Loved the whole experience! The food was scrumptious and I enjoyed my drinks too. Paul was a knowledgeable, friendly, and kind, bartender. Met some of the locals and truly enjoyed it all. Lots of fun games hanging around the bar so I played. That’s the only pic I took tho. Oops.

THAT beers are a staple of AZ liquor stores, so I wanted to check out the brewery. It's a quaint location in Strawberry, AZ. Not much going on outside of the usual beers found around Arizona. They do serve food though and it's a decent place to grab a brew and bite.

Excellent food and service. The poutine was delicious!! The bratwurst special was also yummy with the side of brussel sprouts.

We visited friends in Strawberry about a month ago and they took us to THAT Brewery for dinner on Friday, 10/27/23. The food is truly delicious at THAT Brewery & Pub. We were so impressed, we decided to take home some of their Elk/Beef chile. I ordered TWO bowls of the chile and when the girl, Courtney, brought out the order, it looked like a "cup" of chile. So I said, Oh, I ordered two "bowls" not cups. She said "Yes, this is what we have." Then I asked again, "This is TWO BOWLS of chile, that is what you are saying?" I Thought she heard me wrong, but she again told me that is what it is.So, I thought well maybe there is more than it looks like, so I left a bit frustrated. When we got back to our friends home, I put BOTH orders into a measuring cup and it was just under 8 OUNCES!! I was SO angry and could not believe I paid $17 for that, when it was supposed to be TWO BOWLS!!I was curious how many ounces were actually supposed to be in their "Elk & Beef Chile bowl," so I called the restaurant and I was told "the cup is 8 oz and the bowl is twice that, 16 oz." The photos show the amount that was in the "coffee cups" when I took off the tin foil of what Courtney gave me. Definitely NOT 32 oz of the chile, which is what the amount should have been for TWO "bowls" of the Elk & Beef Chile.Like I said, the food is REALLY good, but just watch out if you get an order of the chile to go. Especially from Courtney. She didn't seem in the best of moods anyway and treated me like, well, I was just in the way and didn't really matter, because I mentioned to her we were taking the chile back to Phoenix. Oh well, perhaps she was having a bad day. Not that it is OK to take it out on the customers, but I will give her that.

Went down for a day trip to Mogollon Rim and stopped by for lunch with a group. Great food. Pet friendly. And the staff are awesome.

Loved the Elk Burger with sauted onion and That beer cheese! The French fries were also great. They had a house kombuta that was good. But the beef brisket wasn't fresh, didn't have the fresh cut taste I was expecting. Customer services was fantastic, and they had a live band playing on Sat night. I'll stop by again when coming through Pine.

The food here was delicious. The hamburger with bacon and blue cheese, the ribs and briskets. And the Brussels sprouts according to my wife “amazing”.You need to try this place.Next time I’ll have pictures of the food.

Stopped in to try the pub location while in the Pine area. Enjoyed my flight, although the strawberry blonde didn’t taste as good as it usually does. Really enjoyed the Toasted Marshmallow Pumpkin Porter, the Amber and the AZ Trail. We shared an order of truffle oil garlic Parmesan fries but they were lacking flavor and had a very dry texture which was weird for fries. Our server was wonderful and the staff was friendly. Outdoor patio looked really nice but the bar area felt very small.

Great place to stop, especially if you're a fan of a good craft brew. The sampler of 6 for $10 is a great deal. Lovely craft beer, and some really good food. Love the covered patio. It's dog-friendly & has some nice shade. Great to smell the pine forest while enjoying a good cold beer and some sweet cobbler.

Just stopped by because I was passing through the area. I got an amber which was good, just a bit darker than I had expected. The soft pretzel was incredible as were the beer cheese and mustard!

Service was great. Food was good. I really loved my burger with the pickled veggies.Fries were waaaay over salted. Like, super over salted. It’s a really cool spot with a nice patio, which we really enjoyed. Beer selection was diverse. Ranch dressing was a bit too runny. I’d give it a 3.5/5 star rating, but I rounded up a half star.

One of my favorite breweries. It's always delicious and the service is great as well. I always get a flight and try different things on the menu. Nothing has disappointed yet. One thing I would change would be the quality of the AC or lack there of. There were ceiling fans but I did notice that it got pretty hot towards the back of the restaurant.

We had the worst experience with the waitress and the food. We ordered an $18 plate of chicken and brisket. However, they served us only 5-6 chunks of chicken, 3 thin slices of brisket and a slice of white bread (possibly from Walmart). Even the waitress who brought the food expressed disappointment and said she would get some more, but then another waitress showed up and asked us to order a side dish of chicken. It was a horrible experience, especially when even the waitstaff knows about the food quality issues. While we were still eating our side dishes, the same waitress abruptly grabbed our plates and asked if we were done, although we clearly were not. It felt like they were trying to rush us out, even though the place was not even half full. Who does that? On top of this terrible experience, their outdoor seats were dirty, and we had to wipe them before seating.

