazing job with my canine's needs. The price was affordable and services where quick. Belinda did a great job at communicating with me when my furr babies were ready for pick up. I thank her and staff for being so amazing. I highly recommend this establishment for your groomer needs.

my mother needed her dog shaved, the owner told her that it would be 2 hours. she took her dog in at 11am. she called about the time to pick her up, and she said another hour. so she told her that her granddaughter would come pick her dog up. the groomer called 15 min later and said her dog was ready. she said her granddaughter will be picking her up. belinda then started yelling at my mother whom is 80 years old. and told her that she does not babysit dogs and it would cost her extra. and she was wanting to go home. her business hours are 9am to 5pm. and proceeded to fling the "F" bomb to a 80 year old woman! this is not the first time that she has YELLED at the elderly. will NOT be going back.

I will never take my dog there again, the owner was very rude. price went from an est of $45 on phone to $55 when I dropped her off to $65 when I went to picked her up. I was told I am a liar because I told her she is a terrier mix but owner says she is a schnauzer and she charges by dog breed. Only going by what my vet told me. No matter how she charges she will never get another dime from me

We have been going to Belinda for about 12 years. All of our dogs are absolutely beautiful and very, very comfortable with her. We trust her completely and she is the only one we trust. She is a blessing for our family and we will not ever go anywhere else.

My Border Collie has never looked better! It's been almost a week since her grooming and she still looks great. Shiny coat and she smells great! The trimming was just perfect too! Caring staff; they cared about my hapiness with the grooming.We'll be back!!

Overcharged us for a terrible grooming job. Price went up by $20 by the time we picked him up. Our dog looks horrendous. Shaved down to the skin, and has cuts on his head. Missed multiple Tufts, and unevenly shaved the tail and left some fur at the end. He looks absolutely ridiculous. The staff was unfriendly and overly rude. You couldn't pay me to go back.
