They have what you need! Tiny pins? Huge washers? Brake fluid, power steering fluid, tire patch, gas can, screen door spring, I-hook and chain, plumbing parts, just to name a few that I have gone for. They have saved me countless trips to town (30 miles round trip)!! Love our hardware store, and the owners and employees are so helpful and sweet to talk to!!

Have shopped there for 7 years and never had a problem. Hadn't been in the store for a while since was I had been working big projects.and had to use Home Depot. Well, bought a hasp for a new shed, but it didn't fit. I repackaged and neatly taped the product. Took my receipt and was taking it back to find another, granted I spent over $20 w/tax for this thing. The guy that was helping me says, "You opened the package." I stated, "Yes, that's how I found out it didn't fit, is there a problem?" He says again, "You opened the package." I said, "Yes, but I have the receipt." I also let him know that I worked for years in retail hardware and when a product comes back unused with a receipt, I always took it back. There were quite a few other customers around us hearing this interaction. In any case, I felt uncomfortable and was not impressed with the customer service skills. It wasn't about the customer or helping solve my problem. I'll never go there again. If they had a sign that said, "We don't take any opened packages back for return" or made people aware in some other way, I wouldn't have disrupted his day. Next time I will drive the 25 miles to Home Depot, that store doesn't exist for me anymore.

Our company has an account with Pine Hardware and they are always great to work with. Brad and his staff are more than willing to go out of their way to help find or order what's needed. I'm always surprised how many items are in stock for such a small space. Every time we can grab some thing here instead of driving to Payson it saves us an hour. Keep up the great work Brad and team!!!

Very rarely does Pine Hardware store not have that one needed item required to finish a weekend project. They’ve saved me numerous times from having to drive all the way to Payson. This weekend it was dark bronze hammered spray paint, last weekend it was a new dryer vent kit! Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful EVERY single time. Highly recommend.

Huge thank you to Pine Hardware Store! Amazing owner, thoughtful and extremely helpful. My guests couldn't get their handicapped father through the front door today because he was in a wheelchair and we didnt have a ramp available. My guests went to Pine Hardware and the new owner not only took the time to make a wheelchair ramp for them, he also didnt charge them for it! Thank you so much!

Always amazing customer service and fantastic selection of items. Seriously, for being a small town hardware store they have it all. Bird feeders, sprinklers, plumbing parts, chain, fence posts, door mats, paint and supplies, padlocks, light bulbs, electrical, nuts & bolts, pvc, gift items, soaps, you name it! We will always try there before heading down the hill. They great you with a smile and will help you hunt down what you need or help figure out a better, cheaper way do things too.

Pine hardware has always been a good place to go rather than drive 28 miles round trip to Payson and back.The new owner has done a stellar job of outfitting and stocking the new Pine hardware store.Great selection and prices are fair.Plus, it's great not to have to make the 30 mile round trip into Payson when you're right in the middle of a project.EDIT; Now, 8/5/2021, Pine Hardware is a very well stocked and supplied hardware store.The store isnt huge but the new owner has done a stellar job of outfitting this hardware store.They offer a little bit of everything.Good Job !!!

Awesome hardware store extremely friendly awesomely helpful .We rented a "wheel chair accessable"cabin that had some difficulties in obliging a wheel chair ie no ramps .went to P.H.and found the meterials needed but had no tools .the owner cut and put together the ramp for me in the store . Wow cool guy! Just a simple jesture can make a life time customer. We'll be back even if just to say hi and thanks.

Tried to drop off my Uhaul like I had scheduled 2 days previous and the old man in there was so extremely rude. He was argumentative n kept walking away when we were trying to talk to him. Then he charged me an extra $57 after corporate Uhaul told him not to. They took care of it but we will never return here for anything. Worst customer service ever!!

This is the best hardware store in town! Smaller than ACE hardware, but you are still likely to find what you need although with less selections. Prices are reasonable and without the Payson tax.