This place rules. We stopped in during our roadtrip and it is the definition of a feel good vibe. Reba was so kind and I’m pretty sure the coolest person in AZ, easily the coolest in pine. Which is also very very cute. Stop by for a pint or two and GET the fried pickles.

A great brewery, the selection was nice. I enjoyed a double IPA which was full of flavor. Others had the lighter beers so there was good variety. We all had burgers and it was quite good. I would highly recommend stopping if you are in the area. Right off the Arizona trail, this place has nice character and a great patio area for taking advantage of the warm summer months .

Been here twice when I come down to where I grew up to visit family and its been a tradition to come here. The food is exquisite, the location is peaceful, and the service is prompt. I always like to take a to go order of macaroni and cheese to savor the goodness of cheese, bacon, and green chilis. Not to mention the brews offered at this establishment are top notch. Totally recommend

Beer was very good, food was so so I've had better. Very friendly employees. Cute little brewery/Pub in the little town of Pine Arizona. I ordered the 2 meat plate with brisket and pulled chicken with smoked beans. I would give it a 2.5 maybe 3 out of 5. Brisket to me was dry and the chicken was dry, you didn't get much chicken. I could not taste the smoke in the beans, they were good but i was expecting more smokiness taste to them. cheese curds were pretty good. People with me ordered the elk chile and said they really liked it.

Amazing! I live near the brewery in Cottonwood and have enjoyed their beer for a number of years. The food and ambiance here is amazing. Very family friendly with an excellent patio including the option to play volleyball and large versions of Jenga and connect four.

While the beer and service were good, do NOT order BBQ. I got the 2 meat platter with brisket and ribs. The brisket tasted old, like it had been sitting for days and past it's expiration. The gray color was another turnoff. Neither meat had any smoke flavor or seasoning. Someone else had the BLTG sandwich. Very little bacon. Avoid eating here.

Bring back the fried pickles!!! They were the best fried pickles in the state! I would bring people here from all over just to have them try your fried pickles! Fried green beans is a huge slap in the face

Great outdoor patio and delicious variety of brews. We tried the smokehouse sampler of 3 meats, all fantastic and smokey. The sides were different and house made - olives, artichokes and feta, kraut and THAT beer pickled vegetables. They brew their own kombucha as well! Come one come all, something for everyone!!!

Stopped here on our way home from a camping trip. We were super hungry, so for the most part this hit the spot. We all tried the same thing, the Elk burger. It was pretty tasty. I wasn't as big of a fan of the beer. I tried their Oktoberfest, which I thought had a weird finish. If in the area, would try again.

Quite the happening spot! The pulled chicken was tasty. The live music in the afternoon on the patio was a nice touch. Long wait and it took a bit to get our food - it was worth it!

Fantastic food, though the highlight was the homemade kombucha. Also, the outdoor seating is very scenic. Doing an overnight from The Valley and it’s definitely worth a stop.

Delicious food and drinks! The PB&J mixed beer tastes as advertised and its wonderful! We shared their Brisket and the Elk Burger, and both were amazing! The burger is everything a burger should be and definitely satisfied. The Brisket was juicy and tender and full of flavor. I highly recommend both! We also had their Nachos and their Strawyberry Cobbler with icecream, which were everything they should be! The nachos were crunchy amd helped scoop all the ingredients that blended exceptionally well. The Strawberry Cobbler was light and sweet without being too sweet. It tasted almost like a fresh baked cookie with strawberries and icecream! (We sadly forget to feature the cobbler so you'll have to go see it for yourself)If you need a lunch or dinner and you're on the 87 I highly recommend THAT Brewery & Pub

My husband got the elk burger (which he said was ok) with pickled veggies (SO YUMMY, but I love pretty much anything pickled). I got the buffalo chicken sandwich which was bomb, with tots which of course were delicious! The food took FOREVER to come out. Also, we tried the 6 samples of beer and were kind of unimpressed to be honest. They all had a bitter after taste (to me). My favorite of the 6 was the Hefe - crisp, light and fruity. there seem to be multiple other things on the menu that looked really really yummy that we would totally want to come back and try. Everyone there, wait staff and people eating, were super friendly. All in all we would definitely come back!

The Arizona dip is delicious. Elk burger is sadly without flavor or flair. Az trail ale & road rash ipa beers were cold and delicious. Feels more like a locals bar than a brewery.

Jamie was an awesome bartender and server. We got a cheeseburger and the smoked brisket sandwich and both were excellent. We also got a flight of their beers - Jamie recommend a few different beers - and we really enjoyed the Road Rash IPA and the Dirty Verde Double IPA. Definitely a place we will return to whenever we are in Pine.
